by the topic “DH trait line – lacking support for melee” isnt this the same to say zeal does not help LB weapon or valor goes the same way???

Guard cliche > :] specialization is the lonbow and the traps for controling points with almost 60sec interval why should it had bonus to melee and range weapons, if guards got it in other traits?

With the actual trait/stat system that is exactly how guardian feels, if u dont play a medi guard it is almost a expect to loose situation.

about shield skills, shield first skill could change to anything, it lacks, the second skill i dont mind that roots the guardian to one place but most of times guard gets rooted and skill effect doest absorb or does not KB targets w/o stability and even ends prematurly somewhere lesser than 1sec, just doing the KB animation, its use besides KB is motsly to the range auto atack absorption for 1-2 seconds when works.

Anet really need to play more with guardian on wvw and see the lack of effectiness of non meditation guards.

The map means absolutely nothing. The changes effect any map because they limit and remove strategies through the core mechanics itself.

i probably didnt understand what u ment, but new BL has more mechanics than the cap n leave present tower, new map has the old elements of the maps that were use to serve has gvg maps.

the alpine map design is something similiar to alliance batle were player blob, divide in groups cap shrines, loose shrines and recap shrines, map design is one of several reasons players behave like this.

I am scout, and I will no more scout on the new map… just no interest…

i think u dont get the point. the new map is an eotm map u dont need scouts the pve elements do this for u as noone can do a sneak attack its all bout the shrines and then the complicated paths that are filled with stupid pve traps and ai and even more pve mobs… and then the upgrades go automatically so ai does everything for us and will probably like in eotm operate the siege…so no u dont need scouts or normal defense or real wvw fights. its a pve driven circus now of and a giant jumping puzzle maze on top of that yay! anet has finally found away to kick the wvw community in the face and pushing them to be on eb only.

this is how its going to happen when hot map gets forced upon us.

game crashes about 5-6 times
players not able to log in
server crashes again
wvw not available for 2 days because of fatal error
keep upgrades are bugged out

eb queue “your position is 512” 3 hours later yay queue popped….3 minutes play ofh i dced…2 hours later yay eb……. i think u get the idea

First, map elements arent exclusive from pve, second scouts will be more needed than before, due map size, trap/troll group has they take shortcut within the trap zones.
lets ignore the actual crashes and keep reporting them has anet is deploying/preparing content in the updates.
This is certain has u said a kick inthe face, but of the groups that only atack if they outman the other server and quit if they find any kind of resitance, gw2 wvw players need to adapt instead of build 5-8 catas that melt walls on a empty castle they need to think.

Sorry to be obtuse again, i dont see pve elements only….

Chuckles…I agree with you.

I think the below screen caps you gave earlier…they’re gates into objectives.

These aren’t jumping puzzles though…they’re short cut routes in the new map.

For those with one eye, eye problems, dizziness issues and more, the addition of a jumping anything in WvW is the biggest mistake and seemingly patterned after such things as the holes in the ground that no one can really see no matter what camera angle you’re in – ahem Skyhammer.

Where did they put the fun in WvW?

Dunno, think they decided it was better to stress all players out and have massive blob mentality rule all.

Forget skill, it never was about skill.

Forget about multiple avenues of strategy.

Skill and strategy are about to be yesterday’s news, whatever there was of it in WvW will now be terminally ended.

i agree with you! why cant anet keep the new wvw maps simpler. i dont mind having a valley or anything or even tunnel etc. but the weird jumpings….that is just a massive no no for wvw.wvw is popular because not the envirnment dominates the map its the players who make wvw happen. this new map overpowers the players influence with jumping puzzle like paths …just like the lava running place and the pve traps and ai controled siege. all the traps should only be handled by players, not ai! no weird paths that kill players as they walk past it because the paths dissapear like in skyhammer or it turns into lava or anything. we dont want wvw to become a giant pve jumping maze.
just leave all that stuff out! thats why eotm faield in so many ways!

im not a pve and im awfull at jumping puzles but im ok with those in gw2 SvS.
I am loving the new map becouse it recall the GVG maps from GW1, some of the players never did them and others are simple forgotten what made gvg so good in gw1.
Anet started to introduce the AB format to WvW, but now they are transforming the old GvG server wide into SvS, if u guys still missing my point of view here are the clarifications for those that skipped what made the gw1 gvg so good that now will be in full scale epicness(i hope so >:} )

This is what anet is recreating.
Those elements arent pve or eotm elements added to a pvp map, players that played alot gvg in gw will love the new maps IMHO.
EOTM failled becouse of the high rewards that made players just want to kill the champs, players noticed it was a good spot for chest farm, earn badges and farm wvw titles easy.

