I’d have thought that people belly-aching about Scarlet since the Jubilee would at least be interested in the conclusion of her story-arc, if for nothing else than to see her end. Instead many still just want her being gone without notice like she was never there. Sure, because thats good writing, right? Starting some serious plot then just leaving it half-way and forgotten without a single point to its existence.
Im looking forward to the next patches. Specificly for the conclusion of this Living Story arc. This will be the chance for Anet to deliver a satisfying end to a major story since the failure that was Zhaitans defeat. If the fall of the Nightmare Tower was of any indication, they learned much since then.
I may be disappointed in the end, sure, but come on! Give it a chance at least.
a good story needs a good beginning middle and an end not just a good end, months and months of crappy LS wont be redeemed with a good ending, the LS as a “story” is already ruined imo, however they can make up with something tied into the LS with a good content update, for example guilds start making guild halls to combat the new threat or something like that for example but as for the story i just want her to disappear its already ruined for 90% of the player base who appreciate true storytelling.
My question for you is: “Are you kittened because the living story is actually bad? Or are you kittened because the background information for who Scarlet is, and what she is all about wasn’t actually in the game itself, and that you actually had to go to the website to learn that information?”
Because as near as I can tell, the living story (at least the bits of it that I have managed to play) has been quite excellent. The only relevant complaint I can see is that the background info is being posted on the website instead of being presented in the game.
its both, im sick and tired of the copied and pasted LS they come out with everymonth, different backpiece different achievments and 0 story progression, nothing has had me saying “wow i cant wait for the next LS” thats why, tbh i really enjoy the content they release as extra like the updates to WvW balances and techical changes and qol changes, just not the story

1. Phantasms do a kitten ton of damage.
2. Phantasms have more health than clones so they are harder to kill
3. With 3 phantasms up and being in stealth that is massive damage
4. Killing them put conditions on yourself if traited
5. All mesmers stealth abilities are not on long cool downs
6. With mesmers in stealth with multipe phantasms up they can do more damage than thieves without being revealed.
7. I have more hours on my mesmer than any other class so don’t tell me I don’t play mesmer and that’s why I’m hating on it.
8. I’m not hating on mesmers but just putting down invalid arguments from the mesmers in this forum and i just hate when people defend their class with false info
8. The targetting system is fine. That’s the main point of stealth and clones, to trick you into targetting the clone instead of the player not knowing which is which.
9. I feel that that should be the only reason to be able to use stealth, as a defensive mechanic to make someone think that a clone is the player and not to hide in stealth while having only phantasms up noobing the enemy. Thanks!
1. only if you trait for it
2. they are slow moving and all damge can be negate with one roll/dodge
3.it takes a while to get 3 up and even then they have no clones giving away there position instantly
4.only damaginh one is the bleed and only really works if they are a condition mesmer, but youre complaining about phantasms, dont group builds to make them sound OP
5.yes they are, pristige is 30secs and decoy is 40, MI is on a 90 sec cooldown, that is the only stealths they get, im gonna ignore veil as its either a 3sec stealth on a 90 sec CD or 6 secs that requires you to stay rooted.
6.indeed the unrevealed part is the main advantage that mesmers have however phantasms are easilly evaded and kited.
7.so what? ive 1300 hours on mesmer alone it doesnt make you better than anyone, maybe if you say what class you are when youre getting beat by this PU Mesmer
8. and you havnt provided false info?
9.umm its working as intended
Im guessing that complaints are popping up due to PU becoming more common, its always been there but since the rlease of speed and traveller runes no one has to take focus anymore inticing mesmers into a stealth build, i use it my self, its good and allows me to rotate my CD’s effectively, ive always used it and the only difference since launch is the speed and boons, same stealth same tactics, now mantra healing and condition removal on mantra use thats a whole new story, with mantra healing and mantra toughness you can out heal a thieves dps and with the mantra condition removal on heal you can out remove condtions making perplexity easy.
Our clones seem to have the ability to target foes independent of line of sight. In PvP this is highly irritating as although I may use a skill to go invisible and then run behind a wall my opponent Mesmer can easily track me down by using a shatter to show the path to where I’m hiding. While as a Mesmer I find this useful to some extent, I feel it is a bug that needs to be fixed.
its all just mind games :P those clones are a figment of your imagination
Just a quick analysis on the poem:
Thump, Thump. Time to jump.
