Yesterday on RoS we saw Pax trying to take bay on a number of occasions. It was nice to see them running alone and we had some nice fights. Then all of a sudden we saw this huge wave of UW come out from the supply camp. It was clear they had come from another map, whether pax called them I don’t care.

UW dont seem to understand that no matter how much they win by they will still lose rating.

GvG leader board isn’t completely accurate. Have to see which guild keeps beating the other ‘top’ guilds on a consistent basis.

We spent 30 minutes drafting up our statement. Making sure that it encompassed every bit of trollery, humour and financial advice we could muster. So far Nozdormu has grasped our post for what it was meant.

It is obvious that we need to work harder on our skills and to make our posts more transparent for humourless eyes to understand. As a result I have arranged our very own seminar for Directors and level one employees.

As the title suggest. What do I spend badges on?

As a raid leader I get sent blueprints from my guild mates. As a result I have more siege then I can actually use. If I ever run low on blueprints then I can just buy them from the TP for very low prices.

I also have the ascended items I want for multiple sets and as I said, have multiple sets through pve.

What do you guys spend your badges on? And if a Dev is reading, are there any plans going forward to help us dump our badges?

And when we have raids we don’t golem rush. Must be the general RoS community that you see.

Velocity corporation would like to take this opportunity to try and reconcile with PWNY. You helped us to see that you are helping the community. Golem build sites do create jobs. Taking towers, keeps etc do wonders for the local villagers. Workers building to upgrade, supply camps working on providing much needed supplies.

You have opened our eyes and have encouraged us to revaluate or future goals. For many years VcY have focused on trying to flourish internally to fuel our drive towards success. In reality however we neglected our community who are still in poverty.

VcY will like to open formal negotiations with PWNY on how we can improve our communities.

During this global recession many people are looking at ways to conserve what they have and to make a living in whichever way they can. We are seeing looters in Queensdale stealing crops and harvest from farmers on a regular basis. Some may say on a timer.

This act of bravado and complete lack of seriousness is an insult to the many millions of players who are in poverty. I encourage PWNY to spread the wealth amongst the community, help us to finally climb out of this economic hole that we are in and build a brighter future.

We get on with business and at our peak attendance i would like to see any RoF guild take us, or a ‘blob’.

I think the main reason for that is at your peak attendance you have 40 people which is about double what any of our guilds pull at a regular time and is probably bigger then our average zerg…

To be fair and honest we have only hit 40 once and that was on Tuesday after our weekly guild missions. We normally run 25 on average which might still be bigger then your guilds but we don’t fights guilds instead we fight server forces.

Now i’m not complaining about this. Its fun and challenging but for PWNY to come here and say they beat us because they outnumbered us is laughable and golem rushing is something to be proud of lol. They must have short memories because i remember on reset night they had 15 Omega golems fail to take a T1 SM and later 6 Alphas. So you capped our stuff who cares lol.

Remember we came to RoF for a week and really enjoyed our time and got to know some of the guilds and hopefully taught people on how we do things by coming on the community TS.

We have never complained about blobs, golem rush or whatever else. We get on with business and at our peak attendance i would like to see any RoF guild take us, or a ‘blob’. Even in small numbers late at night we put up a good fight and take our fare share of skulls before going down. It says a lot when enemy forces have to build AC in the open to fight us but you know what, we still run in.

Fact is we put up a fight in game and not on the forums. Like Ethiers post, we welcome good fights and congratulate opponents who bring them (guild or ‘blob’).

As my colleagues have said Velocity Corporation do not know the meaning of fun. Anyone seen to be having fun or an enjoyable gaming experience will face our disciplinary
panel.

This includes culprits having to reroll a ranger. We take matters of hilarity very seriously.

This Thursday and Friday you will see this in action. We have disciplined more than 20 employees for laughing inappropriately at a RoF sentry post. We have apologised to the said sentry and have sent a basket of muffins to ensure this does not go to court.

Keep making more Ogre

VcY spent a week on RoF and during that time we got people on to the community TS. Whether that was because of our tag or whatever I don’t know. Point is get your WvW guilds on community TS and advertise it in chat.

Also guilds need to support pug commanders. Let them know that you are on the map and will support if he needs it while you do your own thing. Problem seems to me none/guild on RoF is willing to stand up and do something.

Thanks to the 9 [Hot] guys we had a mini GvG with in EB. Top guild with nice people.

Shame WBC couldn’t fight us. Next time maybe.

You guys are more than welcome back to RoS. I find it funny tho how T9 always seems to follow wherever VcY goes.

Um ok, only faced them once. RoF was a vacation an no matter the match up we had always planned on coming back on Friday.

