No, the whole point of this game is to play with other people. They actually have WvW set up right IMO, with gank groups running if they want to and the majority of people in large armies. This game was built on people working together, whether grouped or not.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Few points here: The commander was asked politely to turn off the tag
80% of us were in the server TS3
Squads are limited to 30 people. What makes you think you have the right of telling him to turn off his tag? Would you accept a random player telling you which color to dye your armor?
What makes me think you haven’t been reading the thread.
I did. My point still stands. Answer the question, What makes you think you have the right to tell him to turn off his tag?
It disorganizes group pushes confusing players, serving as a detriment to organized pushes. The point of a commander tag is to lead players for group pushes, and there’s no reason to follow another commander with a tag on.
Not only that, where does it say he has the right to grief 40 people? If we are gonna do the politically correct BS where everyone has the same rights, the needs of 40 outweigh the needs of 1 tool. Ok seriously, no more posts :P
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
While some RNG is necessary to avoid saturation of the market, I do think they went overboard with legendaries and the toilet.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Hahahaha that is definitely not griefing. Sorry, there is nothing wrong with telling people to ignore a troll commander in WvW. It doesn’t work like that haha.
Having a different opinion on how to act in a situation does not make one a " troll commander ".
When you run with your own guild, you are free to do however you want, but when you are leading a public group of random players, you must respect others. WvW is not your personal play ground. Every player in WvW has the same rights. This isn’t about rights. This is about a spy/griefer ruining WvW sieges for an entire server/BL zerg. Honestly, read the thread. This is not Birmingham in the middle of the 20th century.
From my armchair, it only sounds like you lost one fight in tier 2 which isn’t as catastrophic you describe it. At least tell me you guys tried talkin to him/her other than “turn off your tag please or I will go to the forums asking ArenaNet to turn it off for you”.
Yes it’s one fight, and what if it happens again and again? I wouldn’t want him on my server either, so I see no problem labeling him as a troll to avoid in WvW.
EDIT: Gonna let this thread go because it has changed since it was posted and the point is kind of convoluted now. I’m not sure exactly where I stand other than a commander that doesn’t work with his server and trolls people away from the main force deserves to be exiled and ignored.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.

I feel I’m not “good enough” simply for being a ranger often enough
Or for not being able to do PvP successfully when sitting in the Borderlands.
WvW is most definitely a very different animal from structured PvP. Truthfully, just as with FA, JQ, and AB in GW1, I’m not sure if many ‘true pvpers’ would consider WvW to be PvP.
It is, in my opinion, a matter of ingrained expectations.
Because gear supremacy is so prevalent elsewhere, and in just about any RPG solo or not, it’s an attitude that “oh X gear means they must be awesome”. Above it was mentioned Obsidian Armor in GW1 as one yardstick of “worth”.
(Personally I always saw it as a sign they were rich enough to get the materials off the Trader and knew someone who would run them through to the Eternal Forgemaster. The toughest part of Obsidian Armor was getting the Ecto/Shards, and that was a matter of platinum. Nearly anything in GW1 could be bought with enough platinum.)
In the early days, whether they farmed the plat, or farmed the materials, it still took time, skill, and effort. I always rather thought it was fugly on most classes, but meh. You knew if you saw a person in it, that there was someone that had put some effort in to the game. BUT it didnt’ give them any advantage over anyone else. They just looked cooler. Which was sort of the whole point. You can equate worth to a lot of things, but you don’t need outlandish stats which screw up balance to achieve it.
I have never played World of Warcraft, but I’ve played some F2P games where gear grind was an integral part. I’ve played some single player RPGs where gear grind was an integral part (Dragon Quest 1, “Flame Sword, Magic Armor, Silver Shield”). I’ve played non-RPGs which had gear grind as an integral part (Hello UFO: Enemy Unknown, how’s the Elerium treating you?).
And I enjoyed both games of example. Except for the grind, which was a lot of boring search-and-destroy. (Okay, maybe the UFO example was a lot more fun getting your Elerium by exploding Sectoid bases.)
The problem is, these days . . . I don’t have the time I used to. Especially on an MMO where I rely on time windows which often aren’t by my own choices. I don’t want a mandatory gear grind any more than anyone else. Much as with GW1, though, I’m content for optional gear grind. (Please back away from the edge you walked to with Ascended, ArenaNet. You haven’t jumped off the cliff yet, so just . . . back away slowly.)
