I wouldn’t mind paying for some armor, if they’d put out more of them. Maybe buying some armor would help them afford more people to make armor for game rewards too?

I hope it’s armor. I really really like it, but would also like to mix it with other pieces too. Especially since it looks like the pants are a single piece and the shirt is what the long pieces are attached too.

Yeah, I knew that bit. Sometimes, my loot spawns before I can WP and I just lose it. I still wonder what was in my Steel Chest. ;_;

If you happen to die before your enemy and/or before you can WP, loot just sits on top of your corpse instead of going into your Inventory. Is this intentional or a bug that is being worked on?

We’re a small, friendly Guild located on Henge of Denravi (that’s only important for Guild WvW Missions). We like to stay somewhat small, so that we can all get to know one another and currently all know each other by name. We’d like to grow a little bit so that we can participate in more group content, including Raids. We currently enjoying participating in Fractals, WvW, and PvP. We also have a level 39 Guild Hall.

I wouldn’t mind the Destroyer Scythe showing up in the Gem Store. I collect all the Staff skins and this is the only one I have no hope of getting, because it doesn’t seem to be in the game anymore. Also, it seems that no one was ever able to figure out where/how to obtain it…

Just spent an hour or so trying this with a full team. Every time we tried attacking Eir, while she was healing Garm, her Defiance Bar would instantly refill.

Is there a way to fix this on my end?

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been doing. I blocked a thief last night and got in matches with him three more times. Twice on my team and once as an enemy.

for matches lost due to manipulation. I played 5 matches in a row last night with a person that would barely play, start insulting people, and then sit down in spawn. I just had another player do that my first match today.

I feel like, if a report is made and the Devs see that a player did such a thing, then the teammates should be given one pip per match, to make up for all the progress we lose in the League. Things like this are making it very hard to get past Sapphire.

I wouldn’t mind if they updated just the character graphics. Games like WoW and Marvel Universe Online have started doing that and I think it’s great.

GW2 wouldn’t even need to go as in-depth as those games. They could just take time to update some of the older hairstyles to bring the animation in line with the newer ones and improve clipping issues and not have to deal with the the faces or bodies.

I’d like for them to go back and add/improve animations for some of the older hairstyles. The new ones really blow the old ones away.

Gaile was in map chat last night and I was able to speak to her briefly. I thought you would be interested to know that she passed along the idea of generic pants for light females to the devs. She asked me for clarification on whether people wanted armor or Outfits and I specified that MY preference was a single pair of generic pants and not a whole armor set, which she passed along.

Obviously, there’s no guarantee that we will be given these pants, but I thought you’d like to know that someone at Anet was listening and made sure the request was heard.

I think most Guild Missions are set up fairly well. However, I feel like a small adjustment needs to be made to the PvP Guild Missions.

I believe the timer for the mission should stop running, in between matches. I feel this way because Guild Teams have no control over how long they remain in queue for a match. Because of this, you lose a LOT of the time allotted for the missions, just standing in the Heart of the Mists, which can often result in failure.

I didn’t initially feel that it belonged there either, based on the fact that armor isn’t supposed to go into the gemstore any longer. However, if I understood correctly, those two threads are actually being read, hence why I was told to put it in there.

Actually, they would not have to make them at all….there are plenty in the game, they just need to change the restrictions on them to allow light armor wearers to be able to use them.

They have said before that the reason that they can’t have mixing and matching across armor weights was because the 3 types of armor are “fundamentally incompatible.” From what they’ve said the problem seems to be dye channels that don’t match on the UI an each of the 3 weights have seams in different places. Heavy chests for example have seams at the waist. Medium chests have a seam further down. It’s probably really buggy, or even impossible, to try to get a piece with a seam on the legs to transmute to a place on the wardrobe UI that’s designed for a seam at the waist, and vice versa.

I remember them telling us about all that. Maybe you can answer this question for me:

Could they just take an existing pair of “pants” for the Light Armor Females, duplicate them, and then delete the skirt so that only the tights/pants remained?

I want a pair of regular pants too. I wonder why they can’t just duplicate something like the Incarnate female pants and cut off the lace and dangly parts. Or just port over the Male version of the Ascalonian light pants. Or some of the female medium pants. I don’t know how all that works though.

I want to toss my vote in for an Invisible Glider. My glider glitches often and looks like I don’t have one. Maybe that glitch can be reworked to give us an actual Invisible Glider.

My only criticism is about the camera. No matter how many times I zoom out so that I can see the event better, my Camera zooms all the way back in. Is it it possible to improve this?

I’m glad someone else noticed that.

This is one of the biggest reasons I want them to finally update Orr (other than it being cleansed three years ago). The events bug out so often, that they might as well replace them.

When we played yesterday, the map had just opened and we were ferrying people onto the map, but the prompt came up anyway. People were saying to just click later, since the map was filling and the prompt went away. I had no idea it closed anyway, but I’m glad I finally learned. LOL

Maybe that prompt shouldn’t show up so early on?

Why is the map trying to close when it’s full of people?

For some reason, while fighting Mouth of Mordremoth, this map has a habit of suddenly kicking everyone to a new map. This is similar to the prompt for the low population maps, that send you to a new map so it can close, except there is no prompt when this happens.

Is this issue being worked on?

I’m having a lot of issues too. I was fine Thursday night/early Friday morning (Central Time). Then, starting Friday afternoon, I get between 11-18 FPS and can barely play. I’ve checked my internet speeds and they’re normal (I used Verizon’s Speed Test AND and outside tester). I can still play other games and use Netflix, just not really GW2.

I think this idea would work well with the Vanity Slot that so many people have been asking for. Since the Top Hat goes on top of your head and the monocle goes on your face, there shouldn’t be a conflict between the two skins.

Hopefully this (and the Vanity Slot) is something they’re either working on or planning to work on.

Most of them are probably gone for the Holidays. I doubt we hear anything before Monday, at the earliest. Probably later than that though.

If you really want to see the differences, look at the boots. A lot of the armors and outfits have really bad footwear. It looks like someone got bored and just didn’t bother with them.
