Charzooka shield skil is interrupted when you move and recharge instantly. Use it to ignore dmg un phase 1. Use stability skills when the dragon lands. It use fear 3-4 times at the begining. Your utility skills are your friends.
In phase 2 stay on the side and keep shooting with charrzooka

I think the tp tax on food is only 1-2 silvers. What if you can buy foods for 10-20 badges and 5 silvers or big ones for 50-100 badges and 20-50 silvers?
Wvw needs changes. Its a change so all the arguments are invalid

2: zerging is a good thing
3: friendly fire is not a good thing
About troll blocking: what if you can pass friends if both of you out of combat? In gw1 there was colision except in peaceful areas. Clash of servers would be fun with it. Maybe if it makes too much lag to servers they should add it to the client side
I played Lineage2 befor guild wars. That was a farmfest my friend. A day of farm for 0.4% xp… Maybe asians enjoy that but i like what is going on in gw2. Im a good player because my skills and not because i dont have life.
Do jumping puzzles, farm champions, bosses, do dungeon runs, make some massacre in wvw or kill your arch enemy in pvp.
If you want to farm make a legendary or 2 but if you want slow lvling gw and gw2 are not your games
This game is not about soloing open world things. Btw you can solo almost everything with any profession. Open pve is easy and just something what fill the place between boss events and dungeons

I suggest warrior at first time. Easy to play, good skills, good in pve, pvp, wvw.
My gf hit lvl 80 within a week and 5 more days she was fully geared.

2nd: decide do you want to win or just press buttons. If you want to win change class, weapons, skills, traits to the meta or pick what your guild needs.
3: search a good team

Or how Vanilla Guardian traits effect DragonKnight mechanics?i dont see how pet mechanics cant be folded into transformations skills the same way they did for the two Necro Shrouds.
And did you not see what I wrote? I’m not saying it’s impossible to overhaul the pet mechanic and still make it work (I didn’t even touch upon wether it’s possible or not, just different), I’m saying that a lot of the suggestions people are leaving on the forums wouldn’t work.
You can’t even disagree with that, that’s just how it is.
There is nothing wrong about stating the obvious when a lot of people seem to forget that for one, the ranger mechanic is vastly different from the other mechanics and must be treated with that in mind. Death Shroud was already a transformation, the Reaper Shroud doesn’t make any difference to excisting traits’ functionality because the concept is the same.
And two, we already have an established lore about druids in this franchise, and transforming into pets was never a part of that. People seem to ignore that and just look at other games that did similar things with druid-like classes, as if they forget that druids already exist in the lore – and that the only transformation they did was permanently taking the form of nature spirits.
Call me biased for not wanting shapeshifting partly because I don’t like it, but I’m just basing stuff of what we already know and have, lore-wise and mechanic-wise.
I do not understand why you guys continue to associate pet and Druid.
There is already the trait “Beastmaster” that improves the skills of the pet. In GW lore, the Druid is likely to be more associated with plants and nature. IMHO it evokes the roots from the ground, bushes, tree, seeds, and poisonous things like that, nothing to do with the pet.Exactly. We’ll probably get some sort of a mechanic change just because that’s how specialization will be, but from what we know, speculating about this whole pet transformation thing or anything associated with that is just full out guessing based on little to nothing except from the fact that we have a pet. Not saying people can’t do that, but then don’t end your argument with “it makes sense” or that it’s “most fitting”.
You are wrong. We know (nearly) one thing about druids. They shift shapes. Druids was a wood (oakhearth) and a spirit form.
Well as we all saw from the last 3 reveals, pet isn’t going anywhere. Therefore what is Druid gonna do with the pet?

Bottom right camp and the camp above bay are 2 places where you can “hide” in the middle of the camp.
Anet have money from gem store not from game purchasements. I think they will dish it out for a moderate price to sell more gem store item.
I think they designed the reaper for wvw front line and pve.
They give the professions what they miss. Mesmer support, gua range, necro dps
Warriors have the best invul/evaid/block uptime in the game. Utility+heal stance, traited invul (and you can trait stances for more uptime), 5sec weapon swap for energy sigil, shield, gs evaid.
Fast hands is one of the most powerful trait in the game. Bet lot of the rangers want to change the whole pet thing for that single trait.
In this game everyboy have the same base speed what is good.
In gw1 you got adrenalin if enemy hit you but based % of the health you lost. If i remember correctly 15-20% health was 1 hit of adrenalin.

Mass cc, bouncing high dmg aa, group support, 1 shot burst skill with default piercing, mass blind with deflect and if anything comes close to you knockback? And ofc with higher base armor and group support.
Maybe ranger can kill dh in 1v1 but in team DH wins.
So if they not surprise rangers with the druid i think i will pass my kudzu to my gua.

Every class will gain a huge buff so the gap between ramgers and others will be biger. Now ranger is a mediocare sniper, after the changes it will be less

I bet they will introduce an archer class without pet in one expansion later. Now they added a heavy class, next time or after that a medium.
