Please don’t ask for DH F1 to be nerfed. It’s not OP. If a thief gets caught in any type of burst it will be blown up. Thief’s play style is based on avoiding damage entirely, so if you get caught, you’re done!

I still think DH has too much aoe cc and damage even if they can’t 1 vs 1 for anything now. They should rebuff true shot and reduce trap damage.
But the only meaningful trap is TOF, which requires the guard to actively push/pull you through the edge to maximize damage. With marauder ammy, that crits for 3-4 K each, but requires correct positioning, timing, and you being able to CC them through. It’s actually quite a bit more effort than most other burst skills on any class. From that prospective, what about traps need to be nerfed?

I think DH’s play style will annihilate not as experienced or unaware players. Players that can focus on what the DH is doing, or understand their play style will not have a difficult time beating one. This is an opinion born from fighting many different types of players.

on crit blood won’t even heal yourself.
on swap leeching will heal i think just no damage.also they didn’t even bother to state in patch notes that they fixed the signet bug.

All you had to do is say I was right. You listed 5 classes and were wrong. Again, just watch the matches before posting next time.
I didn’t say you were right or wrong. I responded to you asking what teams didn’t have those four professions… Earlier in the thread someone already mentioned that other team compositions were used, and I said awesome. Calm down man. This isn’t about being right or wrong. It’s about having a discussion. 
Why don’t we give a break to ANET, they took a lot of feedback from season 2 in terms of matchmaking, balance, MMR algorithm.
They have a lot of work on their hands.
I don’t mind waiting as long as needed for a S3 with better matchmaking mechanics than S2.
We’d be waiting an eternity then LOL. A lot of profession changes need to happen and I doubt we’re ever going to get them. The devs are human, and can only do so much, but if this is the best they can do they might as well drop S3 and let us get on with it

Ok. Amulets and stats do not equate to build diversity we have enough amulets for diversity.
Tell that to Guardians who would love to have some more vitality stat flexibility. I could make so many more builds i would rather play if i could have some more vitality. It is almost impossible for a guardian to play PvP without an amulet with vitality stat. Sure you can try zerker but you are one shotted.
So true. IF we had at least mid-tier HP pool we could use demolisher’s amulet. That would be FANTASTIC.
Or you know, they could fix traits to give us more survivability…

It’s not making a difference unless you’re running 1440P 144Hz, and I’m willing to bet that there are plenty of cards that could do that already.
I only max 1440p 144hz sitting idle in an empty PvP room xD. Can’t wait to see what I can get stable with the 1080!

Honestly if they allowed dragonhunter to have it’s old ’’broken’’ dps and skills. Then it would actually be semi equal with the rest of the classes. Because it’s sustain is still subpar. No amount of little aegis. Or blocks is gonna save you from unblockables. pulsing CC, Pulsing AOE damage and condi bombs. No blocks will compensate for like 2 or 3 burst heals and a few condi clears. while having 2.167 armour.

Why hello there. 
I take it you watched my video(s) X). I’ve tried out sigil of null, and I think it has been improved greatly, but I’m not convinced it will make kiting or killing enemies easier. Definitely give it a try in some unranked matches/duels etc., and see how you personally like it.
I’ve switched to using both air/fire sigils on LB/GS. It’s been working pretty well. Since sigil of blood/leeching don’t deal damage anymore (unless it’s a bug AN will fix) I’m not sure if I will use them again.

Theres only 1 thing i can complain about thief as a rev. Overpowered af f1 steal. 4sec slow and crits for 4k. Can be used 2×. Who came up with that? Its ridiculous.

Our hp being so low isn’t justifiable anymore. We should be at mid tier health pool. We’d be able to use demolisher’s amulet reliably. It would be game changing for us.
Shield should be changed. #4 is actually cool, it’s #5 which is pretty useless. It should be a small bubble that reflects incoming projectiles, and absorbs melee damage, healing us for a small % of what we absorb.
Also, give us a trait in zeal which increases our movement speed. I bet you core guardian becomes viable with that one change.
Deer with 50% fury and quickness uptime won’t be a joke!

altruistic healing while using a shout?
uh, not quite it either. i’m looking for a set of skills that can replace the mediations 2 k burst heal so that i can experiment with a bit more vulnerability build up. To get dragonhunter to it’s old damage levels.
Big Game hunter is powerfull but incredibly inpractical.
U can stack up to 20 vulnerability with an long kitten combo sure. But in pvp u won’t the chance to uphold it. And your enemy practically has to sit still.

. Live with what you are able to do now. If you work with metabattle’s DH build you will be fine

I tried with you guys :/ You mentioned the energy cost of skills and I mentioned how it’s not hard to use those skills if you manage your energy pool plus swapping legends sets your energy back to 50.
Tons of Revs use shield and will use shield. Unless you can drop a video of you playing with sword/sword at a high level, I’m not convinced.

Those sigils have always did damage. It would seem weird to me that this function that persisted for 3+ years was a bug all along
Guardian has no other trait or traitline that could make meditations seem optional for Guardian DPS PvP.
No rune or sigil(s) will do so either

Warrior shield skills are shorter, better and with no energy cost. Tf you talking about?

And I actually played for 2-3 years Warrior and Guardian. Guardian shield is also meh.
A self root you can shiro dodge after, staff 3 after, staff 5 after, sword 3 after, glint heal after… Revenant has many skills that compliment the shield well

Warrior shield skills CDs are LONGER than Revenants
Have you seen the energy costs on Staff? They are what’s over the top. #2 costs 20 energy, #3 costs 10 and #4 and #5 cost 15. No other weapon set is that demanding.
Even if you just swapped legends you could use all three of those skills with an energy pool of 50… So, what’s the issue?

Both of these sigils seem to only partially work. They heal but do not deal damage. Please look into this AN.

This is the second time Surge of the Mists has been nerfed, if you didn’t know then it’s clear how little you actually care about being fair. And you pretty much don’t even play Revenant, the only way to land all the damage from a skill you have no control over once you cast it is actually very situational, like being AFK next to a wall.
You well know deep inside you that you want Revenant completely out of radar, like being played 1 for each 20 players.

So as I thought, alot of the hate comes from “If I suffer you must suffer too”. This is also why devs will never be able to know if they are closer to balance than before, because people will always have a grudge towards something, personal bias.
