If this is something they are planning to introduce (and I would personally LOVE this stat combo now that I looked it up……VITALITY, Power, Precision for those unfamiliar), I doubt they will make any sort of comment about it here. It will likely just show up in a content release (but I doubt it would be very soon as the Nomad stats were only recently introduced).
Anet just does not “leak” info like that. You might see it mentioned on an MMO website a few days before the release, at best.

Hey guys. I was wondering when will ANet give us these stats in PvE? I thought they were releasing them as the next set and pvpers got an exclusive look at them but after Nomad’s got released it got me wondering why can’t we have these in PvE?
Zhaitan never died. He was just defeated. (Some of his power/magic flown to Teq, other part I dunno). It’s like energy. It can’t be destroyed, it moves from one object to another.
Thaumanova Anomay in Fractals gave me an inspiration for Eles new weapon. Imagine wielding a two-handed Javelin on your Shoulders like a Cannon.
What skills would you create for it?

I like that we have kitten minies and stuff but as a Dog lover I’d really like that we got some different Dog breeds as minies. Huskies, Labradors, Dobermans, even those small pesky ones :P
I have this build fully geared and maxed out running 2070 healing power. It is incredibly effective in WvW and especially in a proper 5 man group composition that doesn’t contain SA thieves or PU mesmers. It is quite arguably one of the most powerful small man builds out there, but very few people have tried it. I have been running this build since the april patch, and was running cleric heals in small mans for about a year before that.
Your numbers are actually a little off from what really happens. Keep in mind that in WvW there is also a small healing bonus that everyone gets (typically 3-6% depending on how many points your server has, which you can see when you hover over the WvW icon at the top to show all realm bonuses) which also adds to your output. All healing bonus modifiers are additive.
At 1865 healing power and 40% heal bonus (let’s assume your realm has 5%):
-Attunement swap and dodge roll heal for 4434 each
-Soothing mist ticks for 243/s
-Regen ticks for 508
-Geyser heals 5352What it ends up doing is providing massive sustain for your group and is extremely hard to kill. If you maximize the use of your heals you are effectively providing 15k healing every 10s to your party, without even taking into consideration water blasts, geyser, or healing rain regen.
When I run this I tell my party members to go as glassy as they can because I want people that can kill quickly while I provide all of the sustain and cc. It works very well but it takes people who are aggressive and experienced at running with this role present in their party to really maximize the use of it.

I’m wondering what’s causing my right-click mouse camera to lose focus from time to time in big scaled events and wvw. Is it possible that the client can’t process my 4 clicks at the same time (during the scaled events)?
I use logitech g600 with 20 different keys but I’ve set on using 2 on keyboard and 2 on mouse at the same time. W – for moving forward + Q for dodging (might even add space for jumping at the same time) while on the other hand I have a key for healing and 4 keys for utility and 4 for attunement switch?
Are all of these causing my mouse to stop reacting to gw2 and it shows by not being able to rotate the camera correctly by using right-click button on mouse?

I’m having the same issue with my Logitech G600. I think it has to do with server lags instead of my mouse I dunno, but it happens most of the time in large scaled events or wvw. Sometimes even rarely in spvp

Well guardian staff 1 is terrible so I’m not sure you are using the right benchmark here
Well I was giving an example :P. Our Ice/Fire breath is to narrow and the guardian staff 1 is too wide.!
I wonder why this skill isn’t a Cone attack instead of straight line. Maybe half the wide cone range of Guardian’s Staff 1? I dunno but I really think there should be something done with Shockwave and Gust and I think coning their attack is the solution. Maybe lowering the range to 600-900 and increasing it to a cone could fix both skill’s issues.
Anyone got any better ideas?
So you prefer to bank your armor because you want to keep your runes that all in all cost 40g, which is recovered about 1-2 times in a day only by playing the game?
If you know the runes you wanna use, just buy them and apply them. That’ll be less costy than anything else.
I love how smart-behindy this looks like. My issue is I have 1 exo set with strength runes and 1 asc set with traveler rune. What I do want to keep both set of runes but being able to replace them, same goes for sigils.
It just doesn’t seem like it should belong in the gemstore but rather at the 10,000 merchants out there. With Ascended armor out it becomes even more evident that no one is going to craft another armor piece just to place other runes on their set. And since April 15th, rune meta has changed a lot.
For example, I’m banking my ascended armor with rune of Traveler just because it’s not that viable anymore… I bet many have this problem too.

We absolutely want to make build templates. They could work similar to GW1, but there are more components to a build now. Using the old string-code method may prove to be unwieldy.
Things that must be in a template:
- Weapons
- Sigils
- Rune
- Amulet
- Skills
- Traits
What could be in a template:
- Skins
- Dyes
- Outfit
- Finisher
Things to consider:
- Sharing (chat links? codes? urls?)
- Viewing (seeing some else’s vs. seeing your own)
- Saving (notepad vs. local vs. account vs. web)
- Building (one spot in UI vs. multiple spots)
- Websites (third-party sites should work with in-game)
- APIs (Could expose an API to third-parties)
- PvP vs PvE vs WvW (each mode requires different configuration options)
How would you like to see any/all of these work?
Transparent. Meaning posting a build would make all the aspects that involve making the builds possible: Armor + Rune; Weapons sets + Sigils; Jewelry + Gems on them; Healing/Utility/Elite; Trait listing; even a space for Food+Oil/Stone,ect…
Able to Save them and upload them as we go (out of combat), able to post them on all chats in a chatcode with our Template Name (e.g. [Might Spamming Ele] showing all that fits that role).
As for the could I don’t think a lot as for those types except maybe Dye combos on a specific armor (but screenshoting still works for that, this would be more of a minor convenience) and the ability to choose if it’s for Pve, Pvp or WvW build (maybe dung build, fotm build, LS build and whatnot for fast loading, but all of these can be cleared if we were allowed to Name The Build we’d save.