There is some gear progression in all games. The difference is whether or not that progression is a grind treadmill that is outside the flow of the game. If you absolutely have to do it to get to content. If you have to go out of your way, outside your normal play, to get that gear. Grinding one specific dungeon to get 1 piece, then having to go grind another dungeon to get another piece…dungeons that you might otherwise not do because they have no impact on “your progression” but are required to achieve that progression are the issue, and that’s what I (and those like me) don’t want to see in this game.
We don’t want Anet to say…re-implement FoW….but now you can ONLY access it if you have ‘x’ set of armor with ‘y’ rating. Not ‘you have to be ascended’ (which was part of the normal story in Prophecies, Factions, AND Nightfall)…not that you have to complete the game (like for DoA)…you have to acquire armor set ‘x’ from dungeons a-e and each piece only has like a 0.01% chance of dropping. See the difference?
I don’t mind the normal progression of armor, but it should have a [reasonable] max stat cap.
I don’t mind having multiple tiers of armor working up to max stats, so long as its within reason. I though 4 was fine in GW1, but we maxed at 20 there. I can see the need for a few more in GW2, but kitten we don’t need 15+ tiers like some other games.
I don’t mind having 35 different skins of max stats that are optional to obtain if you want them.
I mind being told I can’t move on unless I go out of my way to obtain them.
Edit: No Tobias, I’m not grumping at you.
Good post, I will disagree with WvW not being “real PvP” to “true PvPers” though. I hadn’t played “real PvP” since DAoC and Shadowbane, this game brought it back to me.
Technically, the “true” MMO PvP crowd is mostly what you see in WvW now, because where is fun in a totally even 15v15 match all the time? The true test of skills is when you fight off superior numbers with superior tactics. Arena style combat has annihilated PvP in most MMOs and dumbed it down to the point of attracting the FPS locusts.
Other than that, I agree!
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
The biggest misconception in this thread is the biggest misconception in MMO’s everywhere. Full DPS is NOT harder to play than tanky/healy/supporty characters, no matter how much the DPS meter kings want it to be.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I do not know that exact color, but maybe this dye chart will help you figure it out!
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
It seems like, from my perspective of watching this happen to me a few times, it has to do with getting a hit or 2 in on the Keep/Tower/Whatever Lord. I have noticed several times if I didn’t make it to the Lord in time to hit him once or twice, even standing in the circle it would skip credit about half of the time for me.
EDIT: This is just a theory, I have no way of proving this without Anet saying something to that affect. Just throwing out an idea.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
This is silly. I will defend pvp in jumping puzzles to my last breath, because it is wvw, and if you go in, expect to be attacked.
That being said, the OP has the most convoluted and incomprehensible set of arguments I’ve ever seen.
“I felt bad about killing this guy that obviously didn’t want to fight me in the JP, so I decided to kill him again and see if that made me feel better”
I mean, seriously, did that thought actually go through your head, and come out the other side without you realizing that something about that made no sense whatsoever?
It just depends on the person IMO. Most of the time I ignore single players in WvW unless they attack me. Dueling isn’t my thing, especially as a guardian, but I mean really where else could they go to get good 1v1 fights? I can’t blame people at all for doing it because its the only way to fit their playstyle.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I want a chocolate fountain and birthday party in my home instance!
No seriously, that would be pretty kitten cool if your home instance became a party on your RL birthday.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
It gets a tentative yes from me. I know there is going to be howling about people instantly having 10g out of thin air, but I only have 150ish badges myself at the moment and it wouldn’t bother me a bit to let people do this.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I disagree with you guys….it is almost impossible to judge a person’s charactor without ever seeing or hearing them or actually knowing ANYTHING about them.
With the advent of stores in about every game, those pixels actually have monetary value now. He actually stole something….stores allow access to goods but arrest for shoplifting if you rip them off.
I think the thief should be arrested and jailed…but would be happy with him returning the items and being blackballed ,
The only problem with this is nothing was actually stolen. He took items he was given access to take. Really the blame here only lies with the Guild Leader and kitten poor guild UI tab.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
So you tell your zerg that is on coms to ignore the guy and his blue dorito. Really I think that’s all you can do, and it sucks you guys got trolled like that.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Good advice, pretty accurate on most accounts.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Fun fact, Dragonbrand.
