The only possible explanation is that your email was compromised as well and they deleted the IP authentication emails. Do you have the same password for your GW2 account and email?
In any case performing a full scan to check for malicious software will help, as will unsing strong different password.

Thanks for reporting this. It would seem that the bots you mention are making use of the teleport hack. While we appreciate your post, remember that this kind of actions do not help us dealing with the bots. Using the report tool – albeit, difficult in this situation – is what helps us.