I really hope that anet might give the tools and maps to server comunities select wich map should to aplies to their BL, like a guild could get the map due their prefered defensive and offensive tactics.

well the only reason i can imagine that is becouse all supply can be used into siege?
still, with the actual maps it is way to easy to clean the siege in a keep.

Yaks bunker must be loving, mooar siege :P (jk), but also mean enemy has more easy supply to counter siege we all know how this game can be a ping pong from tower to keep wars.

edit: i like the new changes, lets just see how wvw players will defend for upgrade or just ignore and blob keep befores upgrade it.

Like WvW isn’t a Karma Train now. I mean people just flip things and move on. No defending, no nothing, very few open battles, most zerg’s now just run away. WvW maps just feel like EotM now.

I think this change could be for the better.

Servers tend to move map when find any resistence/atrition on map, or dont engage while they dont outman the other groups (few groups actually engage in this situations).

It will be more or less the same. now theres the only situation of walls/gates being reinforced in the face of players if they dont pay atention to timers, this will happen more often then before, wvw is a casual karma flip zone, players are the ones that want it to grow, but i doubt that Anet really want to make something that atracts more players into it, like i said before the huge mistake of wvw is theres no true value in hold other than ppt.

You seem to be implying that WvW isnt already a karma bonanza train?

Open field battles and sieges happen because players choose to make it happen. Why do you choose to defend a T0 keep now? You could just let it go. No need to make it T3. Why do we do it? Because… reasons? A T3 keep is worth just as much PPT as a T0 keep and having it at T0 would mean a karma flip fest. Flip garri, hills, bay, SM every 5 minutes even if you outman the enemy 3 to 1 and could easily hold them against any force.

If players choose not to defend and hold keeps with the changed system… then its the players that will kill off WvW, not the upgrade system.

this… and most player choose already not to defend any tower unless to appear when already when a hostile group is already killing lord on garri, besides that for what ic since is kinda fast to reach any part of the map due massive waves of speed boon, defense almost doesnt exist if counting with the 2 or 3 players that stay scounting in tower/keeps to call blob, and most know how easy is to cap a tower/keep, only way to defend it is by player numbers or massive drops of siege being manned but even that can be easilly destroyed/countered due awfull map design.
Some lower tier servers have huge dead time zones(wich i imagine keeps arent even getting upgrades), since updates are automatic this makes it easy to get stuff upgraded.

Another thing is the value to hold a keep since its gona flip in a few minutes and recaped if is t0…. just cap for the ppt tick, imo this is the huge flaw that created players just want to karma wars and leave empty tower behind, theres no true holding value.

I always loved mmos with huge battlezones envolving guilds and castles, playing some since 2002/2004 and there are several aspects that i hope WvW in gw2 that will gets better…

So basicly people are saying that there is no point in PPT. No one defends towers and keeps today because of that.

Why do we even have server matchups? Lets just turn WvW into a free for all deathmatch arena. That’s obviously what everyone wants.

There are several way to make it work even to connect it to scarlet and LS, but game engine migh not support it. due the evil district system and how many players a single shard can hold, sometimes inovation can fire backward.

we were looking how you play our game and we found out you play it wrong. What we seen were big and small fights. Players sieged structure and defended it. Players escorting dolyaks, killing sentries. Flipping of camps is one of favourites way how to spend time.
We said NO.
We dont want you to play your way. So we are making a lot of changes so you can return to play our way: running simulator.

i think players made the running simulator and anet is saying this is not a running simulator, i get the impression Anet is giving more “responsible side effect” for the guild that claims a keep, i like the changes altough with the actual system sometimes is hard to know wich guild claimed the keep and only see a strange banner.

I am all for build diversity. Last thing I ever want to see in WvW is a situation that revolves around running a few meta builds(…).

wonder if people were encouraged to play more “creative” builds due the help of guard stacks, or players were being based already on similiar builds due help of staks + food for better optimizations ?
Theres to much to re-learn or re-adapt after this changes.

supply will be used to build tons of ac’s, but few eles can nuke everything on wall while theres no one there and “fover’s” will use 1 or 2 ac’s to clean all siege in keep.

i dont see much action change due this.
tower/castles design has to many flaws, to easy to get the siege there.

