There were technical limitations on splitting up the reset times for EU and NA servers.. but those limitation were surpassed. Get on it guys!

Thing is.. now you have a class that has 5 traits for making glamours better.. and glamours are now sub-par. Can you guys change the glamour line to something useful now please?

I’m not changing what i do.. the glam mesmer was the only fun mesmer build for me in wvw, but now when i get in a 1 on 1 i can’t hold my own like i used to.

I’d say a 10-25% reduction would have been more reasonable and make it more obvious when you have confusion on your character.. maybe a flashing light or siren for the zerglings… obviously the big swirly numbers and the icon on your buffbar were just not enough. While yer at it don’t nerf the damage at all and make it not trigger on cleanses or dodges or even bunker defensives… would make fighting a glam mesmer take a bit of strategy, where as now all it takes is spamming skills since confusion no longer slows you down.

Could have just stayed in tier 1 if that’s all you cared about, didn’t have to transfer low and steamroll smaller servers for weeks. Once you hit a bit of resistance you bailed.. that’s what will be remembered.

Bp makes the most fun noise when poked, so we poke them. It’s about that simple.

I’m excited just looking at the score sorrows is putting up in tier 6, hope they get here in one week.

Smart players see they have stacks of confusion and know that means they should do less actions/run away for a bit/use a cleanse dumb players don’t see anything but their bars as they move the mouse over them to click skills, or smash autoattack and wonder later why they died. I didn’t insult you unless you are in the latter group, you do seem irritated by something though.

Thx for the well wishes, I’ll be adding ranger to my stable of 80’s in a couple days. Buildwars 2 is fun stuff still long as you don’t cling to any one setup or class too much. If they get around to nerfing regen it’ll be time for the next build, that’s how games work my friend. Enjoy your roleplaying.

These sort of builds where the enemy damages themselves by not being aware are my favorite in every game and get eventually nerfed in every game because dumb players pay just like smart ones. Guess it’s time for a regen ranger.

If we took your most organized guild and your largest guild from your server.. would you be dangerous anymore? Kind of a silly point to make there.

FTF and Rekz are as big a part of Ehmry now as GH, PK, and all the other roaming groups and folks who round out our crew. GH in particular has 3 or 4 commanders who make a huge difference in wvw, but they don’t get enough credit. We clawed our way up from tier 7 in pretty much the same group of guilds, we had some fairweathers who joined along the way and then left, and SM guild left for magumma breaking our hearts… but for the most part we are the same guilds who were in tier 7, we just worked on it and stuck together.

Running? We love fighting burn, when they are on the map we have a chance to be wiped and that is what we are looking for. You guys still don’t understand Ehmry even after all these weeks. If we were losing but having great fights(wins and losses) we’d be happy to sit in 3rd place forever, but in this tier you get very few fights you can actually lose in the open, and most of our time is spent pounding on a wall that as soon as it goes down the enemy runs out the other side to the next keep or tower.

You guys have your share of good players but you have far too many uplevels and uncreative commanders. Your commanders almost never use a portal bomb on us, or chain-invis to sneak a large group on top of us, or a flank we can’t see coming miles away. It’s not the individual skill that is so much lacking on borlis it’s the larger strategies and field tactics. You guys spend more time typing up long posts on your server forums than working on it in-game. Ar has the tactics but not the manpower to drive it home, sadly.

We want borlis to move down because we want to see what darkhaven has to offer.

Just look at what’s happening to Kaineng up there in tier2.. losing guilds left and right and about to fall down a tier or 2 cause all they did was focus on score and winning(getting to tier1). Play for the fun of it people!

I remember posting that kaineng would stall in tier 2 as they rocketed up through the tiers. Happy to see i was right, but i’m sad to hear you guys ran into the wall and couldn’t keep playing for the fun of it. When you focus so much on being first or in tier 1 or whatever… you forget to have fun playing the darn game. Back here in tier 5 we have a blast every day. Hope you guys find what you are looking for.

Very interesting, i’d also be interested in knowing if this exploit has been fixed yet, since we’ve seen some strange goings on in wvw lately with walls being bypassed.