When we got back to the top of Tier 3 we got back to the exact rank we were when we plummeted through tiers the first time back in October~.
Next week, we will officially be a higher rank than we have ever been O:Fun fact #2,
Out of DB, Maguuma and Yak’s Bend,
None of our three servers have ever been in any tier except 3, 4, and 5.Fun Fact #3,
Tiers are measures of population and coverage, not skill.Fun Fact #4,
I never once even alluded to anything involving either skill or coverage.
Plain and simply the numerical rank over time.
Cool. I love little tidbits like this. Well minus facts 3 + 4 :P
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
That’s fine. I don’t want to earn dungeon tokens in WvW either.
But we seriously need a way to get ascended gear in WvW. Seriously. It’s only been November, December, January, February, March, and now April.
Seriously.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Mordremoth :O
See what I did thurr?
Personally, I can’t stand Mordremoth. The way he takes over your personal story, and uses you to forge the Pact and start killing his rivals… very annoying.
I wonder how long we’ll have to put up with it before we finally find Trahearne’s long dead corpse?
….
Oh, and Kralkatorrik’s my favorite.
Oh man I hope we find Trahearne in a ditch. I still rage about him coming into my story, stealing my sword, and leading my army.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
>spyingSpying was part of metagame, still is to a degree, and is entirely normal.
Cheaters will cheat.
Losers will lose.
Truth always comes out, might not be now, but eventually it always comes out…
Except we won
We created and brought Europe least populated and worst ranked in BWE server to 1st place in WvW fighting most of the time as low/medium server against high/full – something no one else achieved in this game.
We spied, people spied of us – the only people that think spying is not part of metagame are clueless ones that never took part in real MMO pvp conflicts. Its not as useful in GW2, where its mostly diplomatic info (though some vital to victories info was present too). Just look at EVE online.
At one point however, we just decided to go opposite and open our site, with most extensible WvW knowledge database and tactical discussions existing at the point, team speak, even schedule turning the closed alliance to server wide community and open for all others to browse too. So before posting, you`d at least learn who you speak with.
Good to know being a coward and dodging implemented game mechanics to prevent this type of behavior is “taking part in real MMO PvP conflicts”.
Man it would be nice if people just played the game it was meant to be played for once instead of turning it into another Min/Max locust swarm grind fest operating solely on cheap and cheatworthy tactics.
You wanna know what happened to people who were proven to be spies or radar’d in RvR on DAoC? No one talked to them and they had to start over because everyone knew they were kitten.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I have no opinion on this matter other than camping JPs is a lame way to gank mostly PvE players. Why even bother, you know they won’t be much of a fight. Get some real action.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Wow folks, I really appreciate the help. I went ahead and created a Norn Guardian [Female, of course XD], and I have her at level 5 1/2 right now. This class is INSANELY fun, especially using the Sword and Hammer. I can’t wait ’till I get weapon swapping.
I see why I took my"break." I played a male Asura Thief…. I don’t play males, I’m not the “rogueish” type, and although what I read of Asura lore is awesome, the aesthetics did not appeal to me. In short, I tried something different and it didn’t work.
So far I have really clicked with this Guardian….
Thank You, also, for recommending the Tarnished Coast. I went to ask a few very noob questions and my chat window blew up with friendly whispers and whatnot from people offering information. I DARE one of you to go to WoW and ask “what are the best stats for Rogues?” … Hah, you’ll walk away questioning your IQ and the virtuousness of your mother. I have even seemed to find a nice guild.
Good to be back. Thanks a ton!
No problem, glad we could all give ya some advice. Enjoy TC, and I’m going to happy fighting them again in WvW next week
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
There should be no penalties for winning strategies, evolve and adapt around blobs or join them. If you don’t like fighting large groups of people, there is always T8 and sPvP.
As a side note, even I think the AoE limit should be increased to at least 10 targets.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
More outfits are always good, wish they would let me trade karma for at least the 78 and lower transmutation stones for alts though.
