Well played, mesmer can keep the gold from turning to, um, fertilizer by setting their zerg up for the win. Everything past that could be considered gravy, but still any contribution is greater than no contribution at all.

People love them some mesmer. They’re more than just a veil or a portal or null field. They’re ALL of these things with purplely butterflies all about! What more could you want?

I can only suggest practice. Find out what works and what doesn’t for you. It took me at least 2 months to finally stop playing P/D at range. When I finally got to where I was comfy dancing in and out, and staying in close when appropriate, it really started to shine for me.

Learn your skills and use them to their fullest. Also, I got better at thief as I started alts of other classes. It helps to know their stuff too so you know what to look out for and when.

I’ve had "issues" with game music since San d’Oria and FFXI. On the plus side, bagpipes made me flee in terror before that anyway.

I remember they used to have pay locks on the bathroom stalls at amusement parks. That actually happened, right? Or is it another one of those "reality" issues I’m having problems with?

This isn’t as bad as learning the way through Ninja Gaiden for the NES back in the day. That was step-by-step brute force fail method of learning.