(This line is clearly referring to the devices that have been dotted around tyria, with this in mind i believe some encounter will involve the quake mechanic that is currently getting overused by anet caused by these devices).
Wipe all resistance from your mind
(This one is a little more tricky
There’s a secret deep below to find
(This is either a reference to a sleeping dragon or the wey lines that scarlet has found, more than likely i believe its a dormant creature due to the quake devices being speculated as alarm clocks so to speak).
If you’d only seen the things I’ve seen
You’d wake up screaming from The Dream
(something that would make yo like scarlet eh? then it must be pretty bad, something horrible, genocide maybe?)
This next part will sting, but it brings me joy
Sometimes to change you must destroy
(“This next part” implies that she is now speaking of something seperate that she will be responsible for)
A fire is rising you cannot contain
Tyria will burn, while I remain.
(While saying a civilisation will burn normally means it will be razed it seems that a fire is rising, this secret below is the fire it seems, but is primordus a secret? maybe something else, personally i want it to be underworld, but in conclusion something catastrophic that is inevitable, while this happens scarlet takes advantage by bending will of others during this event to change something for what she believes is better. could be interesting however the only bit we can stop from this is and will be the bit that scarlet will be taking advantage of. sorry
mantra heal with mantra of pain and 600 toughness on channelling last night i was able to (with some knights gear slotted) tank and out heal a zerk theives dps albeit i was ensuring he couldnt get my back by spinning 360 degrees a millisecond xD
needless to say he kept coming back and i had more than enough dps to burst him down, all these heals get put out to your party, you want to be an on demand healer? then pick the mesmer or warrior with shouts, you want to be a full support healer then pick ele or guardian.
It’s market manipulation that works only on people that pay attention to spreadsheets and trend graphs rather than going in game and looking at the prices themselves.
If I were a nefarious trader, I would look at a popular item that has many transactions, i.e. silk when it was rising from 2S to 2.5S, and create false buy orders to give the spreadsheet traders the allure that many people are buying silk en masse for some reason. For such a large trading commodity like silk, you never get to see the low buy orders even in game so you can’t tell if it’s fake or not.
For a limited, low-demand item like silk catcher, you can easily see it.
its a good thing that im a commodity trader, i dont normally hit the lower priced items which is good as i would of fell for this
you know what i think youre right, cmon OP reveal your secrets, ill finally be able to afford all the black lion chests i want without having to farm bandits for one to drop :C
That’s not your business. I posted this because I have a problem, not because I wanted to show somebody what I’m selling.
Well it is my business if you are asking for help as to where your missing gold is.
You stated you had 30 gold before you posted these boxes.
You then wasted listing fees on these two boxes.
And then you have 4 more recent transactions, which, depending on what they are, could have eaten away at your remaining gold after the box transactions, leaving you with 3 gold.
Case closed.
edit: lets also ignore the fact that you could have had other listings in between the now and the box transaction that wouldn’t show up on the ‘Items im selling’ tab
didnt you here the super polite guy??? its got nothing to do with you so butt out of his business >:C
seems like i found my answer, i guess this is market manipulation then, but surely this is down to a large guild or maybe an alliance of guilds, for 27,000 orders to be place and removed overnight is an insane amount of work
i have to spend 6g to buy one to be able to sell mine? this suck but thank you very much for the information
unfortunately yes :C im sorry to say it, id probably wait a bit, you might get another as a drop, i got one yesterday
Hi Guys,
Ive been organising a duel night for the WvW matchup to take place inside the Obsidium sanctum GvG arena, theres currently quite a few people coming and id like to draw a bit more attention to it, it will take place on thursday at 10pm GMT:00 and everyone is welcome, there have been a few in the past but never one organised inside the duel arena so just a quick few rules if you fancy attending:
1) Stand in the podiums if you are just a spectator, we wouldnt want people interupting duels.
2) /point at someone to challenge and /point back if you accept, then take your place on the arena
3) when you are both positioned on the arena begin the duel by using the /bow emote, (once you bow you are signalling that you are 100% ready to duel and should wait for the other member to bow, once both party members have bowed the duel begins
4) no stomping please, have some respect for the other member
5) if you are taking part in a 2v2 or a 3v3 etc. the other team must be stomped to allow the res mechanic into play, the last enemy to get downed should be left to res himself as to res his teammates :P
6) and last but not least if you fancy trolling and running into the arena to try and get a few “easy” kills it would do well to remember that it will be a room full of avid and enthusiastic duellers
And that’s all, i really hope many of you can attend, events like these tend to encourage friendly and competitive behaviour between servers and are fun for both partys, (well all 3 parties).
