Submit a ticket. This is a known issue and we need to manually fix it for you.
Yup, an authenticated wardrobe/unlock endpoint is definitely on my list. It’s a bit down the line — am working on an implementation of the proposed Guild API, and after that I’m probably going to do the v2 WvW endpoints.
Not a bad idea, actually. That permission could also expose the completed achievements list for the account too, as well as the upcoming masteries and stuff.
I’ll look into it, but the last time we regenerated the map tiles Verdant Brink slipped out. I can’t really promise we’ll be timely :<
Rewards generally take up to two weeks to distribute. For clarity, here’s the process:
1. You play in a tournament. You place well.
2. You submit your information to the tournament organizer.
3. Organizer compiles all information from that cup. Once the organizer has collected all of the tournament winner’s information, they send it to me. This can take anywhere from a day to over a week, depending on which organizer is doing it and how many people they had sign-up. The amount of time it takes for an organizer to collect/send the info is dependent on them and the winners. This is out of my control.
4. Once I have the reward request, I then send out gems/llamas. This generally happens same week, but can go to the week after in the event that the request was sent to me after I did that week’s distribution.
tl;dr – two weeks is a normal amount of time to wait. For example, Academy Gaming #11 was submitted to me on May 18th (7 days after the event) and will make it into this week’s distribution.

We’re investigating the ongoing issue with NPC guards spawning for the wrong team. It appears to begin affecting objectives after some period of time (or some event) after a map restarts (such as after a game update). If you see any objectives that aren’t experiencing the NPC guard spawning bug, or have any other information, please feel free to share it here.
Yeah, I want to put achievement points, wvw rank and pvp rank somewhere. I’m not sure if they should be on the normal “account” scope though, not sure where to put ’em.
I don’t think your API is obeying the config values, but is using some global 5min cache regardless of what’s in the config.
Yeah, I have a feeling that bit is broken. It’s one of the few bits that I don’t have unit tests for. I’ll try to get that fixed.

That’s gonna take a couple of days to update since the strings need to be localized, but it’ll land eventually. Thanks for pointing that out!
Looks like this issue is still persisting, as of now there is no update on a fix for this. Best update I have on this is that it looks to be impacting multiple different zones and different megaserver instances.
We are still looking into this issue.
Update: I believe I fixed Silverwastes, and it should be back up and running. There seems to be a steady stream of players flowing into the map now. As for other maps, that will have to wait for a permanently fix, and probably until the morning.

Yep, I just tried then and crashed. Came straight here.
edit: the crash came from trying the portal from Caledon. I just managed to wp in.
Yeah I logged out at the same WP and now have same message again, I will pass it along.

I see the problems and discussed it today during a meeting with our collective important people in charge.
It’s no big secret that internally we can pop whatever boss we want, but that got me nowhere.
So I dropped a guy on live and he’s been at every world boss today with …. no problems… :/
Escalating up the chain and hopefully after the hotfix that is coming “real soon now” we’re hopeful it will stop the disco/rollbacks.
Thank you. Just getting a response saying “We know this is an issue and we’re working on it” is nice, and really calms that feeling that we’re not just shouting into an empty void.
Is there anything further that we, as players, can do to help with this? (ex. reporting exact time, boss, server, user, etc. when crashes occur so that logs can be looked at and reviewed to pinpoint exact errors encountered?)
Continue to submit crashes via the game client and give as much information as possible, it will help immensely! If you notice anything else off or different please report that as well.

Hey at least ya’ll weren’t kicked out of PVP like those poor Mesmers were. I never got a chance to crack a joke about that other than internally… also don’t stab me, I play a Mesmer too.
You know…. I can see the whole 500g mail limitation to help deal with the folks that are doing wrong (selling/buying gold from gold sellers). But I don’t understand how limiting guild withdraws from authorized guild members does anything but hurt a guild. It keeps their, again, “authorized officers” from having the means to withdraw money for needy things in a timely fashion.
It’s just my opinion, but I think Anet should leave control over who can withdraw what from a guild bank up to the guild leaders/upper guild management. And having more tools/options to control who can withdraw what might be a better approach in lieu of having a blanket – “no one can withdraw more than 500g a week” policy that not ever the guild leader can override.
OP, I hope you are able to get access to “your money” so you can spend it and not have to wait weeks to do so.
I can’t speak to the gold limiting issue, but I have been part of a guild in which some unscrupulous person steals the guild bank…
Or someone steals an account and that person then goes and steals the guild bank. I always found that suspect but you never know, it can happen.
It really sucks to lose your guild bank, at least on the positive side they can’t take all of your guild’s hard work. After being a victim before it is nice to have some sort of safeguard in place.

Keys will work for any account that hasn’t logged in since the hotfix this morning, I think. Anyone who’s logged in since then will be inaccessible until we redeploy a server that got missed.

A longer-term fix has been applied to the “World peace” problem. Players should now always be on their proper teams, asura gates and waypoints in WvW maps will be working again, etc.
The fix was applied at about 9:15am PDT/12:15am EDT/4:15pm GMT (May 20th, 2015). If you see any other problems, especially things like NPC guards or dolyaks misbehaving, spawning too often or not enough, etc. please post here with the map (Red Borderlands, Eternal Battlegrounds, etc.) and objective (Garrison, Bluelake, Godslost, etc.).
Bug fixes:

EU WvW should be back up!
WvW matches have resumed. We’ve successfully ended World peace for the time being. Though there’s still a chance it will come back until we can apply more complete fixes to prevent it.

I don’t think this is intended, but I’ll need to follow-up with the skills team in the morning to be sure. Either way, I started an email chain about this. Thanks for the reports.
Bug Fixes:
We’ve identified causes of most of the issues, and are working on moving fixes towards the Live game. I’ll update again when things are a little more settled. Patch notes should also call these things out if I’m behind those.

Are you seeing the string when shooting the bow or when it is stowed?
Long and Shortbow strings are still visible for me in first person. (may 19th, 4:38PM PST)

Could implement it easily using this. But that also means I’ll have to add something on launch like “insert account name” and I don’t think people are comfortable with that. We’ll see how it goes.
It’d be “insert API key with the ‘inventories’ permission”. I’m not sure how to make people more comfortable with using them though; that’s an open problem in my book.
