Naus, botters usually move using predictive patterns, usually are naked and have wierd names. If you see them feel free to report them using the in game tool. As stated, reporting them only once will sufice as others will do as well and eventually they will be dealt with.

What Silicongobbit has stated is true. You computer might be infected and that has lead to your account getting hacked even before you were able to install it. Also, buying from a safe source is important, as lots of pages offer stolen keys.
In any case, please submit a ticket to support https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/How-to-Submit-a-Ticket-Account-Issues-2 and perform a full scan of you computer. Also, using the email authentication helps with security.