Thanks for reading
Red
yeah i did the same thing with the quiver, thought i could use it in pvp, they arent very clear on it, its just another way a company makes money from suckers.
i plan on being on this game for a Loooooong time with my mesmer sooo, i bought all 3, makes sense in the long run theyll save me alot of cash and they extremely convenient
IMO Flamekissed was great the way it was… =)
no its freakin wasnt, i blew 100g on mine for a suit and the next day people can buy it for gems, youve got to put yourself in those people positions, why cant i get asuran t3 for my human
You should always find a buyer before you sell expensive items, come to an aggrement with someone, its always better than crossing your fingers, im not advising you to do it outside the TP though, you should always go through the TP
stack the unsellable one with a newly purchased sellable one and then youll be able to sell them both
Hi Guys,
I’ve recently been looking through a few investments i made a while back on Gw2 spidy and was quite pleased with one of them (the wind catcher) but one thing that caught my attention that I couldn’t explain is how on earth did the Buy volume increase so high in such a short time on the 26th December, did this really happen or is it an error?
http://www.gw2spidy.com/item/43903
Thanks

i think id rather have rangers get preparations and have the option to ditch the ball and chain pet, this way they could actually be good assassins in group situations and the ranger wont have to worry about thier pet melting through aoe
as for coding it i guess you could have some interupt script waiting for the roll form a player but what if youre illusion is already attacking, i like the idea as to mimic a mirror with reflections but i think i prefer having them like minions.
You could even throw out in the PvE world random Champions that enter the world from one side, simply walk across and out the other if they’re not defeated. It would be up to the players to recognize, band together and defeat this champion to get an unlock that way. Don’t announce it, just have it happen.
So an open question: If you don’t announce it, how do players who want to progress their character down these new paths of exciting character progression know what to do it, or how to progress? We’ve seen if the path of progression isn’t relatively clear, most our every-day casual players won’t bother doing it, which isn’t a system that buys us much game play over-all.
And if the champion isn’t available, how do we message to players that the system of progression to advance their character isn’t available at this time? I think you can get away with no real messaging around something like a rare skin, but if it’s a system that expands your characters profession diversity it needs much clearer communication.
These are the kind of questions I ask the designers coming up with the systems we’ll use in the future, so it’s a fun opportunity for you guys as well
This is the main issue i have with the game, you shove everything into the players screen as playing, you leave nothing to discovery, no adventure and no experience, this sort of tactic makes the world feel bland and small, i know that if i run down queensdale im just gonna run into 1 or 2 champs and a few npcs and thats it, wheres the secrets, the adventure
doesnt make a difference tbh its just personal preference, youre just changing the tier decider and saying it makes more sense, on one hand you have the colour to describe their tier and on the otherhand you want the title to describe the tier, either way youre gonna be looking at tiers of your enemies and tbh the colours eventually at higher ranks will be easier then general and colonel.
It still doesn’t make sense, a colonel is commonly known to have a higher rank than a recruit. But with this system it does not, a bronze recruit outranks a colonel.
You can twist it anyway you want – a recruit should not outrank a colonel no matter what colour you put in front of it.
It feels like you are ranking up then returning to the start again. Imagine if they did this with PvP ranks. first its the rabbit then eventually you get to dragon then imagine the next one after that is bronze rabbit. Its just stupid.
don’t get me wrong I agree with you, but its just real world military ranks that you’re basing your rules off, but they did it because they never used to have bronze I don’t think they wanted to mess with it, just add things on, i prefer identifying enemies with metal colour to be honest its cool, different to military ranks like almost every game out there

Its been awesome this past week harrassing [COP] the amount of times the entire guild chased me across the map is hilarious xD you should know better than to chase a PU mesmer :P
Arborstone [LEG] guild need to kick their hacking thief member, no cooldowns, kept spamming his elite and shadow refuge but we eventually got the noob through burst tactics xD get a life man
that doesnt make sense, it was obvious she was primary from the start
1) why isnt this in either audio or the mesmer subforum
2) cant you turn off chat volume?
