Mesmer is useful in just about everything.

Pvp you’ll wreck, especially with the right builds trust me they can kill many things in just a few abilities.

Pve everyone loves mesmers in dungeons especially time warping and teleporting ones.

Alot of people want armor skins to be possible. Me as well would love that.

Know the dark knight thing that captures the princess? What if after killing him it unlocks the ability to buy/get his armor as a drop. Whether it be blocky on us or not or not he has some sick sick looking armor.

Add more stuff to it every month.

Eric Charrtman when i heard about all the charr pun names i wanted one myself after thousands of already taken names i found this was not.

Voleur Crudelis a name i composed fit for a thief, it sounded perfect for a human.

Dumblenorn, i love harry potter dumbledore is epic (even tho she revealed what hes attracted to kinda a downer but eh) so i thought of it as another pun yet cool name.

And miss infectant will be my 4th if i get attached to the name. Playoff of words of disinfectant.

If it was 5 dollars or so sure. 10 dollars 15 or 20 probly not.

Many people were getting into a discussion in a world i was in a bit ago about jumping puzzles and how they are hard on charrs and norn.

I agree 100% as my first character was a charr and it was hell. My other races (besides my norn) are super ez.

Until i found a solution.

Take a bandit tonic (the ones from Cadecus manor) or anything that will turn you into a human figure and tada!

Hey i’m real picky when it comes to name was thinking of a good one to name my female sylvari necromancer. Made her 100% dead looking.

After pronouncing various phrases i started saying infected infect infectus then i said infectant for a joke i said disinfectant

Then i thought hey what if i turned it from disinfectant to miss infectant since its female. Would be a play on words.

Anytime i see an ele they usually are pretty skilled. Being as most avoid the class when it comes to pvp you’ll find more pro than nooby ones.

Thief you’ll find alot of bad ones cuz of all the noobies who think thief can make them 1hit everyone.

Guardians i never see kill anyone but i never see get killed unless 2+ppl r fighting em.

Warrior i see slaughter any thief in their path.

Mesmer i wouldnt consider op but they r real tough to kill.

Engineer are incredibly epic (WUUUT you serious?) Yes engineer. You find the right engy and he will kill everyone in a 3v1 fight.

According to any pvp game i play.

If i win i need to get a life and or get banned for apperently hacking.

If i lose i need to learn to play the game and or gtfo “their game”

Accepts low lvls but 3 shots em every monster.

Everything seems great imo especially class updates.

But the dc’s and broken areas are the negative side. But it’ll be fixed eventually i guess.

BUT its broken. If it wasnt for that it would be epic.

Connection losses for entering new areas.

I had to litterally walk all the ascalonion map sneak my way in and hurry and get to the new wp b4 it ended up dcing me after about 12 tries.

And the new refugee commendators are broken as well if you walk in their territory they are all like “You came to the wrong neighorhood!”

And dont even think about entering pvp you leave that pvp place it flings you back to lions arch then pvp then lions arch then dc. And if you keep trying it closes your entire game.

So yea its a trap of disconnections. However if you find disconnections somewhat attractive by all means have your way i don’t judge.

Warriors, thief, guardian, mesmer, elementalist best.

Ranger okay.

Engineer good to real good if you understand what power engineer can do that no other class can.

No, I’m right with you. I’m not sure why these became popular in the first place; at least Gangnam Style had the fact that it wasn’t an absolutely garbage song going for it.

Only the original ones are good in my opinion. Anet made it original least i think so. However i seen loads where they were all the exact same costumes and everything and hardly did much dancing.

My guess you cant. Most companies when charging you a price like 1800 love to make it (I’m looking at you microsoft! >:O) so you can only buy 1600 thus making you pay for 800 more so you can get it.

I reccomend spending some ingame gold on the extra 200 to save you the 10 extra dollars.

I’m in tarnished coast as well and most non lion arch maps are full of it.

I get my gold from having fun too.

I left a grind game to come to this game. And whether or not people call it a grind game i make gold while i enjoy what i do.

I got a lovers bow dropped once while having fun in fractals and a guy who raged at me the entire game about it said he grinded for like 2 months and got nothing that good.

If they made this a pet i would so be a ranger.

In my opinion i think it would be cool to be able to change your profession. But give it a strict way of changing it.

What do i mean strict?

Make lights only be able to change to a different light. If a real mage wanted to learn more about a different spell they’d pick up a spellbook and learn it.