As usual, ANet tries hard to fix something, and rather ruins the game at somethign more, that putting the fix hammer to the spot of the game, that actually really needs fixing, like Wvw achievements, like the mentioned shrines and buff items that shouldnt work in WvW

Still to soon to talk about if was a good move or not, we dont have any idea how stats would be put trough armors.

But you do. If you are full zerk, your power/precision/ferocity will be higher than if you set all your traits to 0 right now. They said it will ‘mostly’ make up the difference… Afterwards, you will have to change a piece or 3 to gain some vitality that you now cannot expect to have. They aren’t going to add vitality to zerk, or power to dire, or whatever.

One thing though, currently some builds go basically full zerk(…)

Whole point is though, many will have to change their armor, and if they have ascended, they aren’t going to be happy. On plus side, at least it’s account bound, but ouch if it’s only character you want for that armor class, or if the rune is expensive, etc.

And that leads to a “problem” called build diversification and their effectivness gap, if class X doesnt spec with build Y and gear Z its doing wrong becouse its not gona be efective, and have huge problems facing better tunned high damage builds.

Being a DPS focused game is one thing, forcing player to be efective trough damage output is another and is bad as trinity(theres no healthy gameplay on both systems).

About the ascended, thank god i dont pve, but i doubt anet changes would have that big impact, if impacts ascended will also impact other gear sets becouse players had to change build to something completelly different, if that is the case they would need to get new armor for new build anyway.

I believe the OP was making the point that the tower/keep will upgrade regardless of if yaks make it in or not.

That’s why I think we gotta be careful in wording exactly what we’re complaining about. Automatic upgrades are great, no more spending gold or worrying about supply trolls. Automatic upgrades that continue to progress even when yaks don’t make it into an objective are a problem.

Aka, automatic upgrades aren’t a terrible idea, it’s yak-less upgrades that are a terrible idea.

By taking it when it still paper in the 30 ish min window. You can still “interrupt” upgrades by stopping yaks from getting in it may not comply stop it but you do slow it down. Except it’s also likely that if you send enough people to guarantee the yak gets in, that’s likely to turn your 5 min survival into 4 and you’ll still lose.

Whether you agree with the changes or not, this is a very contrived situation just to justify them.

I’m pretty sure underwater combat won’t even truly be a thing until the Deep Sea Dragon is shown and air combat……yeah no, please no. Unless it’s something like WoW’s Icecrown Citadel raid where at one point you fight Airship to Airship, then no.

spamming 1 on a auto cruise ship moving on a straight line, rather not be added….
Also i dont imagine guild ships or anything else working in this game.

Dragon Hunter PVP Gameplay

Or you know the thief could dodge through the 4 traps once and kill the guardian. If the thief is carrying a sword he can even ignore DM with shadow return lol. The trick might work once in a match but after they know you are not a meditation guardian you are as good as dead if you are running zerker.

This might be true if all the DH traps pulsed once ala necro marks and almost every currently existing trap skill and that’s the end of it, but they don’t. Light’s Judgement keeps pulsing 25 vuln stacks and revealed for 10 second, Procession of Blades strikes multiple times before disappearing, Fragments of Faith leaves behind pickups you can run over for aegis, Dragon’s Maw leaves a ring of Warding, and it isn’t triggering Test of Faith that does damage, it’s trying to walk out of the area after it’s been triggered. That leaves just the Heal trap, which would still heal the Dragonhunter by at least 6k once someone triggers it.

This makes for some interesting points.

  • DM trap may not be dodgeable even if you know where it is.
  • Players will need Stability or a Teleport to get out of DM once it procs.

I see it being powerful against classes with little to no stability or teleport options. I also see it as a wasted elite for players who do.

Thanks for the correction, DM does have a Slow. I was distracted with the poor performance of the trap in the stream at the time that I failed to notice its perks.

So basically, if Light’s Judgment is the anti-Thief trap with the pulsing Revealed, then Dragon’s Maw is the anti-Engineer trap with the Ring of Warding that pops even if they roll through it?

How is DM the anti engi? ill just keep at nade range or use flamethrower, isnt maw placed aoe near guardian place? can be noticed by sound and animation?