3)its not a signet its a mantra xD
4) theres worse issues than this
its so obvious that she isnt the main villian, its the typical case of where she thinks she is but there’s some greater force behind it, not only that i think i understand where the living story is going and so far ive been right but i didnt expect this intro (yeah thats the phase its still in) to take half a year, quite interesting but it’ll make that big event all the better
its the fact that its easier for the karma train to cap rather than defend, so the majority of players do that, you would never find it in real life xD, maybe if upgraded keeps gave more ticks for your wvw score, if its your guild that claimed it you get wxp per tick when standing inside it
Can’t say I’ve noticed the difference, to be honest . . . I main a female mesmer.
The implication that women can’t run in exactly the same way as men does make me laugh, though. Being female doesn’t magically give you limp flailing limbs or a delicate stride or anything.
no make a jump while your GS is sheathed, if you do the bounce animation your sword will do a full 360 xD
there wont be another alliance,
molten alliance = red
aetherblades = blue
Toxic alliance = greenall amount to the tricolours, im guessing she used these factions as building blocks to build the ultimate machine, whatever that is i dont know, maybe some sort of doomsday device
Coupled with the keys, you…might actually have a point there oO Interesting idea.
well i cheated xD i just looked at the preview pic for the next LS and saw the Three colours and thought hmmmmm
there wont be another alliance,
molten alliance = red
aetherblades = blue
Toxic alliance = green
all amount to the tricolours, im guessing she used these factions as building blocks to build the ultimate machine, whatever that is i dont know, maybe some sort of doomsday device
also get a GS out and then complete a full jump running fowars, it will make your greatsword perform a 360 spin
are you going to comment on whether its supposed to represent savage leap or not, you blatently tell me im wrong and when i provide evidence i get ignored, real mature,
the times when the tele to the blink location would fail would be easily visible before skill use for the player and would allow the players some control of whether it works or not and allow them to pre-emptively position themselves to make it work, where as now, i can use it on a hill and it will have no problem and then 10mins later ill use on a hill with a less steep incline and it will bug out, making it unpredictable and frustrating,
Put the control in the players hands
lmao tbh im assuming this guy is a ranger aswell, or is currently levelling one, people tend to only defend their own classes and attack others, even though im hypocritically doing it right now xD but i think ive made my point now, changing the colour would be too much of an indicator from what it is already, a big giant purple dome :P so no if that pops up and you carry on attacking after youve been hit once or twice youre pretty special. making this count on reaction times is the reason why they added dodge rolls,, to make the combat of GW more action orientated rather than cast times and interupts.
most certainly pyro, its a tough one for sure, how about giving a reward tick every 10mins for maybe 1 or 2 hours, after that time the tower/keep will no longer give you Wxp/xp and youll have to move onto the next, a long side getting the spontaneous attack defense event aswell
and that dev was responding to why they wanted the teleport to work 100% of the time from a succsesful leap, which yeah i agree part 2 of the skill complete, but they have screwed part 1
id rather have a 100% p1 and 80% p2 than a 50% p1 and 100% p2, this is my argument, its the clone not making it to the destination that stresses me out, at least this way it would at least cripple the enemy all the time, whats wrong with that???

@takatsu
First: Note that I understand that the clone leap portion of the skill is ridiculously bugged when it comes to slants and all sorts of thing.
Now, when I talk about teleport mechanics, I am talking general. Every teleport in the game obeys the exact same rules. What those rules are is a little fuzzy, but what I described in my other post is the best we can determine.
Now, the skill has the clone pathing instead of leaping because teleports (sorta) use a pathing based system to determine whether you can teleport there or not. That means that if your leap clone arrives at a target, you absolutely can swap to them. Now, the leap clone bugs out if it encounters a pebble in front of it, but assuming for a moment perfect leaps (and they do happen sometimes, it’s a beautiful thing to see) then you can always teleport with swap.
Now, savage leap works entirely differently. Savage leap simply flings you about 700-800 units forward. It ignores any sort of pathing, you just fly. You can use this to jump gaps, (sometimes) break game geometry, etc. If the savage leap just so happens to be across a pathable area, then a teleport would work, but you simply can’t guarantee it, and so having the clone do a savage leap would result in failed swaps a massive amount of the time.
Having the clone do a savage leap wouldn’t be op or break the game or anything, it would simply be incompatible with the mechanics of how swap works. You would be substituting a broken clone pathing for an incredibly unreliable swap. This wouldn’t be any better.
@RedCobra: Phantasm skills are based off of other classes, that’s it.
