This is a bad idea why should a entire community of WvW players be forced to sit on the sidelines whilst skill less players invade the borderlands to get a few vistas and points of interest. WvW has already lost EotM (the only wvw update in 2 years) to the pve karma train now you want us to give up the Eternal Battlegrounds as well no thankyou.
The main reason people want map completion is for the Gift of Exploration so they can make there legendary weapon and there is nothing legendary about taking a quiet stroll through a PvP environment. Suck it up and get on with it like thousands have had to do before you.
I did my 1st map completion on Devona’s Rest when it was rank 22-23 and it took me 5 weeks to get my final vista the green hills vista and when we took hills that day it was a true sense of accomplishment. I don’t think it would have been as meaningful if i could have walked through the front door no risk involved.
Over a week now players have been complaining about lag and not a peep from a dev.
and than i log on to the forums today and see a dev answers a question about logging in to the gem store within 24 hours? This level of disregard of the player community is soul crushing.
If you don’t want to stack don’t party up with people who do it’s that simple. Who the kitten cares how other people play the game it doesn’t effect you.
If stacking in a game gets you all worked up this is a true mental issue and you need to seek professional help.
when it comes to Trinkets / Jewelry i prefer to craft mine but you are capped at Exotic witch is perfectly fine for most aspects of the game. You can also pick up some exotic trinkets from Temples in Orr with Karma and the WvW vendors for badges of honor.
If you want Ascended then use your Laurels for an amulet( it’s cheaper from WvW if you have the Badges of Honor) and do FotM for your rings and Guild missions for trinkets.
ether way it is worth leveling up your crafting and good luck!

The whole lack of loot sucks kitten but with previous LS updates there was a lot complaining on the forums about “zerg content” and wanting more “raid style” events Anet actually responded to this with the new Pavilion but at the same time dropped the ball on the loot / XP situation :/
Last night myself and 6 randoms / pugs circled the map and killed all the Bosses wasn’t hard but took a long time. lot of work for a few greens.
There need to be a balance between Skilled events and loot or most players will do the base achievements and not return rendering the event as a failure.

Over the past 12+ months I have and I would assume that many of you have a significant collection of unusable Fractal Ascended rings cluttering up your bank or Alt toon’s bags.
Anet if possible can you add a way to trade in the rings to one of the lab assistants for Amulets, trinkets, relics or even ascended armor / weapons.
Anet please fix this!! Or at least give us some feed back.
Firstly many of us grind and grind for karma for the sole reason to buy Obi shards for Ascended /legendary gear.
By your design there is 1 Karma vendor that sells Obi shards and over the past few weeks it is continuously bugged WTF!!!! If you choose not to fix this at least add a 2nd vendor somewhere else.
So can i use my Sunrise and Twilight to make Eternity and have access to all across my account?
Yes.
Soulbinding Sunrise unlocks that skin to the account.
Soulbinding Twilight unlocks that skin to the account.
Combining and making Eternity and soulbinding that will unlock Eternity to the account.
Actually, soulbinding Eternity may even unlock Twilight too according to their example.
Ah, that’s right. I had forgotten about the previous versions of skins being unlocked as well. Like unlocking the tempered spinal blade back piece automatically unlocks all lower tier versions of it as well. Good call.