Yeah no, they aren’t deleting them it well be nice to have change of maps available.

would be nice if they rework the alpine map, thing is to much rush, cap leave and cap again… that deathmatch map design is what made wvw so stale.

In my opinion, free upgrades is really interesting because, indeed, sometimes it’s always the same people that upgrade keeps and camps.

However, automatic upgrades won’t leave place for strategy. If the enemy server forgets to upgrade one of their keep or tower, it’s their fault. Now you pretty much don’t have to worry about the upgrades.

I’m mostly mixed about this, but I would say I’m rather against the automatic part of the WvW changes.

no suplies and auto upgrade = no trolls burning supply or buying merchs to avoid tower/keep gets upgraded.

GW2 players tend to be cheap tacticians, and allow me to be blunt with an extreme example: for some reason if weapon dont do a ton of damage weapon isnt balanced (gw2 player mentality), and this auto updates solves some part where players have seconds accounts to troll in the other servers, i would prefer players taking care of stuff they own but gw2 player bring this to themselves.

Lol even worse than I expected. Gj Anet. Not sure you could have designed a more lame class if you tried.

besides the dev that played hambow did a few(but huge) mistakes, they were not showing a true performance in DH pvp, just an idea of how could it be used, but imo, in a real spvp tpvp IMO would be far inferior than the video, i noticed several easy counters to traps and and probably to the class, , but i fear specter/ofhhand still far superior to bow.

i still have the idea that players wanted the bow in guardian just to be another pew pew zerker ranger outside pvp.

Why do people always overstate the difficulty of GW1?
The vast majority of the game can be more or less AFK:ed.

There is of course also the part about everything becoming easy after a while when people have learned how to do it.

Rangers

Rangers are an old/out of date and redundant class/proffesion type.

Just delete it and be done with it for goodness sake.

I have at least a toon of every class up to 80, and albeit Rangers aren’t my favourites I must say that I saw some videos from Night Shift and Agression and both teams have been using Rangers for a while in a sort of anti-ranged party role (focused on hunting down necros, eles, etc.) with great success.

  • Going further, since the stability changes, I would even say that I’m finding the heavy train (classes which I main) less and less productive in the WvW raids.*

las time i got spiked by a few gank rangers in a midle of a fight i didnt even had time to react, i almost didnt even noticed downed state… it was to fast , all they need is time warp and auto atack to insta melt targets. i dont mind their damage they are squishy but its more like a cooldown problem it was fine before they reduced it the LB skill, its to easy to pull damage out of the box that target isnt even a threat if he do not have a gap closer, if one can do a ton of damage atacks must be slower, funny how sometimes for classes that cant block and rolls were used already is almost a certain death.

The heavy classes are far less productive becouse stability was to powerfull to, now its almost situational used, unless on a 1 vs 1 fight, the heavy train needed to change and the called pirate meta its just a temporary solution.

I couldn’t agree more. I kinda like what they do now, but not much with those cast times (heal and elite should preserve cast times, the amount is another topic).

More people = more fights yes, but that does not mean they are generally better just because they can field more people at any given time. For example last couple of months i had some new players getting in our roam guild transfering from Fissure of Woe/Vabbi. And i can tell you, they are way better roamers then you can think off.

So it is still an assumption people on lower tier are generally bad vs higher tiers.

I’d say it’s incorrect that they’re generally bad, but that they’re generally less good? I think that’s a fair statement to make. I don’t make this statement out of ignorance, I’ve fought lower tier servers, I was a part of one, now I’m a part of a mid tier server. When Dh got to higher tiers, we were totally unprepared and regularly got rekt in every even number engagement.

I can’t speak for EU, but in NA I believe the higher you go generally the better, with obvious exceptions. More roamers = generally more fights, do you not agree? And do you not agree, that a person with more fights is generally gonna be better than a person with less (just generally)? I think the argument is pretty sound for lower tiers being generally worse than higher ones (that and my experience of it for me, but that’s anecdotal).

i think its hard for a high tier server evaluate a lower tier server and vice versa, for to reasons:

Big server will blob karma train.
Small server dont have coverage nor numbers to beat 20-30 man camp flippers while other large group flip tower.

Other reason is smaller servers have gap time zones where isnt even 1 players playing and siege does not get refreshed, im stating this due experiance when NSP fough some t2 servers , the sad comments i heard " omg your server is awfull cant even flipp a tower" , while we re like 5-8 players vs a queued BL.

