I think they changed the maximum allowed people on main server in lion arch. Today theres no overflow over 2 hours earlier than normal.

well if you dont want to heavily grind it, you can just play the game.

By playing the game you earn Karma, Skill Points and Mystic Coins. You can transfer these directly to T6 mats / Lodestone if you use the Mystic Clover recipe.

it costs 21k Karma, 6 Skill Points, 10 Ectos and 10 Mystic Coins for one 10x mystic clover attempt. If the attempt fails you get anywhere from 10 to 50 T6 Mats / 10 Lodestones / 10 Mystic Clovers. If it fails, gratz you got a huge junk of what you need anyway, if it succeeds, gratz you got Clovers which you need anyway.

This method will take you a looooong time but it involves no grind at all, because all you have to do is play the game. (Events, WvW, Dungeons, etc. etc.) The only “grind” you could call doing this would be the Ectos and the Coins (coins r dirst cheap). Ectos you will get also by just playing the game, and at the time you get the karma and the skill points you will definetly get the required ectos aswell.

People complaining here want a legendary as fast as possible, in which way you either have to play the TP (fastest method, ive made a fortune playing the tp), buy gold (i was wrong THIS is the fastest method) or by heavily grind Orr, Dungeons, whatever.

I used the 1x recipe over 250 times and got a total of 7 lodestones out of it, none of them charged, 4 destroyer, 1 corrupted, 2 crystal. So its not suggested to gamble that much on the 10x recipe. You might very well go through 250 attempts (2500 ecto,2500 shards) with zero charged lodestones to show for it.

why even upgrade it? it has no stats so probably meant for transmutation

I think you can get them from anything which drops lvl 80 equip. Got a named exotic from a opponent around lvl 30 before.

Dont buy glacial lodestones/cores, they are heavily manipulated already. Plenty of peopkitten ught stacks of them already.

Kholer is so easy for everyone, that is why scrub PUGs do anything they can to avoid him and having to pay attention for 5 seconds in order to dodge his pull.

I always forced pugs to do Kholer before he even dropped 10s, its a good check to see if the group is worth staying in or if one should leave right away.

And honestly I rather do a whole path with a group than wasting time soloing a single boss during that period of time. Not to mention the wasted time and electricity for encoding and uploading the video.

wow this actually looked just contrary what it should look like: you just spam 1 and keep your utilities on CD, this looks nothing like skilled gameplay to be honest. I will have to try this, but I’m kind of disappointed now. A boring rotation/CD-spam? I wonder if this is working as intended.

I dont think it should take skill to kill a level 35 opponent as a downleveled 80 in full exotic equip.

Oh, I would also like to ask that things like the torch sync garbage in CoF path 3 be got rid off. I don’t mind syncing games in most dungeons cause they are doable without voice chat and stuff. CoF path 3 sync is pretty much not doable in a PuG without voice chat. That is not on! It’s not challenging, it’s just frustrating. Please get rid of crap like that.

Also, can we not have Knowledge Crystals and Mist Fragments look the same? Please?

Rings without infusion are trash if you want to progress beyond 30 in fractals.

If you get infused rings with your stats with 4 lv10 rings, why you would waste one more minute to play fractals at all, you’re done yet, you would join a progression group just when bored, content would die soon. 4 lv10 rings with stats not needed rewarding a random other lv10 ring (maybe with stats we need) make a sense. Easy rewards = kill the content

I dont get your logic. It takes forever to get 4 ascended rings already, especially if you would only repeat lvl 10. If someone did lvl 10 often enough he deserves an infused ring with random stats which involves RNG again to get the ones you need.

Considering there is people on their lvl 50+ and they probably get oneshotted by any agony attack, i’d say you can make it to any point without agony as long as you can handle Jade Maw with some “tactics” and certain classes.

I reached 31 without agony res. So I guess you can also reach 40+ without agony res as long as you find people who dont mind rezzing you at jade maw and are good at dodging at other bosses.

All of them, it’s called playing with a friend. The way this game was designed (unless they are going back on that to) was for true down-scaling, one big reason was to sidekick with others, but we are too strong and it takes away from the friends enjoyment. It’s so simple. This was something that was different vs other mmo’s. It’s not supposed to be a face-roll, it’s not supposed to make you feel like you are getting stronger. It was to allow you to play all content in the game at any point and you have a leveled challenge. It’s so very simple, wanting it where you are mighty is lazy on our behalf, it wasn’t supposed to be like that.

They said you will be downscaled but still feel stronger than a normal lvl X before release. Its fine as it is.

Its good to feel powerful in low lvl zones. I dont want to die against low lvl and low reward monsters then pay lvl 80 fees for waypoint and repairs.

You cant upgrade rings to 5 agony resist. +5 agony resist rings only have a chance to come from 20 dailies. If you add an infusion it can have +10 agony res

Its a MMO. MMOs arent meant to be played with game pad.

Tokens need more uses and are way to easy to aquire. I already trade in most of the tokens for weapons to throw into the mystic forge.

Dont forget toughness is also very weak, 1000 tougness is only like 30% less damage taken from physical attacks. On the other hand 1000 precision would raise your crit chance from 4% (what I have with full soldier build) to over 50%.
To make toughness on par with precision it would have to do more, but thats a different topic.

If it is any consolation I am on scale 22 and have accrued over1600 fractal tokens and not yet gotten a ring either. It is RNG with the Jade Maw.

We are exploring alternatives to the current system.

Also add a solution to infused rings, like putting any 4 ascended rings into mystic forge for one random infused one.

I am not on a call, but there are plenty of people who are, and they shouldnt be left in the dust because of some absurd rule anet enforces because they cant make a proper instance system, where you can kick anyone without ruining the run.

Its easy to have it repeated if you are affected by one of my examples. I cant think of any other MMO where you can get banned for going afk.

As in one of the tasks. You should be required to accomplish other tasks of the same vibe that all require 5-7 hours of mastering each. And they should’ve been account bound too so it would actually be in a state of pricelessness and a display of skill rather than luck/grind/price flipping prowess/gold buying.

Maybe for future legendaries. Its too late for this now. Would be unfair to people who started working on their legendaries late.

Good you are taking priorities. Instead of banning people who repeatly use all kind of exploits to make things trivial you ban people who might have real life emergencies. (examples: nursing case in family, working at the firefighters etc)

While many who looted the actual event chest got exotic crap only useful for salvaging (about 5g value). I and people in my group only got crap excluding the guranted 20slot bag and trinket.
