Cheap and easy game mechanics. They dont know what to do without DR. Therefor it stays.

RNG is RNG. You will get more t6 mats with MF gear.

Doesnt work with chests. I don’t see much of an increase in rares or exos.

You will be automatically shunned from almost every dungeon you run if they find out you’re in MF. Because you will slow down the party.

I wouldn’t buy it. Craft it as you get the mats.

The dragons have always been a joke.

This post is really funny because of what just happened to me.

I just msde the Dreamer last week. Only thing I needed at the end was mats. I had a boat load of Karma and skill points. I didnt need ecto for anything so I decided I wanted to roll the clover recipe for mats.

I did exactly 100 tries and you wouldn’t believe what happened. This forge still found a way to kitten on me and gave me 56 clovers on the x1 recipe. Now im not complaining, but as this was panning out I had the biggest smile on my face because the one time I didnt want these kitten clovers, I hit above 55%.

Unreal.

I have 2 legendaries. Yes I plan on a third.

When making legendaries everyone needs to realize unless you drop a precursor or have insane luck and forge one. Its best to let the legendary come to you.

Took me 3 months of gameplay to create each legendary. First time there was a lot more opportunity with Plinx and dungeon farming. Karka event destroyed precursor prices and I invested heavily.

But its a very y achievable goal if you just play the game and the TP everyday. The only thing you have to save up for is bloodstone, shards and clovers. Let the rest come to you.

Ive fell into the 5th one when Quentin was flipped and we took control. You know when it does that graphics thing and respawns the control point.

Thats when oblivion sucked me in.

The worst things about this game are:

DR – It only effects the player not the bots. Bots farm all day and it doesn’t really matter what they get because they spent no time trying to earn it.

Gated Content – I have to wait weeks and months to get stuff thats brand new. Im completely hopeless with this system and cannot speed up the process by putting in more effort.

Ascended Gear – Not so much the fact they released a new tier but how its obtained is so bad. Whoever thought this up should be let go.

Other then that is a pretty solid game for being 6 months old. But they have to stop now with this month long grind each day to get gear. Its going to kitten a lot of people off and its a horrible system.

Sooner or later everyone will realize fractals is not remotely worth running unless you need the relics.

Drops suck. Chests drop blues all day. Mobs drop kitten. Just leave fotm in the dead content category. Reason: stealth nerfs.

Ive dropped porous bones and white salvage items from them.

Its not fixed and they still do drop nothing.

No because there will always be new people and alts in this game. They are great for getting to 80 fast so they will never be worthless to the game as a whole.

If you have all the alts you need at level 80. The only real thing to do is hold them until bots get banned again. Then dump.

They are a good investment at anything below 6s I believe. They fluctuate to much to give an honest opinion of where they might end up. But on the other hand Anet does love to use these for high ens recipes so you never know when they will shoot back up.

I don’t see it going below 25s as a stable price. There are more ecto in the game but there is more use for them as well.

I think 20-25s is a good price for them to be honest. Thats where they will stay.

Fotm loot was nerfed. Lucky people just come here to troll

New Ascended items don’t even drop im Fotm. You have to do totally unrelated content to get stuff for Fotm. On top of that you can’t even add AR to progess further.

Open world chests were buffed. Anet says they want people in other zones, this supports that. Dungeon chests still drop kitten blues all day.

The faster people realize it isnt about what they want to do but about how Anet wants this game to be the better off everyone will be.

I heard it was going to be 20 again.

I saw my first one yesterday in Orr by the camps. Then I saw another following it. Then I saw 2 more running circles around pent and the Packheart spawning area.

4 bots in 1 area. Crazy.

I love Guild Wars 2 and I vow not to quit even though Anet keeps nerfing things I want to do. WvW is the only reason I still play and I hope this patch makes it more rewarding.

There is no opportunity anywhere else t make gold but grinding CoF all day.

So more people have explored tp trading and its taken away from the market.

Going to get even worse when cof is nerfed. Anet nerfs anything you can makegold off of. Its going to be the end of them imo

Account bound legendaries is a must

Map completion means nothing seeing as you get 2 gifts for 1 completion. I am about to make Dreamer for my thief who has 20% of the world explored.

