i like the new direction, it bascially says you have freedom to do almost whatever appeals to you, be it big objectives like smc or small scale, take supply camps, sentries etc.

adrenaline drops too fast, should increase the rate of acquiring adrenaline to balance it or reduce the 30 strikes to 15 as max or something

This now just feels like a complete grindfest. One of the reasons (main being money) that I left FFXI. I’m actually angry with the levelling system and wondering how it helps new players?
Things are locked to stupid levels, condi damage from mobs doesn’t happen in starter areas any more. You have an awkward break between the character creation story part and the beginning of actual story. You can’t explore maps until level 15. You can equip an offhand until a certain level. You can’t gain skill points despite standing right by the commune/whatever.
Everything is a chore now. Your skill 5 on weapon doesn’t unlock until level 10, elite is 40 and oh, underwater combat is level 8. Yes this is super helpful and rewarding.
Roll it back. We’re not China when it comes to grinding.

say for a 12 hour period, the first match starts at 12, next at 4, then last at 8. each sitting last 1-2 hours.
total points from these small spurts of matches determine the winner.
matches which feature dead servers contribute lesser %points to the total, vice versa.

I want to clarify a couple of points for you that I feel are important.
1. ArenaNet GMs very rarely send unsolicited whispers.
2. ArenaNet Senior GMs all have character names akin to GM Madi Walker and have the ArenaNet Guild Tag.
3. All ArenaNet GMs have GM ‘Hopefully Cool Alias’.#### for a display name.
4. GM whisper text is golden; not purple.
5. Impersonating a employee or agent of ArenaNet will result in an immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Hope this helps you identify real GMs versus the imposters out there.