I would also like to take this opportunity and thank the RoF community for having us. We had a blast.

VcY will be moving back to RoS on Saturday. We only came to RoF for a week with 15 people because of the current RoS match up. Hope to fight Mya with our actual squad if RoS get Millers, or atleast gank Sanatobi over and over xD

Velocity stood up from the death this week, I find it hard to believe they push over 20 as well.. I’m not sure where you are getting these numbers from mate.

Stop talking about things you don’t know, it makes you and the rest of your guild look stupid. Twice a RiOT guy has said VcY ‘came back from the death’. Big difference from not showing up to WvW and being dead.

Oh and we have had an average of 30 people so far.

Good fun on WSR border this prime time. Some pretty big fights with what looked like a tide of players. Couldn’t stay for longer as we got called to home border and defend before the reset.

Why would we be mad, VcY is a serious corporation, that is serious, that prides itself on seriousness. We never get mad, nor do our other servers corporations.

I’m sure the people spawn camping you are thankful of your donations towards their company’s that will be used to research and fund new projects.

‘The guild was dead for weeks.’ Interesting.

During that durios defence we only had 4 guardians. We just coordinated our line of warding and ring of warding. In conjunction with warrior cripples and knock backs when people got close. Before the breach all our eles equiped staff and kept rotating water fields. We had more ranged then melee and that showed as it was our range damage that allowed our melee to deliver the final blow.

But like my comrades have said, we have awaken from our slumber.

Remove the grub, oakheart and chamipon mobs. Rest are fine.

I think this problem only exist for NA server. I think it has to do with the fact that NA has ‘stacked’ servers where in EU we don’t. Sure some servers have more players but there were some good match ups for EU. RoSvFRvUW being the highlight.

It’s only been two weeks.

Anets idea for gvg was spvp. They did not however anticipate that guilds would arrange fights in wvw with more than 5 people.

GvG in wvw works as it is. Only problem is that you can’t choose your opponents.

The wedding is a sham! The leader of house Velocity was not present to give away one of our many beautiful ladies.

Never in a million years did we think that house RiOT would betray us. Not only did you steal Marzi from under our nose but also from her boyfriend! VENGEANCE will be sought!

We demand the release of Marzi from this barbaric arrangement. If you fail to comply then we will be forced to unleash the full might of our legal team.

I was shocked to find that the hug emote was not implemented. I can not hug our guild teddy bear.

Velocity corporation are in the process of diversifying. GW2 WvW for some has simply become stale. This isn’t because of the match up but down to the fact that over 8 months there has not been any meaningful changes. At the end of the day you are doing the same thing over and over to no real reward. It also did not help that we kept getting dc yesterday. We had morning raids, afternoon pug commanding and prime time raids for what?
Most of us have branched out to different games. Most of our guys are not interested. There is still a WvW division which will roll out during prime time as VcY are not done with GW2. But like someone said earlier, the bulk of VcY did not show up this week and honestly for a number of weeks.

Anyway have fun next week hopefully no dc this time.

Had a great run in with a small group from Vcy earlier, was nice to get to fight you guys on a more even basis with a similar amount of organisation. Some very strong players for sure.

We do more than just ‘zerging’ and looking pretty. It’s just that we are accustomed to running 30 people because that is what was required to be competitive in T1. Not easy changing play styles.

You also need a solid bunch of people who know what they are doing, which we got plenty of.

Vcy are doing very well, it only took their 50 man zerg an hour to get a wooden wall down on bay.

One does not simply take down a wall. One must conduct a proper health and safety inspection and carry out the appropriate checks.

Firstly we had to determine if the foundations of the wall will allow it to crumble in a manner which will not danger any spectators.
Secondly we had to ensure that spectators had the correct hard hats to protect themselves from any falling rubble.
Third, we had to inspect the wall up close to ensure we used the correct siege equipment. Once we had decided on that piece of equipment we then had to calculate the trajectory and speed at which to launch the boulders.
Fourth, it is vital that the area around the demolition zone remain spectator free. The last thing VcY corporation need is another legal case involving a flying boulder to the face.
And lastly. A champagne party for a successful demolition.

As far as i know you cancelled the last one, just to siege our BL hill with 20+ ;-). I won’t be ingame today, so in case the other officers/Shortex isn’t reading here, you’ll hear from me tomorrow or on monday.

The first gvg was cancelled because you had a server or guild meeting. You asked us to do it after that but the time was to late for most of our guys.

I started my mmo experience with GW Faction. The lore, music and the scenery were epic. I was very much looking forward to seeing what had happened to Cantha. If Master Togo has a statue somewhere. How many Tengu are still around. What happened with the Kurzicks and Luxons.