Legendaries on the TP is the most bs thing I’ve ever seen. There is nothing legendary about buying gems, converting to gold and buying one off the TP.

My vote goes for account bound.

Also make it so no chest drops while guesting.

Im beyond tired of this kitten. I haven’t seen a world event in 2 days. I tried to come 30 mims before the timer started and got an overflow.

Im getting 3 ectos a lot more often then I was gettint before. Rng is to blame.

It’s pure and simple: GREED is what is creating the problem. Want a guaranteed one rare with little to no effort- then park up at a spawn point, log onto another toon, repeat until all spawns are covered. Next, check server dragon spawn timer, then log whatever toon is next up. Repeat.

They need to make the spawns totally random time wise and preferably location wise too- which would make the events a lot more ‘dynamic’ than they are now.

Would be a lot cooler to have a dragon appear in the sky and then land on someone’s head than the current ’let’s all spawn in to this one point where the dragon will get itself massacred in under a minute’, which is frankly rubbish.

These events are the only thing worth farming now becuz Anet trashed the camps. Where the last good loot was. I haven’t got a rare or exo out there yet and I lose money on repair bills cuz no one is there anymore and champs spawn like normal mobs now.

Camps arw sometimes deserted like the rest of Orr. Its bad and thats why everyone flocks to these events. Because there is no where else to go.

Oh well I totally forgot that. Hmmm well…

People were hoping Southsun would be a new place filled with worth while events. A place where people would gather and do DEs with no end. Good loot and community. This is after the took Plinx.

Turns out its a ghost town with nothing to offer but powerful blood. I really hope they build upon SS cove because it worries me that future map expansions will be exactly like this one.

February update was horrible for farmers.

It destroyed the last known farming spot im gw2. So many people quit because of that and the dragon overflow maps.

I have taken a hit income wise. I like to farm and im pretty sure most people do to.

I saw so many people quit. I feel like they are take steps backwards. If people LIKE stuff, dont take it away, build on it. Because its starting to get to people.

I just hope wvw is more rewarding. Im tried of hitting F on a loot bag and getting a spike. Seriously.

Simple solution. Make dragon spawns on overflow maps match that of the normal one.

Not too much coding involved. Sure it might tale longer to beat him but I myself saw 40+ unhappy people in an overflow today, myself including.

Honestly after rushing out to patch broken signs and collect stuff off dead bodies, then a whole month of nothing…

Anet we hate 1 time only events. But there is something worse then that. 1 month time gaps in a “living story”.

In other news, was defending Hills keep in DH BL this morning and a random DH just appeared out of nowhere in inner courtyard. Screen attached. I expect Brazilian Legion can sort this out among themselves and figure out what was going on? (Maybe he was just really good at hiding … though I am skeptical because there were multiple sweeps over the period of hours that we had been holding Hills up to that point).

Anyways I think I speak for the majority of DH when I say your guess is as good as mine considering BRL doesn’t say a word to anyone lol. If you get them to talk, tell then we wanna talk strategy…

The reason base mats are more expense then the outcome is becaue you are using the mats to level.

If while leveling you just buy the insignia or armor you gain no level or crafting exp. Thats why.

At level 400 craft and level 80 items your prices are way far off. Unless the market is shifting, the price to craft an armor or weapon is almost equal to the price of crafting it. This is because everyone is also level 400 crafting and there is no competition.

The only plus to being 400 crafting is if you want to make armor or weapons for another hero you have likely gathered all the mats you need durinf gameplay and making it is essentially free.

This fight so far has been the most fun in WvW ive had thus far. The score is so tight its amazing!

Side note: idk why both servers feel the need to zerg on our BL at the same time?glad you feel we are that big of a threat!

Also AR on DH BL last night attempting to take our tower 10+ times getting wiped over and over, lol what were you guys doing?? Had me confused TBH

Yes larger guilds can sometimes give that feeling. Do you use teamspeak? Thats the best way to establish relationships in big guilds. Ill be on tomorrow and we can talk more then and run some dungeons and farm!

Best thing to do is join a good guild. If you like wvw we can offer that to you.