I’ll be kitten if I’m spending any more than I have to on something that should be a basic wardrobe feature in any MMO.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I don’t think it’s a terrible idea… I would probably participate but I’d rather have 3
Faction teams appoint each other. And group specific sizes.Ideally rather just have more people want to focus on beating other players
Via killing them / deathmatch rather than fight over some keep. Objectives ruin player vs player.I can understand this attitude, but I have to disagree entirely, without objectives, PvP is little more than PvE to me, people just jump around more than monsters.
Fighting a good player that thinks on his feet requires you to think on your feet and be a good player.
A, the good player, a mythical creature, once roaming the lands of border, long ago, in a galaxy far far away…. lol, I see what you are saying, I just can’t get into pointless PvP anymore these days.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Temporary events: Screwing people with lives over since forever. I do hope they don’t release anything else I want again from that kitten SAB if they do bring it back next year.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Check out TC like others have said, those guys are really great people over there.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Yeah, sometimes you find yourself yelling push so much that folks could probably mistake you for a midwife.
I tend to run a tanky (although not extremely tanky) Guardian. Generally the indications of success are 1) whether I can make it to the back of the enemy group whilst still swinging (probably only 1 time out of 20 or 30, this might be a no) and 2) whether I calculated how willing the militia were to follow suit and just roll over everything in their path, despite how daunting it looked (ah… not always, but they’re usually very good). It isn’t particularly good for morale to be seen going down, but honestly, in some circumstances it is necessary and isn’t something you should really fear.
That first sentence made my day so far lol. Thanks
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
A lot of it has to do with perception imo. A guardian that can stand toe to toe with a toughness/vit build without doding 90% of the time is just as powerful in my eyes as some dude in zerker gear jumping around slamming the v button.
It’s a different mindset, and it’s probably why I’ll never bother seriously with dungeons in this game.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.

There is zero adrenaline from killing mobs. Killing guys as good or better than you is much more gratifying and pumps the blood a litttttttle bit more man.
I just don’t get that adrenaline rush anymore from deathmatch games. I really wish I did. Pretty much the thing I can play DM on anymore is Battlefield and I haven’t touched that in months.
Something is probably wrong with my brain :P
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I prefer large battles and keep sieges. But everyone is different. I feel if you want small battles or GvG that’s what those arena…things…are for. It is fun to run around in a small group in WvW, but it’s just not my cup o tea so to speak.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Do we repair signs and collect memento’s while getting knocked down every time we try to walk down a path in the dungeon? Because so far that’s the F&F experience :P

Gotta admit and say I could give less than 2 craps about the dragons. They aren’t dangerous or impressive at all to me, I have seen better harder to kill dragons in nearly every other MMO. Guild Wars 2 is an awesome game, but they really dropped the ball on dragons/raid bosses.
So… how many Elder Dragons have you killed so far?
One, and there was no sense of triumph, no joy of victory, no fervent virtual high-fiving in the party, no ‘Woot, we did it!’, only a dull, glazed-over feeling of relief that the most boring, needlessly drawn-out, mind-numbing mission I have played in any game ever was finally over.
This.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Just going to start an argument with fanboys, so I’ll just say I don’t care for the dragons. Suffice to say Zhaitan is the biggest joke I have ever seen.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I think the “I hate gear progression because I equate it to griding” or “I want my skill to be the only measure of worth” crowd is missing something entirely in htis argument.
Those of us asking for something more -something harder, something that takes longer, more comittment, yes even More skill, are NOT infringing upon your enjoyment of the game. What do you care if the devs add in new items/gear that based on your schedule or willingingess or ABILITY to achieve is impossible?
All I see is an argument that basically sums up to “If I can’t have it then no one can.” All I am asking for is something akin to dungeoning/raiding with tier gear that is associated with difficulty. The more difficult the dungeon the better the items and the better they look.
If whatever “requirements” there are to achieve these items are too steep of a price for you to pay so what, what skin is it off your back. Are you simply afraid that the folks that do achieve the better items will then have an UNFAIR advantage over you in PVP? I feel sorry for you, really I do.
Okay make all PVE dungeon/raid gear default to static stats when entering PVP. The game already auto levels anyhow. No big deal. What then is the issue with having gear progression?
The answer is there is No issue – other than a group of people who feel slighted because someone is able to do something they are not.
