Also all classes have been OP at some point in the history of GW2, so being OP is not a valid argument.
Good idea, I will also post it in the bug section, but I think this is intended because Anet was cheap with AP the whole expansion.

I am talking about the Revenant 150 tpvp and 200 overall win achievements. They give 20+20 AP, while the old classes give 35+45 AP. So I wish they buff the reward for the revenant achievements.
Is noone else upset about this nerf? I finished this achievement before Fractured even came out, I spent quite some effort on it
A GM handed that one out by mistake. It is not possible to get it.
You get 400 gems for every 5000 achievement points. Keeping the amount of achievement points low will help them sell more gems.
I would prefer them to remove the 400 gems from the chests if that is their issue.
I also wonder why the verdant brink map gives tons of free keys for the map specific chests, but auric basin and tangled depth almost never give any.
If you think Bladed armor collection is 10x easier than Bioluminescense Armor Collection, you are wrong. Bioluminescense was actually pretty fast to get before they nerfed event tagging.

It came to my attention, that HoT nerfed the “Fractal Frequenter” achievement from 70 AP to 15 AP. Why was this done? 500 fractals took a lot of time to do. I hope this was done in error and will be reverted.
Heart of Thorns added a lot of new achievements, but I cannot help to think that it added way too few new achievement points. Lets have a look what was added since HoT:

I might have missed some tiny hidden achievements which I havent discovered yet, but they should not change the total by much.
So the current maximum of achievement points is roughly 31483 AP.
Now why is the total of new AP so low although the amount of new achievements is quite high? A lot of achievements simply give way less AP than the effort suggests. Gold in tough adventures should give 25 AP and not 1 AP. Silver 10 AP and Bronze 5 AP. Time consuming collections such as the auric weapon collection give 5 AP while they take as much effort as the ambrite collection from dry top for 50 AP.
I would have imagined a fair amount of AP for doing all the new achievements should be roughly 5k AP.
Why are the low AP a problem? People need 30k AP for a full set of AP armor and 39k for the first AP backpack skin. But if you started playing late you loose upto 5051 AP from historical achievements. That seems fine to me, but currently that almost 3x HoT worth of achievement points lost. So how will people ever reach 39k AP for the backpack skin or 60k for the highest data mined title, if people can only progress their achievement points at such an glacial speed? The total amount of AP released this year was less than 2k.
I suggest reworking all the achievements to reward a more fair amount of points depending on their difficulty, time and resource investment. Raising the daily cap is no acceptable solution though. It would be silly if you could continue earning 10 AP per day for 5min of dailies, but spending 50 hours on another achievement gives you merely 3 AP.

I agree. Scribing in the current form is a sick joke. And this is coming from someone who enjoys exclusive things.
Not only is levelling it way 10x more expensive than it should be, but the items you create with it also do have a horrible cost-benefit ratio.
It also will not be a guild effort to level this, since everyone want the personal rewards – 40 AP and the backpack skins, too. So if people help others level this profession, they hurt themselves.
I know I would leave a guild if they would ask me to send my materials to a guild scribe.

Looks like the achievement is still bugged. I just wasted half an hour trying this again. Sad.
Same here it seems. I only miss one achievement which rewards a tyria mastery point (fractal weapon collection, it is bugged). But I only have 65 mastery points in total, whereas I should have 80 if I counted correctly.
So I am missing 16 tyria mastery points.

It looks like Mystic forge stones are tradeable now, but sadly only newly generated ones. The old ones in my bank are still account bound.
Typical Anet fix. If its not working, delete it. Remembers me of the deleted twilight arbor path.
It seems like this was false alarm, I went to a different /ip of lion arch and it worked there. The chest mini did not get removed from the wardrobe or anything.

Hmm I would say they may have to increase the 60 min warning close thing especially in some of these maps if Meta events can easily take longer than that to do. Either that or if there are enough people in the map to just remove the auto close thing altogether until there is a certain amount of people in it..
The message can go invisible if a cutscene starts or if you view a vista. The 60min will keep ticking in the background.
With the OOM crashes, maybe too many got hit with a crash at the same time. Dropping your map below the threshold.
No, the event did not even start and there were people in my group unable to join. So it was a hard capped map.
It’s possible that the map you are on is not filled. It could simply mean that because the other map is ready to take in more people that it simply wont let any more into the one you are in. Thus you believing it’s full because you are trying to taxi people in but can’t.
Nah, you can still taxi in maps which are getting closed. This is just another flaw of the silly megaserver system which closes good maps all the time.

Why is the map closing system super flawed? It often tries to close perfectly nice and filled maps.
Example just now: It is trying to close my auric basin map, which is so full that i cannot taxi in more people. Yet a map will be closed in 60min appeared. 10min before the Tarir defenses starts. Its such a joke!

i think real problem is chest piece…. you have to complete level 4 day and night to actually have chance for it… what the hell

I did it twice on pug maps today. Its rather easy actually. Just taxi in people with the text “VB T4 attempt taxi, join and leave”.
If you nerf their toughness, please increase their power scaling. When I did Mai Trin on lvl 100 it felt like she was doing less damage than on the old lvl 50. On lvl 100 she should one hit low health classes!
Disagree, guardians are already squishy enough with their 11k hp. Don’t need to be one shotted on top of that and since base hp is dictated by class this will lead to some classes not being used at all and discriminated against.
But there is no difficulty to fractals at the moment. They are only a time sink with the health and tougness sponges.

When people join your fractal instance while your whole group is in loading screen, the 5th person gets teleported back to lion arch and after that they get a “world full” error. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, it hits at least one person in my group every day when rushing through the fractal dailies.
It was announced, but it seems like that fix is not working properly (anymore?)
I did the math and the new system is worse than the old one even if you take the relics into account. Getting all blue weapons was significantly easier than getting all the golden ones now.
I just did lvl 100 and it seems the Ellen Kiel exploit is back (or still working). Someone dced and got rezzed by Ellen Kiel. I thought this was supposed to be fixed and you get teleported into the boss room automatically.

Make a better suggestion then. The current fractal rewards are a joke with even more RNG than the previous system. Do you want to spend roughly 5 years (without skipping a day) on average on fractal dailies and likely still not have a complete set?

Now that you removed the RNG part for the prestigious blue fractal weapons and made each of them worth 4 days of dailies, you only replaced it with an even worse RNG for the gold skins.
It seems like you have 2.5% chance each from the lvl 21-50 daily and from the 51-100 daily. Before we had a roughly 25% chance to get a blue skin if we did 20 30 40 50 daily. So the gold skins will take significantly (5 times) longer even with the 2 achievement chests and the gold relic mystic forge recipe.
So my suggestion would be that if you finished the blue fractal weapon collection and reached personal reward lvl 100, you can buy boxes with a random gold skin for 25 pristine relics and a skin of choice for 50 pristines.
The precursor collections are a terribly disguised mat sink. I cannot see a legendary journey there at all.
Why would you delete something that can be salvaged for a chance of a 297g item.
They need to increase the droprate for gold weapons or it will be even more stupid to collect all gold weapons than all the blue ones before HoT. It seems like the last 2 chests have 2,5% each. So 5% chance in total to get one per day
I found an issue with barbed thorns in the treasury. In our case it asks for 600 in total, but I can only put 100 in, despite having all 600 in inventory.
