Yes it is a very good game. Yes you will be attacked in this or any other games forums for enjoying that game. Inbuilt phobia in some people to admit they enjoy something.
NCSoft didn’t shut down GW1, and I can’t imagine it’s just raking in the money…so why would they shut down GW2 any time soon? It makes little sense to me.
Ah, that is because you are not blindly panicking nor have you been saying the game is dead since release. If you would do either of those things I am sure it would be clear why they would shut the game down.
Why would they not change anything at all in 4 years? Single player one release games sure, a MMORPG that had a selling point of change (living breathing world ring any bells?), not going to happen.

You can click on the name and see the persons post history. You will find that the ones with huge long posts have huge long posts for in some cases two years. Nothing has changed in their huge long posts in that whole time.
Thats not exciting. That’s stressful. Do we really need to go over the vast number of people that don’t even get map completion because it involves going onto a map where they could potentially be “ganked”? They literally don’t want that so they stay out of the game mode it can happen in. Its not fun for them. It would be less fun if they were trying to do a JP and some tool comes out of stealth and kills them right before they finish it or hammers them from the top before they could open the chest. That isn’t thrilling and that would probably lead to the single largest decline in players GW2 has if they ever implemented that. Now if servers meant anything anymore and they wanted to make a server a PvP server where that could happen, then by all means, have at it. I’d love to see its actual population as compared to the others.
And therefore adds nothing. And hes right, tons of players wont ever get map completion because of WvW.
However, if you read the OP he does not suggest Open world PVP he suggests dueling areas added to the world, or in their own zones that would serve as pvp zones if you entered them. Not full map PVP, not open world PVP, but small areas in zones that serve as PVP dueling zones.
he just stated it does add something to pve, you may view it as stress, another exciting, but that still adds something to the experience.
and just because you have a whole bunch of pansies who are so afraid to get killed by another person while trying to get map completion doesnt mean you should cater to them. its not hard at all to get the wvw maps, it might take a few weeks of waiting for colors to switch. but really even at peak hours its not like everywhere you go is a zerg foaming at the mouth waiting for you.

Actually you are going through the air which is sort of the only thing in the description that is in any way strange. How you get it is based on how you get any of them so if you do the story you will have enough Mastery points and exp to unlock it.
Yes it is allowed, you need separate e-mail accounts for each.
You can accept up to 500g per week from other accounts, doesn’t matter if you are owner of other account or not.
You can log in at the same time on multiple accounts as long as you are not controlling them together with 1 action ie need to be separate actions for each account.
Also, spoon-feed players by having NPCs shout out instructions on how to defeat bosses:

Better if said warnings appear as large flashing text in front of their screens consisting of no more than two words and an exclamation “Drink Potion!”, “Dodge Now!”, “No Conditions!”

Got to love how all these hardcore WvW’s think this is somehow going to give them the edge they need to win. I only ever see BL’s have to queue up once a week, an it’s only ever one BL at a time. The rest of the week it’s practically empty, meaning anyone banking, crafting, or even going afk isn’t really affecting much. Anet literally has smashed together different WvW servers to get map populations up, but sure “it’s those pesky PvE crafters that are ruining WvW, lets chase them out, because that will totally fix WvW’s problems”.
And sure, you guys may think those random PvE players jumping in to help occasionally are useless, but last time I checked, there was no food item or buff for carrying another +10-15 supply. So if WvW is absolutely only for the hardcore, enjoy burning more time running to get more supply to get siege weapons up.
If you believe they are ignoring everyone despite the obvious examples of content originating in these forums plus them stateing that yes they read and try to fit things that match their goals into this game, I don’t know what to say. You will not accept what is in front of you.
Upleveled untrained in PvP mob gets scattered by a person who knows their own profession.
How is that over powered?
Not saying the person isn’t being a complete and utter Richard (apologies to anyone named Richard). Some people seem to want to wave their willies to show how well big of a Richard they are.
It looks like you have only one character. Use one of you empty slots, create a character you get personal done, leveler done and when you delete the character break down the equip and that is done.
And how is that “play the way you like”? That’s just as bad as having to join a zerg train or do PvP in my book. (and I do have multiple characters, at various stages of progress, but I only level up one at the time, that happens to be my way of playing. Which is now punished by ANet)
Just advice, do what you want and be happy or miserable.

You will hit the end of what you find enjoyable soon I think though. You leveled 1-80 in two days, I found that about 20 hours is the leveling time plus or minus an hour so 10 hours per day of focus is a lot. Not that there are not several who do this it is just that mostly people like to take time to do things.
Meters are something that does not help, raid is clear great, raid is not clear you believe you are doing your job, find another raid group. Not difficult. You have holdover issues from WoW does not mean that is the only way of doing things.
The rigidness of the schedule is also a problem for EVE and NiP in Europe. They also only ask for rep during the big events and also won’t be able to spawn the event regularly even if they are max sized guilds.
Added? That is up to the developers, they are constantly adding things, not all are wanted by me but a very, very steady stream since the dry spell before and after HoT.
Modified, underwater is high on my list. Everything from skills available to adding more complex areas and bosses.
A clearer idea of what they want out of guilds, I have private guilds that are 27 and 31 but others don’t and don’t understand what the point is, I agree with them.
This just seems more and more pain to read all of this on forums.It just seems that i will need to quit this game cause game lacks of proper PVP,fun PVP.I always played open world PVP games but seems like i made mistake by buying GW2.Only game with no any sort of Open World PVP,only game where u cant properly fight 1vs1,fight with your friend,with your PVE build….yeah it was mistake.
The game is fairly good, and a lot better than others out there. Yet still the forums are filled with the same grudge-match mentality as any other game. People are anonymous and feel free to spew. Sad.
