Gloating is not fun when you outnumber your opponent 2:1. Looks like Mag needs to up our game to do better in T3.

To do better in t3 we need to kitten for recruits. Then we get to t2 where we are in the same situation. I’d rather just keep playing and not caring about the score.

IMO YB and Mag in this tier would likely be a more fun match up since both Mag and YB are NA prime servers.

Your ability to continue continue the forum wars in the face of extreme defeat is inspiring. So far only one server has been caught on video running away from fights. It wasn’t FA or DB.

I like when people say spvp, because it shows you literally don’t know what you’re talking about.

SPvP is group vs group which is what you’re looking for… you don’t have to take objectives.. you can sit in there for the whole time going after each other without the fear of people coming along to ruin your carebear fest.

There’s like 6 things wrong here but I’m tired of explaining to carebear WvW’ers why spvp is not at all what they think it is. I guess if FA is really that bent out of shape from posts that they won’t do some friendly duels that’s okay!!

Interestingly most of the duels we get going are against your oceanics who are former IoJ. Do any native FA enjoy pvp?

Tarnished Coast is afraid to match up with Maguuma. We’ve been the real #1 roleplaying server since launch. Until they face us in 10v10 group ERP combat, they will forever be a joke in the roleplaying community.

Have you seen the t2 thread? They’re doing lolcats at this point. We need to stay 10 steps away from that. Hostility is the only way.

Taking camps is usually a mistake for a 5 man if you’re a roamer and care about points.

I saw OG build and use a siege weapon once. Also they escorted a yak once.

DB I think maybe you shouldn’t trade SM for the JP.

FA relies on superior numbers way too much. From defense, offense, down to individual builds. It’s no skin off our back, but FA keeps jabbering about t2 this, t2 that. You guys still have a lot of room for improvement.

The biggest issue for WvW is the small amount of servers and the lack of volatility in the math. The most practical solution is to combine the EU and US servers to add rating gap closers. That, combined with volatility, would have frequently changing but balanced enough matches.

Don’t give me that “but lag” kitten. I’ve played on EU and it’s fine, EU, AUS, KOR play on US and it’s fine. Mash the ladder together for variety and ratings gap filling.

It does. Priority on ease of holding/taking/bodies needed is generally home BL > Eternal slice > map you have sw spawn on.

Mag isn’t being “shy” by going to our SW spawn, it’s DB that’s being a thorn in our side by throwing bodies at their SE spawn in our BL instead of going after the advantageous one.

What the hell? The number of times we’ve had BP start raiding our borderland while FA is running ransack on it, then looked to see FA borderland completely green. We only started going after your West Keep the last several days because that exact thing kept happening. We’re petty and would rather have revenge than points.

SW spawn should always be your servers attacking target, and ours happens to be on DB anyway. It’s so easy to start offense from there. Maybe DB should learn siege placement and go to FA BL where you have SW spawn?

I don’t know if trolling is why people don’t follow commanders. I think most old Maguuma players are just so used to no icons that we auto pilot on what we should be doing based on that map, so sometimes icons get ignored.

I’ve never been to a fight club where mag wasn’t devoting twice the number of bodies than the other two servers (sometimes combined) to sit at fight club. If FA ran a fight club 24/7, you would have half of mag’s active population tied up and dominate the map.

Mag really cares about pvp more than hitting doors without resistance, so maybe we should do some fight clubs this week?? If you want group fights I’m sure you can get takers for 3v3/5v5/maybe more if it can be scheduled in advance.

FA was way ahead of the pve item abuse game. Instead of whining about it here we decided to just do it ourselves.

Maguuma is a pretty friendly server that just likes to have fun. Part of fun is talking kitten to back it up. It’s like how <SPORTS EVENT> is more engaging when you have ego or money riding on it. GW2 is more interesting when you have some sort of trash talk on the line between communities.

I’ve partied with a lot of enemies and whispered to/by a lot of enemies, and they’ve all been positive experiences. A lot result in new friends, and a lot are how Mag slowly got transfers we wanted. I don’t know why people are so reluctant to type to other people in a game type that requires social interaction to function.

Im from Australia and its considered poor form to talk trash. Im sure we have some who talk trash none the less. Also, I have found that more than often “trash talking” is used as an excuse for bad conduct, when there was obviously no positive intention from anything that was said.

You can just use the identifier to whisper and ask for duels or team fights. One of the benefits of this forum is the identifier next to every post, so you might want to try it out~

I don’t understand where the idea that kitten talking is somehow part of the competition. People who win all the time, or at least frequently, don’t have to talk kitten because they have been there before and its nothing new. They don’t need the admiration of their victims or their enemies and they certainly don’t want to hear you cry about it after.

I’m better than you at this child’s game and would like to prove it when your consistent failure leads you to t3.

There is more griefing in city map chats than cross realm whispers about killing pixels. Lift all chat limitations!