I really want BP to go down a tier So ehmry can destroy AR and DH by 50 ~ 70k lead then move up to tier 4, You will get destroyed by tier 4 servers and drop to tier 5 again then BP moves up to tier 5 again then i’ll laugh so hard on your trash talkers who talks crap about BP . god why im so evil

Actually i have a pretty good feel for this sort of thing, you guys will fall down to tier 6, DH will move up and do well, we’ll have some fun fights. Meanwhile down in tier 6 sorrows furnace will get up into the tier the same week you guys go down or 1 week after that and stomp a mud hole in you guys. I think you may find yourselves stuck in tier 6 for a while.

ps. i know the matchup site doesn’t show it yet.. but i expect IoJ to go into negative numbers before the end of the week.. they don’t have enough coverage to hold on against DH and devonas…. once they lose points sorrows moves up, and if IoJ has lost points that means DH made a lot of points… boom there goes BP to tier 6 vs devona and sorrows.

wasn’t able to tell one server from the other a few weeks ago, but have to say AR has stood out this week as the tougher to kill and the quicker to adapt to changing circumstances. Good job guys i look forward to next week, have to see how this changes things in eternal with you guys not up top trebbing stonemist all day and night:P

Needs to be a name attached to each piece of siege, and an option to report, and something done with those reports other than lining birdcages as they do now with all those reports.

Another question.. why do flame rams have such a long life? I would think no ram would really need to be around for more than 15 minutes but i’ve seen some of em stay for days. Give em a 15 minute life between refreshes and a hard cap of say 45 minutes, that would make this practice much more expensive, or make the griefer switch to something marginally useful.

Back on topic.. been some seriously fun fights this week despite the super fun box thing drawing people away we’ve had plenty of folks on all sides.. love it!

How about resetting tier 7 and 8 to the lvl of the lowest server in tier 6? let em fight it out and resettle into new spots. I get the feeling sorrows furnace would not be in tier 8 when it worked it’s way out.

Some good fights.. we started off in BP border but when bp took all of AR lands we just had to go over there and see what all the fuss was.. we got bay and garrison so far. I’m off to bed… lol at AR kicking BP out of eternal battlegrounds totally!

Anyone else feel like this tier is really competitive until Ebay Sekz guild shows up? Without them, hard for me to imagine Ebay staying green or moving up.

I’d counter but i have no idea what guilds are on either of the other 2 servers.. no tags stick out so far. I’m glad sekz made an impression on you though, I love rolling with em.

Looks like keeping the 2nd and 3rd place teams close in score artificially keeps em coming out all week, definitely have to keep doing that.

ON high number of players shown and lowest detail my framerate is through the roof and only dips to the 20s during huge pushes or stonemist fights… very playable and now i can see who is there and not run into deathtraps of invisible players. More options = better.

This might be helped by the fact i’m not on a ridiculous tier 1 or 2 server.

When they removed culling they dragged a few trolls out from under their bridges too!

Been fun as hell so far, though it’s pretty obvious all the fairweather pve players from all 3 servers have come out to grind up some lvls. Enjoy the huge numbers while they last guys! “insert veiled insult thx for the badges comment here”

The last time we faced you we ended up a hood ornament, and you made sure to let us know at every opportunity just how unworthy you thought we were. We’ve lost people since then. We expected to be pasted this week because IoJ’s free fall pushed us up. You remember that scene in LotR when the people were preparing for the Battle of Helms Deep? That was us all day before reset on Friday. We hoped only to be able to hold up our heads and say we did our best. Well, now you are enjoying the results of our best.

Y’all launched a Golem rush in the middle of the night, turned half our map green, and have the nerve to whine about us PvDooring? We’re a “garbage” server for retaliating? Oh, it’s on.

I think you should look to your own for the reasons why you are doing so badly. Where are your self-described “superior numbers and tactics” now? You are obviously not the server you once were. Enjoy T5, because I don’t think you will be seeing T4 again any time soon. It is my fondest wish to ROFLstomp you and shove you down into T6 because, frankly, Anvil Rock was the better fight.

Ehmry bay, and yes alive and well, even with a major kick in the teeth coming next week we’ll be fine and playing just as hard the week after.

What changed from last week’s thread.. you guys got salty. We’re the ones getting sent up to tier 1 for a week of boring breakout events. I’m hoping we lose just as badly next week as we win this week.. might balance us out right back in tier 4 or 5.

Lets let devona win this week, or at least catch up. I’d rather not have to go through a week in tier 1 with kaineng and sorrows furnace.