Hm? A lot of professions have persistent, ground-based AoEs that hamper foes or assist allies, in the way that gw1 Wards and Wells worked – but only Guardians and Elementalists can create impassable terrain – unless it’s not possible to dodge through Spectral Wall? In which case:
Guards have three (Line/Ring of Warding, Sanctuary) two on weapons, one utility
Eles have one (Unsteady Ground) on a weapon
Necroes have one (Spectral Wall) as a utility
Well since I was inspired by GW1 wards I’d go with how they worked. They were stationary pbaoe areas. If you cross them you’d gain their buff, if you leave them you’d lose the buff.

I was thinking general use but mostly WvW and solo PvE (where necro’s condi damage won’t override yours)
So since the nerf of Ferocity I got thinking that maybe Rampager’s armor with Stregth runes and Berserker’s trinkets might be better then going full zerker. Some mix and matching seeing as we have a lot of burning modifiers and Bleeding.

This is not a shooter, and personally i dislike all MMOs that go with a shooter kind of interface with forced mouselook and that stuff .. so no thanks.
It shouldn’t be forced. Just added as an option.
This would be a nice option on top of all the other options we have. Basically if you’re melee you can redirect your character to the side of your mouse, and if you’re range you can place your attacks more precisely. We do have some sort of option for AoE but it would be nice if we could have it for all our skills.
Use Fiery GS for increased mobility.
Before removing conjured weapons, Elementalist need real weapon skills. But I would love it.

Also I’d hate to see Wards become another boon building machine. It should have interesting unique effects. We already have enough boons.
I was thinking more in the line of Ward against Melee, where skills inside the Ward would have a 50%? chance to fail. Then Ward of Reflection, reflecting incoming projectiles, then Ward of Zephyr’s Haste (granting faster casting time), Elite Ward (different effects depending on attunement) with a corresponding regular Ward with the same effects. And a Ward Healing Skill. We know we need more of those

P.S. I agree with OP. When I try new MMOs I just stop it because Dynamics here are something I can’t forgive other MMO’s not having.
it’s cause of the megaserver obviously. i run the game on a (ssd) and have a kitten good computer and when ever i run that even i get a 4-5 fps. but if you turn your graphics option down to the lowest you might be able to overcome the big lag at the event.
I don’t have any issues with other Bosses, just Karka. Every single time. SO I think it’s something with Karka and not with me and my pc.
Whenever I do Karka Queen I crash. This issue started after the 15th April patch. Usually it’s at the mere end of the event, but today it happened at the beginning.
I have a really high-end PC (with HDD) so this “overload” I don’t get. I’ve send in crash reports each time. Please address this issue.
I actually love them all, but I can’t find many uses to them except for pvp.
Stone Heart is just great as it is and except for D/D builds it will only serve as a retreat build.
Aquatic Belovelence is awesome for WvW, having 2-3 Cleric eles in a zerg is great. But if it gets popular and every Ele goes this way is really bad for the zerg.
Elemental Contingency, I can’t find a suitable use for this one although I love these effects because we get access to new boons. I would love if it would move down a tier.
Lightning Rod works for me only in WvW as Static Field is the bomb. Fresh Air,a nd even Tempest Defence is a lot better.
Blinding Flashes, it’s good, but it’s very build specific. Thief blinding is a lot better compared to this.
Actually now that I think about this… our Conjure weapons should be replaced by a different object, like a Conjure Spellbook of some sort
The skillbar used to say 8,000 damage and now it says 1,300-1.700 damage. And they do 1,300ish.
And I have AC mastery.
FG was killed, Queens was killed, Temple events were killed where on Tyria am I gonna farm my T6 now? And no I don’t want to farm just money I want to farm both!
My only issue with these new support stuff I cannot handle the fact that our own combo blasts don’t prioritize our combo fields.
Especially in WvW scenario where you have dozen of Guardians laying over and under your Water field, their Light field and you end up stacking 20 minutes of Retaliation instead of a nice heal blast.
Can you please make it so that we can blast our own fields regardless of how many of them are lay down.
I remember when they first introduced the dailies and the very first one a few friends and I tried to get was the combos one. That was the only day that specific daily achievement was ever on the list. One guy didn’t get it and we did it for an hour. The combo system has been less than ideal since launch. It’s terrible when you need it to heal an ally and something less desirable combos over the top of it.
Yeah I find combos to be great thing but my brain can’t understand the logic that my blasts can’t have priority over someone else’s. I’m sorry but it just doesn’t make any sense.
This is really annoying that I can’t blast my own fields. How am I suppose to help fellow teammates in large scale battles (WvW) when every guardian lays down their Light field…?
This really utterly annoys me and ruins my Benevolence experience.

I see many of my guild, including myself are in dilemma what Legendary to save for next, as we lack goals to fullfil.
Is there any way ANet could at least release the Concept Arts of the new Legendaries that they’re working on so we can at least pick whether we wait for the new batch, or if we like the 1st Version instead.
OFC Concept Art is due to change, but most (except Meteorlogicus) hasn’t changed much.
I expect that every Profession will get 1 Legendary armor that represents their magicz. Anything less then 8 would be a shame. At least for the first batch.
I would hate to see every Scholar wearing the same Legendary Armor (read: particle effect)
