I have a good geuss it has something to do with my last nights wvw run.
I killed an vizunah player he added me started flaming and calling me an monkey and stuff. (noob, bad player what ever)Offcourse my reaction to that wasn’t polite, but this person started all the stuff.
Not gonna say i’m some holy guy or something but if you have suspended my account because of that i can imagine but did you guys did the same to the other guy?If not please activate my account back or else it is not fair in my eyes.

What you said is unacceptable, for any reason. If you are harassed, please use the in-game report system so we can remove the person who’s abusing you. Do not respond. The suspension will not be removed, because no matter what someone else said, you stepped completely across the line multiple times. (And if he only called you “noob,” then wow, you truly over-reacted.)
I’ve never heard of that being a problem. I have 2 accounts and switch between them once in a blue moon but have only downloaded the game one time. As long as your serial number is legitimate, that’s not the reason for your ban.
Although ArenaNet occasionally does ban people mistakenly, apparently most of the bans for tampering with the game are valid. It seems ArenaNet has done a good job as of late identifying the programs that tamper with the game. If you are indeed innocent, discuss the incident with support but only using one ticket. Don’t file multiple tickets.
Exactly. The number of false positives is very, very low, but the team will always reexamine a situation to ensure that the proper decision was made.

The data format for these events are more suited to be a dictionary than an array, and there should be no downsides to having them presented in this format. In javascript there are definitely no downsides.
A quick look at the RestSharp library seems to show that it supports parsing JSON dictionaries. Am I missing something?

That is another, albeit rare, issue. It most likely happens when you open the Gem Store right as the server is updating. (That happens more-often than you’d think.)

It’s not a bug, all transforms disable skill switching. (Even if they don’t disable the skills.)
The person in the picture is Lionguard Inspector Ellen Kiel. That image was used as the banner image for the Secret of Southsun game update, which you may have already seen here: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/releases/may-14-2013/
If you recall, Kiel was sent to Southsun Cove to investigate what was happening there due to reports of increased aggression on the part of local wildlife and tension between the refugees from the Shiverpeaks, who had been displaced by the Molten Alliance during the Flame and Frost story arc, and the Consortium who offered the refugees a new start as settlers working for them on Southsun Cove.
We first introduced Ellen Kiel in the Lost Shores game update last year. After the defeat of the Ancient Karka, Kiel remained on Southsun Cove to maintain order. So when the things started heating up between the wildlife, the settlers, and the Consortium, Kiel was assigned to take care of the investigation.
As far as the question in the thread title, that remains to be seen, but good on you for catching that.

Thanks for the bug report, I’ve passed it on to the Creature team, and it should be fixed in a future update. (I don’t have an ETA unfortunately.)
The account was involved in a huge number of cheating or exploiting incidents. The account was not compromised. If it was accessed by someone else, it was accessed from your location. Perhaps you shared access to the account. Perhaps someone in your household got into the account by guessing your password. Or perhaps you’re simply asking for another chance.
The bottom line is that the account was not compromised in a traditional sense, and we will not restore an account that has been used for cheating when there is no evidence of compromise.
I know you are upset. I’m sorry, but we simply cannot restore the account.
Just keep in mind there is a seperate keybinding for AoE Loot that will always work, regardless of Interact prompts.

My mistake! I made a tree spirit for the Heart of the Terebinth and must have inadvertently swapped all the normal oakhearts with the spirit version. :P

As the team member told you, there is no evidence that the account was compromised, and no evidence that the items were in the inventory or subsequently removed. If you were not account sharing, and if the account was not hacked, then the other possible answers are accidental deletion or transmutation, or an error in memory about what was in the inventory.
Random drops are truly random. Giving out free coffers would not be appropriate, because the issue wasn’t with the coffers, but only in the fact the one item was not available. The remainder of the drops were just fine. Saying, “I had bad luck, give me a do-over” isn’t the way things go. The issue with the recipe is being addressed through generous compensation, because the recipes are being given to everyone when not everyone would have earned one.

In short, the interact dialog (literally any form of it “Greet”, “Talk”, etc) cannot be on screen. We have it this way because of internal feedback. The functionality stems from an issue people were having while, for example, harvesting. It was really awkward to harvest something and have your inventory fill up by other junk.
I do realize that it isn’t really communicated well in-game, mostly because of it being a last minute change (we also increased the range!). That being said, I’ll probably revisit this feature in the near future and see about giving it that extra spit shine polish .

No one has made a million gold. There may have been a UI issue with displaying your gold balance. :P
Ok, we are looking into possible problems with the Currency Exchange. This doesn’t happen all the time. It is only when you try to trade with certain amounts. We don’t have all the information yet, but we’re investigating and I’ll let you all know when we believe we have it fixed.

We brought the Trading Post down for maintenance this morning. During the moments leading up to the downtime, you may have seen this behavior that you describe.
Has your purchase history re-appeared now that the Trading Post is back up?
When you say “buy gems”, do you mean clicking the “Buy Gems” button in the Gem Store? Or trading gold for gems in the Currency Exchange?

Hey there Kyllaa – Just checking in. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Shielded Mind has 1200 range on it, similar to Staff Orb of Light’s max range.
We found an issue with the Aetherblade Retreat dungeon. We have temporarily disabled access. We will restore access when the issue has been fixed.
As I said on Twitter, the axe isn’t available at the moment, but it will be in the store in the future.
Thank you guys for finding this. I have a fix ready. It will take about a day but it should be in tomorrow.