What i intend to say is that is not right to say top tiers are bad becouse they only know how to blob, nor its good to say low tiers lack experience becouse high tier player are more ranker, if i go to eotm staff tag with my guard for sure ill get ranked.

while every one stacked on same tiers and theres no seamless numbers across the board theres no way to tell, only call it by servers with large and lower coverage.

Norn, individually, are no more physically powerful than humans. They lack discipline, organization, and an army.

Essentially it would be a fight between a human army and individual Norn. No contest, humans win.

Actually norn are, lore-wise, physically superior to humans in every possible way. They’re just ingame not that way for balance purposes.

The only playable race that could prove a physical match for a norn would be a charr.

if each race had his special ability in stats, skills, every one would be a norn for the high damage.

I’m looking for something that might not exist but hopefully you can prove me wrong

Is there any attack guild out there?

By that I mean a guild that nearly exclusively focus on flipping upgraded stuff. A guild that don’t get discouraged and will continue to attack until there is no longer any upgraded structures on the enemy map.

To that end, the guild would need to be very organized and incorporate all the following elements at the same time :

- good at zerg busting which is needed to win fights
- know how/where to place siege (if you are the kind to lose all your rams to a treb behind a door then don’t apply)
- is able to use golems effectively (speed/traveler runes?, portal chains? stealth golem?)
- is not scared to put down a siege in the middle of a fight if it means they would win it (anti-siege guilds don’t apply)
- perma stealth group that can hide a mesmer inside structure forever so you can always restart the attack (unless they use stealth trap or 30 players to kill you, you should not be find)

imo those are things that usually a wvw player needs to know, but as u kased for a vs 30 man group, i dont thing u will find many after t3 and probably t4 the rest of the game might be a void zone becouse every one seems to be stacked in 2 or 3 servers.

For what i noticed the servers that arent stacked with queue times probably are empy or almost empty during some times.

People using staff in PVE mass tagging run the risk of not getting any loot because it’s damage is so bad and mobs die so quickly. Hammer #2 is better and guarantees lootrights. Staff is a sad, sad weapon and yes, it’s AA animation is a little weird.

I almost wish it was back at the beginning when the thief was the rangers worst enemy. Now they have none?

With an engineer using reflect, 2 solid blocks, and magnet pull, and rocket boots to close a gap. I feel I am a natural predictor of the LB user. I have little difficulty dispatching rang e s with my warrior at all, and even less trouble when on my mesmer.

In my opinion if your having difficulty with a ranger, that is the fault of your own build and how you are playing it.

on guardian in my case i just carry a sword focus in inventory, drop staff when is not needed or in case of group will enter in battle, when im alone is a must use set.

funny note when im distracted, typing in chat or nything else i die faster under pew pew LB than an ac shower(need to be several ac’s for that) :P

No irony here. The game has a group of mechanics that are dominant in the game, and a group of mechanics that aren’t.

Almost all the dominant mechanics are on the guardian. The necro is stuck with all the none dominant game mechanics, with a very strong focus on conditions and control skills.

I think i see your point now, they migh not be dominant now, but when this change goes live they will be dominant since they will affects bosses.
Outside pve those necro mechanics are very strong.

You’re right, Nothing is stopping you from taking scepter and staff still, would benefit much more than a greatsword . Shroud Knight will help in giving you a melee option for when the enemy is close to you, which condition builds are currently lacking. A melee AA with burning , no cool down too mind you, fits in really well.

With every fear will come chill, both scaling off of condition damage. It’s something a lot of people will over look but what will be really good.

Lets not lose perspective here. Guardian has had nothing but superior game mechanics attached to the class since day one (invulnerability, reflection, boon spam, blocking, endurance), while the necro has had all the inferior mechanics (chill, pets, fear, conditions, poison, control, DS, life stealing).

…I mean, if this is a place made by the small asura, why are most things big enough for the bigger races? Why aren’t everything… asura sized?

To fit these -

Would be really nice to have different type of golems, guild golems for all races and asuran golems also both with (sub)tech tree on each type of golem, golem for supply, fix siege and other golems, and why not golems for defense?… also for damage range and melee like the only ones we have atm, not funny how golems are asurn thech and they dont know how to fix them when they get damaged, and the only skill that asurans have is a timed golem, i think we need elite racial specializations independent from the trait system, like an example how the asuran could get a especialization on its school mastery(seletable during character creation), College of Dynamics, College of Statics, College of Synergetics, and that would really impact the racial elite skills.

