Heres is the proof asked for before on the Anet dev attempting to stop a GvG. Please discuss Tier 1 and 2 servers

You need to think about it abit more tbh. WvW was not meant for GvG fights, why anet have an issue with it?

1. You prevent people from getting outnumbered buff, when they might have gotten it, if people were not on the map simply to GvG.

2. It can create skill lag for players who are trying to do WvW on the map.

3. It could create longer queues for people waiting to get on the map at peak times.

Anet are having to create a new map because of map lags, which is mainly down to Anets servers (they used on Guild Wars 1), but the problem is not helped with people doing GvG at peak times. That creates more skill lag, which I’m sure we’re all sick of by now. So just pick a quite map at off peak times to do GvG and everything should be okay. Once Guild Halls are introduced this issue will be solved and they’ll be able to visit eachothers guild halls to GvG.

How can you type what you said in bold after seeing those screenshots?

The only reason JQ didn’t win the last match up with BG was because when MERC transferred they left us with a 10K point lead. You’ll notice that every EU / NA BG increased the lead, and JQ OC / SEA would make up the NA lead BG took, but not the 10k we started with.

Without a doubt, if we had the same match up and we both started at 0, JQ would’ve won.

The two large SEA zergs were always MERC and ATM/FOO. Now that MERC bandwagoned to JQ, that SEA is stacked. Wont be too entertaining for either of us.

The GvG doesn’t affect people who hate GvG’s. Only on NA weekends and only for the top four servers can you maybe argue that these people are taking up slots. Otherwise, from reports from just about every server, no one is even fully queueing NA during weekdays.

For months Jade Quarry did not have any WvWvW Oceanic guild. Few of our NA would stay up all night and some of our SEA will log in early to face full map SoR and Blackgate blobs. It was an easy PvDoor Karma train time for Sanctum of Rall and Blackgate.

And now finally we managed to get some support in Oceanic time zone and look at all the tears it has caused. Is it too bad that JQ Oceanic will be able to give at least some competition to Super Stacked SoR and BG Oceanics? And as we speak Blackgate is getting more guilds transferring in, so why whine? Before the league starts Blackgate and Sanctum of Rall will recruit more guilds, both of these servers are known to stack even when they have superior coverage.

Lol, hold on. Let’s not pretend this move was balancing in any way. You now have the strongest OCX and SEA, two consecutive time zones. This would’ve resembled balance if they got these OCX from another server, but transfers from kitten another T1 shifts the scale more than just adding to one server, you subtract from another as well.

But! That’s the game. I’m surprised anyone cares. At this point I can hardly keep track of the people leaving BG, or all the guilds changing their names (there’s a lot). It’s League fever out here.

I will be surprised if JQ loses the Leagues at this point though.

Time will not change that off-peak players are concentrated in T1 servers. Transferring anywhere else will only exacerbate the “PvD problem”. This can’t be too difficult to grasp.

ANet did make people transfer. They started pre-release when they said WvW would be a 24/7 game. They’ve reiterated the fact countless times.

The problem you’re addressing is that all the servers that have prepared for a 24/7 game, are playing against servers that haven’t.

Now, in the old system, this isn’t even a problem. BG/JQ/SoR would be stuck together in their T1 master race.

It IS ANet’s fault that people are getting screwed over, both lower tier and higher tier servers.

If they wanted people to spread out, they should’ve taken actions sooner instead of telling people that the game was 24/7 and that night capping was totally legit, because all this stacking is the result of HoD’s performance and ANet’s constant vindication of off-hour players.

Titanic had a better soundtrack, imo.

There were like 20 people stationed in JQBL with another group zoning in every time JQ’s full map zerg came for hills. The only map that had a queue was whichever one that float team was one at the time, and BGBL.

The lag is a strong enough indication that a zerg is coming by.

Well…TC sorta has a Hawaii timezone’d guild with KH…They’re actually NA, but they start their runs at like, 9 PM Server and keep going until like 2 AM Server or some.

I believe the current highest offer T1s have for them is 5k gold + transfer costs, btw, in case you guys are considering buying. (They rejected that, btw).

Obviously. You have to pay them in spice.

Like how BG is practicing BvD? I am jelly how you guys don’t need siege to take stuff, so you can save it all for the ACs and ballistas when you spawn camp.
As for farming wiping to your bigger groups is fun (it’s like being eaten by a killer whale) and since we’re always outmanned there literally is no cost, so yay keep up the spawn camping so i don’t have to look for my bags.

For the last couple of days I haven’t been able to re-enter a dungeon no matter what I do, or when I try to switch. Just now I tried to re-enter CoE switching from my Mesmer to my Guardian before we even selected a path and I’ve gotten the same error as I have before; that the world I’m trying to join is full.

I’ve tried all the tricks. Rejoining the party, relogging, restarting the game, zoning, guesting and walking to the portal itself, nothing works.

Have ANet removed the feature and just didn’t bother to update the error message? They’ve never been particularly accurate. Or is it possible that after a year since release they still can’t count to five?

I can’t believe OP is actually complaining that he can’t farm fast enough because people aren’t reviving him. The entire point of the farming is not to fail and repeat until you run out of tickets, not fail repeatedly and get upset no one wants to revive you.

There were.

A lot of neat stuff goes by un-noticed by the players. There have been scaffolding and structures slowly growing in the collapse area for a while now. A definite indicator that something was progressively being built.

In Lions Arch there is an area with a little Asura that has been hard working on gates since head start began. When the game launched it was just piles of rocks and dismantled gate frames. Now they look like they are all but functional.

I’m sure there is a lot more that is actively going on and changing in the world but we don’t notice because the changes happen over time and Anet doesn’t point them out to us. Maybe at some point there will be consequence to us not noticing what NPCs are up to when they don’t have an orange circle around them. Maybe there already have been.

Was it the second piece of meat, or the second piece of meat you went for? Because they do very little damage if you don’t let the dog get one.

Did this with my Mesmer, just Mantra for Conditions and Blink and Mirror as Stun breakers. Full Berserker.

Your biggest problem is your gear.

Berserker is best for all of them because you can DPS the boss before attrition hits and you start making mistakes.

The only other things you need to know are:

AoE goes clockwise, so if you run at a decent pace you can just run from safezone to safezone. In reality though you’ll probably have to dodge into them.

The other thing is that the AoE can be dodged or blocked. Wait 2 seconds, as long as you’re mid-dodge when the AoE falls, you won’t take damage. If you’re out of stamina, use Renewed Focus for invulnerability.

Go Focus/Torch with a 30 Radiance, 30 Honor, 10 Virtues build and just kite clockwise. Get Superior Aria and Pure of Voice to remove conditions and use Retreat, Stand Your Ground and Save Yourself.

Depending on how consistently you can attack her while running, you shouldn’t need to go around the arena more than twice before she dies.