Edit: Additionally, the clone pathing can actually do things that savage leap can’t, if it works. The clone can dash up stairs, around corners, through obstacles, if it manages to path it. Savage leap can’t do that. This would actually restrict the skill even more.
i like how you completley disregard my evidence that it is representing savage leap with 6 points xD nice touch there, are you a lawyer by any chance?
and no it wont be a “massive” amount of time, simply ‘Blink’ to the location, just like the skill, the utility blink very rarely fails it just cant get across gaps, it teleports you to the edge, first respond to that
Wait, question, for the guardian sword teleport, can they do it with a slight uphill slant? I also remember using the actual Blink skill up a slight or not so slight uphill slants, as long as its not game breaking like right over a rock or cliff face or around a corner without LoS or over a valley/gap, the blink usually still works, but in this case the clone does not and it bugs out like getting stuck and stuff even tho its just a slight uphill. I don’t think having an actual savage leap will break the game/blink, if the savage leap can make it there (savage leap with the same 600 range), then your normal blink should as well (like i mentioned, i’ve blinked up slight hills), therefore your swap skill should still teleport u there, without any issues nor will it be OP or game breaking or path breaking imo
agreed but i think he means that the “leap” would get you into more situiations where the swap (which is consistantly good imo) wouldnt work as much as it currently does, which technically speaking he’s right but thats only because were changing the first face to work all the time for something that hardly works and getting our swap from working 90% of the time to working say 70%, but i think its predicted wrong, with the way the skill is used i think it would be a very pleasant change and remove alot of the clunkiness from the skill
Spoiler i guess:
“Hi, i’m scarlet, let me talk about all of what i have done until now for 5 minutes, while being alone, undefended and surrounded by 3 (or more) people.
Well, seems i’m done here now. I’m going to walk like a slug to the portal you see right there, surely you won’t arrest me or attempt anything to stop my perfect escape plan… Almost there, i’m close to the portal, i’m going to go inside aaaaaaaaaaany second now."
Terrible, please let her die. I almost feel sad for her, my character obviously doesn’t even give a kitten about her existence nor consider her a threat.
lmao i was thinking the same thing, on one is caring about the portals or anything xD
poor scarlet just wants our attention, the “personal” atempts at hurting us, the gift in the mail, which i discarded xD
oh dont get me wrong guys this isnt one of those qq’s :P i love defending and i do it regardless of reward, im referring to combatting this mentality for zergs to have to sprint around just capping everything they come across without having to or needing to (for rewards) defend any of those points as in most of the players minds, they will be thinking “why should i care about the server score”.
okay obvious troll is obvious, they use deception as a weapon that must mean thats all they use of course im so stupid, why does all their skills be deceitful and not once is it implied anywhere on the site or this post -_-
listen up ITS SUPPOSED TO TRICK YOU!!!
mesmers are there for deception, skillwise and lorewise
where do i say, mesmer use deception so they must use it with 100% of their skills?
and tbh the stun break is the skill swap not illusionary leap so please dont inlcude that.
@RedCobra: Teleport type skills have been and are tested extensively to determine where they can and can not be used. It’s proven difficult to determine any sort of hard and fast rule, but it’s generally agreed upon that teleport potential has some relation to having an adequately short walking path to the target location. Note that this is not always the case, but it’s generally a good rule of thumb.
So, what the clone pathing allows the skill to do is automatically ensure that you can successfully swap to its position. Savage leap type skills can easily get you to places that blink absolutely cannot, and so you’d end up with your swaps failing a massive amount of the time.
With regards to illusionary leap being a visual placement for savage leap, I can pretty safely say that you’re wrong. It works entirely differently, it’s a stunbreak, a teleport, it paths for very specific reasons. Clone skills don’t imitate other class skills, you’re confusing them with phantasms, which absolutely do.
blink determines path on usage then, whats wrong with determining the path just the same with leap, i cant think of many locations where the tele wouldnt work albeit you have to target an enemy, and yes i am right ill find the interview but its stated that with the mesmers skills alot of them are made to represent other classes, i warden obviously being the ranger,
im going to compare the two skills as it seems you cant see it
Illusionary leap = Savage leap
1 – they both have leap as the verb
2 – they are both sword skills
3- they are both sword #2 skill
4- both have a skill range of 600
5 – both cripple the target
6 – both are a leap finisher
i mean seriously pyro i expected better from you than to be trolled dont tell me ileap doesnt represent savage leap, but the only bit youre actually making sense on is this pathing tbh, it seems that the path is to restrict the mesmer from getting into situations where it couldnt blink to, but frankly i dont think it would fail the tele as much as it does now, the amount of times i give chase to an enemy and have my clone just spawn and stand there is ridiculous, and this occurs on a very small incline.