Gw2 still has a huge road ahead its like we have been playing a beta for the last 2 years lol, history is vast, what they can add to the game is almost infinite due how the content works.

I dont play an asuran and probaly never will play, but i would like to see the impact of race specializations of all races on the gameplay, that would be a big leap, i dare to say would be fun if golems elite were also a mount for the asurans, (where they could select 1 of several roles).

just my 2cents for more racial diversification and not just a diferent model.

And although some classes can solo them or some of it any way ? i Rather they make the Story solo and add 20 tokens at the end or something

yeah story mode could be the soloable content, but since its history reward should be minimal.
About trash mobs.. imo they should be deleted and make people fight for the content not pay gold to leech path.

I found it. Episode 15 here http://www.twitch.tv/guildwars2/c/4456907 starts at about 41:15 when they talk about mobility. The main point for the argument against mobility was amazing sustain which to me, even as a medi-guard, doesn’t compare with a Warrior, Ele and Engineer who DO have amazing sustain and mobility.

Gameplay migh change a bit, guardian atm to get good sustain better than warrior needs to sacrifice almost all damage and be very active on weapon swap, condi cleanses, heavy block build etc, other classes can have a better “get health up” or kill target before players needs to use healing skill(some builds have really to much only facing similiar build figh gets balanced).

Dragonhunter addressed issues people actually had with Guardian. It gave us a long range weapon, potential condition damage, and soft CC with Cripple.

While the Necro spec looks cool, it hasn’t addressed a single concern the Necro community has.

they have access to stability this was one of the biggest issues to necro, if they have to spect into reap to acess thats the same as guardian need to spec into DragonCliche for access to longbow, something like that, we cant have everything in the vanilla class right,?… That would invalidate the Elite specializations, and more will be released this are just the first ones.

Also necro seem prety strong to 1 vs X with this new spec for what they presented slow and heavu hits looks really good, it remminds me my meleemancer form the first years of gw1

People crying about wanting to support even more than they’re already capable of confuse me. What do you want? Perma invuln for all of your team mates? Perma 25 stacks of might? Or how about random teleports? What about perma wards. Honestly. Guard has ENOUGH support options and when they finally tone cele down even more, I believe even bunker guards will make a reappearance competitively. We’ve sacrificed enough personal DPS in the name of support. You can STILL play your support guard if you want and rock the base changes really nicely. Also, iirc, the devs plan to stash away the tomes and add an elite shout and an elite signet with really powerful effects for all of your supporting needs.

People wanting to specialize further into support from a profession that is meant to primarily offer support confuses you?
Do you think that the only guardians that exist are meditation guardians or something? Just because they’re the meta doesn’t mean that’s true, but ANet might think so since this spec is basically here just to cater to the flaws of meditation guardians, so that they can be perfectly rounded. The opposite of specialization, ironically.

We’ve “sacrificed enough DPS for support”, yet -if I recall correctly- we have one of the best levels of DPS in PvE, and it’s not like meditation guardians don’t do a lot of damage.

ANet considering removing tomes bothers me, and it should bother anyone interested in the idea of supporting from the backline as a guardian.

What I want to know is what else you could honestly ask for in terms of support? You have access to every boon in the game in moderate quantities, you have some rather nifty ways of directly mitigating damage (sanctuary, wall of reflection, shield skills, mace skills). Of course, in terms of party heals, we’ve been out done by the cele meta, but that might change when the cele nerf and trait rework drop. What else could anet honestly give you guys? We might get an super OP elite signet that would practically make you a godlike healer.

We’ve sacrificed all of the soft CC and viable sources of swiftness just because we can " support". That’s what I mean. As it currently stands, we have no cripples across any weapon set, no sources of chill (save for GH), our only “reliable” source of swiftness requires a crappy overall weapon (aptly named the boon stick) that requires us to stand inside for a few seconds to fully utilize.

I’m happy a DPS oriented specialization is coming out. Now, to make things fair and balanced, they should make the base guard focus on supporting, although I’m not sure how they’d do that.

shield 5 will cripple and bubble/dome wil be bigger i think this is awesome, pity is not in the native skill.
