these threads never really achieve anything. Non-stop bickering but no solution will ever be fit for the situation.

so far all of the spirit weapons are weapons a guardian can wield, all except the bow. Maybe that is more of a reason that guardians are getting a bow. I can also imagine an aoe skill that places a symbol.

maybe instead of nerfs, why not buffing something? maybe buff damage of ballistas or cannons on golems.

yesterday a few rangers were tower hugging sw tower in the bls and one of them was able to do a 10k rapid fire on my thief. My armor is somewhere at 2300 and i was amazed to see what its like to take a full hit.

A thing they could do is introduce a new grandmaster-trait which makes killshot being able to be executed while moving. This should be in the Arms traitline.

yup megaservers messed up wvw. Almost all of the new players have no idea at all of what server they’re in.

I’d actually like a field that makes your skills recharge faster (and your allies’).

to me, ele is much harder to learn for a beginner. Guardian is more easier to play imo. Get both lol.

When you have this happen to you, not once, but every single time you play against Fort Aspenwood – guilds who know who I am and quite literally have been reported for saying the most vile of things and then they make sure they disgrace themselves without penalty, no honor whatsoever, please understand that I am not the only one this is happening to, and no I am not necro posting, my computer died for two plus months and I just found this two plus weeks back into the game.

Well, how about infracting some of the most vile of persons out there in WvW…
They have no honor and don’t have any right to malign players whom they “dislike” because someone told them something about someone they have never met in real life.

Being kind to new players is just a gamer’s dream come true, someone chose YOUR game and YOUR server and even if they aren’t perfect, they are another great addition to the end game that matters more than spvp or anything pve can come up with.

its more like a do or die type of thing when you roam with builds with low mobility.

i usually combine flurry with 100b, works most of the time.

with the addition of rifle, expect nerfs to nerf it into oblivion.

Except PPK already happened and it turned out nothing like this. In fact, it was probably the opposite. People were out more often. There were more smaller groups as well as soloers. Fighting became higher staked, and people fought harder, making is far more exciting. People learnt and adapted to opponents build/tactics. Fighting really made a difference and PvD coverage was countered by actual PvP gameplay. If you died, you thought of ways to improve, or, “get gud”.

meh i already past the stage of “get gud” took 4 occasions of being outplayed, me going on the gw2 builder to form the perfect build for me, and saying to myself “what can i change to improve”.
On the ppk part, i usually solo roam and all i see are groups of 3-5 people running around at the time. Sometimes with even numbers they run into camps filled with siege and proceed to shoot acs for long duration of time. I did have other similar experiences but thats just my experiences.

He’s mechanically unimpressive but the build is smart conceptually because it takes full advantage of food heal/shout heals/healing signet/adrenal health/celestial (not sure) synergy.

Honestly I like the concept.

being in T3, i think that you are wrong in this regard.

I’m curious as to why you would think this? Every season we’ve had, we get a huge surge of WvW activity. It’s a great opportunity to recruit and train pugs for WvW

guess what the the non- wvw players did during season 3, they went to eotm for 5 mins and were done for the week.

a pu condi mes actually tried to chase me today. it was weird cause i literally just put on swiftness and the mes couldn’t close in. ofc i tried fighting him but pu in a 1v1 is too strong.

medi guard rolls over most builds because of its blocks, blinds, and heals

sometimes i see a whole guild defend one. 15 of them and it still died with me being chased to the ends of the earth.

The only way a reset would work is if they say had a meteorite hit all the servers, made fewer new ones and made everyone choose from those forcing everyone into more populated servers. However, if people could not get their entire guilds on servers, they would be rightfully infuriated.

If they can put up a fight, kudos to them. If they actually require me to concentrate harder to beat them, then they are a good ranger. =]

not really, rangers have a lot of utility for avoiding damage and being in close combat.
