Breast size is one of those genetic things, not the result of a nighttime fairy visit. There’s no physiological reason for sylvari females to have them, but they’re included in the template the Pale Tree is working from.

Piling on as much power as you can reasonably afford is still doing better than nothing at all. Do what you can and hope you don’t get Team AFK watching your back on the south turrets.

I’ve had remarkable success going straight into and through the zerg. I don’t know if that’s because they’re not expecting it or just being nice because they didn’t think you’d try it.

Why not if you know you’re not going to be able to outrun the roflstomp?

Well, rolltrops (Trick 10) and caltrops and Signet of Malice will keep you going with the heals while hitting stuff. Keep moving to minimize your time in mob melee range. Learn to dodge the big stuff. Use stealth to get a breather/make some room and then start shooting after you’ve recovered some initiative.

There is no killing fast through conditions. If it’s leveled to where you can drop it fast fast with bleeds, you could kill it even faster with straight up wappy wham.

It gets balanced by stuff like when I told my golem to charge a dozen people 600 units away and he got stuck on a 6 inch rise in front of me. The dozen were amused. I was too after bopping back to the BL waypoint.

I actually went with 2 lyssa/4 mad kings slotted in carrion armor on top of pizza to get more duration out of bleeds, torment, and cripple.

It’s only OP when I beat someone who gets all upset.

Awesomeness is for Thief builds.

The "best" stats would really depend on going well with your other weapon set, unless you don’t ever plan on switching, or you’re rocking double shorties. Poison is more about taking a chunk out of heals than it is inflicting straight up damage, but that damage is a nice bonus.

I’m P/D (main) & Shortbow, so I use Carrion. I’m mostly into bleeds (pew pew pew) but the power from that keeps the bow viable (twip boing boing) and Cluster Bomb is always the happy for blast finishers or popping it for more bleeds.

If you’re not P/D, Dee Jay might be on the right path with the thinking.

I really don’t see the problem with the initiative system. I’m always going to do my best to maximize the use of whatever tools I’m given to accomplish what I’m trying to do.

That’s where I find my fun and as far as the cheese goes, I care little for the opinions of my opponents as far as my playstyle is concerned. It is mine. They should only worry about their own.

I got better results using scepter/warhorn on my necro. I wasn’t particularly good or enjoying mesmer until I started using an offhand torch. I haven’t played my guardian enough to know what weapons or build to go with.

Each person has to find what works for them. It can be 1 spam. It can be faceroll. It could be something you’d play on the piano. If it works, it works.

Found that out too. Any direct damage hit that pops a BAM number is the display will unstealth you. Do NOT drop Chaos Storm (where it will hit enemies) and then go into mesmer stealth. Make sure all your projectiles are done before going in or you’ll pop right back out when they hit.

There are no “true thieves”. I’m merely a sylvari between jobs at the moment. Thief is such a harsh word. I’m just good at lost-n-found. The finding bit, really.

Balanced fine for my P/D-ness. I don’t Body Shot a lot as P/D. I use it as a at full initiative burn or for the 100% projectile finisher or damage on a target that about to get zergified. Just because it’s on the bar doesn’t mean I have to use it often.

I think the main reason it feels off is that P1’s auto does damage from bleeds while Unload is straight up power/crit. ALL of the mobility will have to come from #6-9, but it’s a ranged set so you can do low-risk damage until they catch up to ya. You can’t stand in the blind field without totally sacrificing the advantage of using ranged attacks.

You got some frustration going and I don’t think you’re going to find any relief soon. You’re absolutely right about P/P being an odd set as is for thief.

I will say, Headshot is awesoe. On demand interrupt is the happy.

If the P/P set isn’t working well enough for you, perhaps consider tweaking your playstyle and the utilities and the traits to find something that feels right. If you can’t, then try a different set. Otherwise, you’re just gonna be all grr rawr. Good luck with your choice!

The only things that ever pull me out of stealth like that is possibly a weapon switch where your auto-1 fires off right after the swap. Nothing they do should rip you out unless you’re pulled or pushed out of the Love Shack, or you have Last Refuge go off when you’re using C&D, or you toss out a Gunk hunk and the field hits something. Or you have a Dancing Dagger or a Trick Shot arrow bouncing around too.
