Dreztina’s juvenile attitude, demanding other people play by his/hers arbitrary rules or otherwise dismissing their whole server, makes it quite clear how serious I should take him/her.

Last time I saw this kind of behaviour in real life was on a playground.

I’ll have a closer look at those screenshots. Your other claims I cannot verify. Seems unnecessary though, since you believe the screenshots will be proof enough.

I’m simply averse to unsubstantiated claims of misconduct without at least some proof, as I imagine most people are.

The presented evidence wasn’t proof of it being done at every tower and keep. If you can show this was the case, sabotage becomes far more likely, if not a certainty.

I would suggest building up your arguments in a rational manner, with evidence provided. If you do not, it’s simply an opinion at best.

I am not accusing any particular server of doing anything, so I don’t need evidence. I saw it going on myself, and I really don’t care if you believe me or not. And if you don’t believe me, it has nothing to do with the soundness of my argument.

You are correct, since the argument was Viperwire’s. The burden of proof is therefore his. You simply labelled me naive when I questioned the validity of his unsubstantiated claims. No hard feelings though!

Judging by last weeks TC/FA/YB thread your experiences aren’t shared by people on those servers either.

Don’t pay attention to the guy you quoted. I’m pretty the majority of the people who have ever read anything he’s said in team chat have him blocked. Typical guy that sits around kittening about commanders after the fact, without offering input while something is going on.

My thoughts so far on both servers:

Ebay: Respectable and they have alot of talented people on their server. Had my toughest fights against Ebay.

YB: They remind me of CD apart from the fact they do seem to be better at combat overall, however their attitude is the worst I have seen out of any server I have ever versed.

As a recent arrival to Yak’s bend, I have to say that I’m impressed by the Server’s organisation, fighting spirit, and friendly attitude. Yak’s Bend simply doesn’t give up, outmanned or not.

I highly recommend the server to any guild looking for both a challenge, and wanting to fight alongside guys and gals with true grit.

The Society is an offshoot of its larger parent, The Society of Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen on Champions Online. A core of us decided to make the move over GW2 and continue its legacy there. Our council is made up of people with experience when it comes to running a guild, and hope to make The Society as big a succes as SODLAG was, and is.

We are currently looking for men and women interested in a friendly guild to hang with, people that have a casual attitude when it comes to interaction with fellow guildies, and a ‘hardcore’ attitude when you’re playing. We’re mostly interested in WvW, but engage in all other facets of the game as well.

As a copy and pasting fellow Dragonbrander I thought I’d boost this. The included copy and paste section makes for a hilarious post, well done.

Since Nay pointed out RP servers, I believe Tarnished Coast would probably your best bet.

I think most, both men and women, manage to do that without naming their guild after it.

The point was about first impressions, by the way.

If you allow me to make an observation;

As a female I’d give any guild using a name with such misogynistic overtones a wide berth. I appreciate you might not be looking for women, but it still looks like juvenile at best, and sexist at worst.

Please be aware I’m not saying you are, at all, just that that’s the first impression on seeing your guild name that I got.

Yeah, that would by definition exclude a lot of activities, like dungeons, WvW and SPvP.
The game doesn’t seem very conductive to that playstyle.