Make mediums only be able to change to mediums. Lets say the thief is tired of his thieving ways, and the engineer ran out of money to pay off his machines and the loan sharks are after him (escalated quickly huh?) maybe they want to give up their ways and learn more about nature and animals.

And make heavys only be able to change to a different heavy. As a guardian myself i love the healing and helping my team but asside from being a team player i dont feel much of a fighter, more of a mage healer. Asside from that alot of people are more accepting to warriors in dungeons than guardians only thing people would want a guardian really is fractals.

Sure you could make a new character but what if you wanted to keep the name of your character? Maybe you have a legendary on that character but you always wondered what that sword/staff etc could be like on another profession since its soulbound.

I would want a profession swapping ability.

I think lights should be able to swap to a different light, medium to a different medium, and heavy to a different heavy.

Like lets say you made a lvl 80 elementalist you loved the idea of shooting fire from your hands but you always wondered what summoning dead bodies would be like. Like any mage would in a game they’d pick up a different spellbook and study from there.

Me i’m a guardian and sure i like being a guardian but a warrior seems more fun in my opinion and alot more useful in other things and alot more accepted especially dungeons. (Those opposing to this statement are guardians).

I watched it til about 1:27 he said traditional quests too much got annoying.

I do agree though i think maybe 1 quest per week could be good.

But its not a huge needed thing because a good percentage of people who do quests only do it for the a reward.

Then you’d get people who say omg your quest is too hard nerf it!

Then you’d get people who say why is your quests so easy make it harder?

Anyone who dislikes the game in my opinion are the people who aren’t play the full expierence of it.

Killing the same stuff, or doing the same events over and over whether you get loot or not you’ll get bored and soon get a feeling that the whole game is like that.

It’s great to explore, meet new people, and if you truly get bored try a new profession and do something new with it.

Any good specific spots in cursed shore to farm? One that has alot or respawns fast?

When I come across characters named like this I am just confused. I can’t figure out why they lack an understanding of the difference between humorous and annoying.

Immature names would be like xxximsexydienooblolxxx which would be the immature players.

Joke names such as thieven stealburg are the creative original ones that do like to fun around and have a good time. I myself have one character i named just for giggles would be Eric Charrtman. Anytime i get someone getting the name i usually get compliments on it only had 2 complaints which were 2 kitten rpers.

In my book the annoying names would be japanese/anime names. Or names that have brony in it. You aren’t original and creative just because you watch inyuasha or some other dumb cartoon (Yes cartoon), or how you need to announce your a brony ever minute.

You deal with quitters alot? Be the host and use gw2lfg site if you need more people.

Name change will be in the future. As told by multiple amount of arenanet employees.

Display name change may never come unless you have a serious reason for the name change, such as personal info, names, etc, otherwise its permanent. Reason being scammers, and hackers, could change info to wipe their name making it harder to be detected.

Even though the requirement is 45 it is pretty much impossible to do it.

I remember reaching 45 being all excited 3 hours later depressed at like 30 deaths on that dungeon.

I be host most of the time but alot of people race to the portal.

Thus i just enter and hope whoever entered doesnt leave.

I’d only bother getting 1 if they made em account bound or if i got a recipe my friend got that makes you rich so fast.

Fractals i do usually for em.

I havent really found anything in gw2 too much that annoys me too far. This one is the only one i could really think of.

I play for fun.

If i come accross an item my friend found that can make you 51g per like 2 hours i’ll worry bout money and legendaries then.

Why times infinite does it kick the whole party out if the host leaves.

I consider it one of the most annoying things in the game for the reason being i have not encountered anything as annoying. Dungeons and all that are my favorite thing in the game i love the teamwork. Part of the teamwork is being a team player. And when you get a dude who is like oh sorry thx for the hour we wasted sorry g2g, its ruined.

This happens way too much and way too often. Many dungeons and angrily enough sometimes it happens in arah counting today when some1 quit when we were halfway done on path 3.

I am fully aware that its because he is the host but havent you ever heard of new hosts? Pick a new host out of the 4 people or everyone could vote or w.e doesnt matter.

Second option i suggest is if you log out you have to vote who is the new host before you log.

Third option: Make everybody a host don’t see how that could be hard.

Tldr: If the person who starts the game quits it shouldnt kick people out.

Has this been spammed up multiple times by other people in other threads? Good keep up the work and hopefully it’ll get fixed.
