Bank expansions were on sale two days ago?? Must have been a very short sale, I check every day (or try to) and it’s been character slots and upgrade extractors for what feels like ages.

Resource expansion was on sale not bank tabs.

Would like this as well. Small icons beside the profession skills f1-f4 so they don’t take up any extra room, don’t need that many but I would like to have toys and some temp weapon/bomb/etc easy to access.

I actually would like them to do the living story as the gateway to new content. The amount of it has to be done this way because that is the way it is done on the forums and elsewhere though leads me to believe they will do it the payed expansion route. GW2 took 5 years from announcement to delivery, I am sure they started on material for expanding areas before release 2012, I am also fairly sure they will release in a paid expansion roughly what they released with the game. So next year roughly until announcement.

Fun, Replayable, Lasting Content. Not a farm, so whats left?
A challenge.

The only replayable content that can remain a challenge even after you have done it many times already is PvP. In any PvE case, the challenge will be lesser and lesser on any subsequent tries. Unless someone is incapable of learning, of course.

That does not mean there shouldnt be PvE content like it.
It means it should get updates and patches more often, Just like they are doing with zerg farming events. And hell i would much wrather earn my gold via PvE content wich requires me to use my skills and utilities then in a mindless zerg fest. Especially if it grants me the same return rate in gold vs time spent.

Ea. 1 boss takes 30 minutes, 30 minutes chestfarming grants howmuch gold on average? it should be the same. Doing mundane tasks shouldnt be the only way to increase gold capacity at a decent rate. And right now as it stands zerg farm content earns about 5/10 times as much then any single boss ingame. Just look at tequatl.

Killing a huge legendary dragon grants you the same riches as running around opening boxes with keys? Oh no wait, it grants you even less with a bonus RNG on skins. And its capped to once a day. And your event reward is almost the same as any other event at the same level. Be it helping frogs to killing any champ on the map.

The problem is obvious if you ask me.

OK. I will make a point. This kind of comment from you shows exactly why demanding more “pro” content threads are always about the same problem.

There is enough content out there. You Just do not use them. You go around and do SW chest farm and then complain about mindless zerging/grinding.

And you are not alone in this matter. Almost everyone feels this way.

But this is not about lack of content. This is about the rewarding system and the way we look into the content : As a Gold source. Thats why no body does TA AE Path. Because Gold/Minute is not feasible.

Anet doesnt need to add content, they need to rewamp the reward system and the current Wall Street Simulator TP, which forces players always go for best Gold/Minute and miss actually the content they are demanding here in forums.

This is not a ANET problem, this is a human nature problem. Look at LOTRO, gold is worthless there for most of what you need and how to get things and yet you still have a good number of people showing off how much they have or going to great lengths to get even more.

Boils down to your own desires.
When you could farm BL chest keys in 20 minutes or less yes it was worth it just for the golem bank. Now it takes an hour if you do it so on that side no not really worth it.
Armours I like heavy on all species and light on char. Not a necessity but can be something you like.
Mistfire wolf has come in handy when I want some burn on a character that does not have it traited/weapon whatever.

Aetherblade no idea, doubt if a huge number do it. Teq took a long time to beat, until mega-server it was not done on a regular basis on any server outside of desolation (on EU side). Now that enough people know it it is called easy. Until it was called easy it was called impossible (right here on these forums no less).

You can’t. The only method as of now is to join someone already on a map or relog and hope to get a new less populated one.

As was said above PvP in PvE zones is WvW. They specifically designed the game with separation of the game modes in mind.

Surprised this was so far down the responses. Getting the money for the bloods is not hard and running lvl 80 zones for T6 mats that may be bloods (or other mats to sell to get blood) is part of PVE.

I have 24 titles of which I can use 1 at a time. I am not in the camp that new titles are in any way essential to my gameplay.

The setup of the game is you are not behind if you leave for a while. Your necro and Engi should be fine, if you run condi builds you might want to check out sinister recipes.

Only suggestion I have is to relax a little. You will get there, and soon but if you want it yesterday you are going to stress yourself out. Also prepare for the big letdown after you get it, always happens because you no longer have a fixed goal.

Gw2 is an internet show that kicks out tiny story episodes (30-60minutes) every 2 weeks, with huge breaks after 4-6 episodes (2-3 months) with no goal or finale in sight. Most of the time episodes feel random and unconnected, quite a mess of story writing.

If you just started playing the game, its a huge single player rpg with option for coop, with an average story. Combat is great but most of the time you just mash 1 and mobs die.

There is no late game, loot is terrible, rng is hell, and content is boring. There is no option to stand out from others in any way, everything is just bought off of tp or gem store.

Gw2 cries for an expansion, cries for massive updates to every aspect of the game, cries for “hardcore mode” injection because casual disease is ruining this game.

p.s. I guess I might get banned again from saying stuff anet doesn’t like, so forget everything I said before, Gw2 is awesome, buy gems with real cash, enjoy the best story out there, LS is best thing that happened to mmos, dungeons are so good you can play them over and over for years, fractals are the most rewarding content ever.

Think they are serious. Could be a speed leveler that ran EOTM or some other similar method. Have fun in swotr or find others to team up with until you figure out what to do solo .

Someone reported the name or they updated the filters. Don’t know any games that allow NPC names to be used by players. You also agreed to that when you first started the game.

the box with the gear is rewarded to every character that completes the story i have finished it 6 times so far and have recieved 6 boxes. The rewards you get from completing achievements unlock the skins for all armor classes.