okay obvious troll is obvious, they use deception as a weapon that must mean thats all they use of course im so stupid, why does all their skills be deceitful and not once is it implied anywhere on the site or this post -_-
then im going to have to be against that, not becuase im a mesmer :p but that would take away the feeling that a few can make a difference, its not really hard for a group to sweep and would effectively count as defence and upkeep of the structure itself. what if there was some leeway where it would allow 1-3 enemies to be inside the ring to complete the event?
oh and to completley destroy you in debate id like to qoute the website with a link aswell

Mesmers are magical duelists who wield deception as a weapon.https://www.guildwars2.com/en-gb/the-game/professions/mesmer/
BOOOOOOOM!!!
Really? We’re quoting the class fluff to justify mechanics?
Is “Their loyal pets, which rangers tame and train, distract enemies while the rangers strike safely from a distance.” what you say when people tell you to stop bowbearing?
what on gods earth are you chatting about?? i was told that the mesmers werent created for deception, lore wise and mechanic wise, i provided evidence that they were originally created for that, even if they have gone off on a tangent on some aspects,
just like a mesmer doesnt have to spec into clones, rangers dont have to spec into bows, but the ranger was build to utilise their pets, and tbh the only ranger ever to beat me in an organised 1v1 was a ranger that utilised his pet as his main weapon.
haha maybe fow and us other small servers should start utilising the blowfish technique, hoarding mesmers and minion master necros into the zerg to scare off larger zergs
ahh i had a think over what you mentioned i understand what you mean by pathing for the tele yes it makes sense you wouldn’t be able to go round corners with my idea but is that really worth sticking with not being able to tele up hills for round corners, i think id prefer it working on difficult terrain tbh as i tend to use this very often to confuse enemies, like how you said it being used as a tele rather than a combo chain for blurred frenzy.
well thing is they seemed to design it as a unique skill the super fast running an pathing and all, if they just scrap this and put it on warrior leap, I think it will make it not so complicated. basically I think they chose to be unique with it and decided to code something complicated where they coulda chose something else
Ah, I realized why they didn’t do it that way. The warrior leap skill can be used to traverse terrain. You can jump from ledge to ledge or things like that using a true leap. Allowing the clone to leap like that would produce problems because teleport skills do some sort of odd pathing check to make sure you can teleport there. If you targeted something that the clone could leap to but not path to, you’d end up having problems all the time with actually swapping to the target.
im sorry pyro but youre shooting his idea down with complete nonsense, we arent going to remove blink because you cant blink to the other side of a gap,
I honestly beleive the perfect fix is to make the clone leap just like savage leap on the warrior, phantasm and clones are made to mimic other classes yet this one doesnt mimic anything at all, if it leaped it would fix terrain and you should then be able to use it without having to target something, even if the clone leaps over a gap it will do this, lets say you then try to teleport to that point, whats wrong with it doing what blink currently does?? blinking you to the edge of the gap.
I don’t think you understand what I meant.
The idea is to have the skill work as much as possible. Blinks function on some specific mechanics that are somehow related to pathing, and so if the clone can get to your target, you can blink to them properly.
However, if the clone does a leap like savage leap, now it’s not following pathing rules, and a large amount of the time your swap would just fizzle and not bring you to your target.
That implementation would simply be substituting a skill broken badly in one way for a skill broken badly in a different way.
Edit: Noticed your other reply. It is absolutely not imitating the savage leap skill. The clone paths to the target. This allows for the followup blink. The savage leap skill has no such limitation as it does not need to function properly with a teleport.
hmm it seems you’ve misunderstood, i didnt mean it had replicated the skill technical wise, i meant it is in lieu of the skill savage leap as a visual placement just like izerk pays homage to the whirlwind attack #3 for the GS on warrior, i dont understand where youre getting the information that anet use pathing for the teleport, how do you know that? its obvious with the clone but not the switch, how is there a technical limitation on blinking to the clones current location and destroying the clone, give the switch the same fuctionality as the blink