I am not willing or able to have it so by the alimighty neither shall you…that’s what you are saying.
You are playing the wrong game. Go play Rift or WoW, it’s a nice treadmill for you.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
It is not necessary to be tanky if you are good at dodging and have the right build. If you are going to be a commander, pretty much anything except max glass cannon works, if you are a good player you can command as a glass cannon too though imo.
That being said, being tanky helps, especially in zergvszerg battles where you can’t really tell when to dodge anyway.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
rB came to dragonbrand simply because I fell in love with the. Community. Very supportive people on DB and it makes it a fun game. Grimaldi did not even reach out and try to create a bandwagon I actually found him and he was a very good representative of what db has to offer. Its no wonder guilds are starting to want to transfer here. Dragonbrand should be very proud of the. Community they have created.
Well said, I agree, the amazing community we have here is awesome, and being able to have people to group with any time of the day in WvW makes it even better. I chose DB months ago on a random whim, and I have to say this is the best server I have been on in an MMO since the original Emarr server on EQ. Glad to see any and all newcomers join us
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
DB is all numbers little substance.
And Mag is all excuses little skill.
I looked at this and laughed:
http://mos.millenium.org/servers/view/35/30Despite having the biggest NA presence, Mags were hardly in lead during NA prime time until Tuesday when DB eased up a bit, victory within the tier assured.
Says a lot about the skill (or lack, thereof) of the elite Mag NA zerg
What biggest presence? Its even during NA times, when we dominate. Problem is if your asians arent on you THINK you’re outnumbered lol
Clearly has not seen WvW the past week, or the 80+ mag zerg wednesday at 1am EST in EB lol. DB is lucky to ever get that many people in the same BL during prime time, let alone all in one place.
The 2nd greatest myth of DB; they’re outnumbered during NA times (lie).
Like I said you just THINK you are. I never notice an outmanned buff on DB (Yaks yes). And I always see us leading the score.
So lets cut the kitten right now about you being outnumbered in NA. Its even. Only issue is when its even your tactics are face planting gates doesnt get it done like it does when its 100 Asians vs 10 defenders in the morning, so you believe you’re outnumbered to save some self respect.
Maybe you didn’t read the first page of this thread. Or maybe you enjoy posting without any basis. There are screenshots of our outmanned buff, and us being in lead at the same time.
Go ahead, ignore that as well.
Fight on brave DB soldiers in the face of such overwhelming odds!
we will despite you Internet sarcasm; however, you need not fear one day the role will reverse and your NA will be outnumbered & out skilled( since db alerady out skill mag) but hey at least you will still have your swag.

Some additional members of the excellent WvW team, by no means all, and even then remember that countless members of the ArenaNet staff are involved in every piece of content that goes out the door:
John Ryan, writer
Hugh Norfolk, designer
Matt Witter, designer
Patrick “El Capitán de Culling” Mera, programmer
Chris Barrett, programmer
Tirzah Bauer, artist
Brian Cautrell, producerSo, they are okay being called out by name, and they all rock. Like I said, though, that’s just the start of everyone who busts their butts to get WvW made better.
Thanks to all these fine employees of Anet. Your work is appreciated by many, me included. I’m guessing Patrick had a hand in the WvW culling fix as well due to his title :P? Either way, all these people deserve our respect.
Thanks again!

Actually, despite that, EBG is probably our weakest map by far. Maybe that’s why you guys are saying we are bad at utilizing our numbers. Most of the people from Maguuma posting on this thread don’t like going to EBG anymore. It seems to queue every evening, which in theory is good, except no coordinated guilds seem to be able to get in and do a good job with it.
Now this seems like a winning response. I really think you Mags could dominate EBG if you could get that organization.

Is it really an insult in other parts of the world to call people by their nationality? Man, I kinda feel sorry for the amount of political correctness you guys have to deal with. They call them germans and french because it’s german and french servers with german and french people. Is that really a negative thing?
I guess I just don’t see the problem personally, but I can see how people with low self esteem or people who get their feelings hurt over a gnat’s fart can get upset about it.

Elementalist needing more weapons? Considering that each weapon has four sets of skills I find this hard to swallow, but an addition of a normal sword could be stomached I guess. Greatswords…no.
Engineers need more weapons or at least make their weapon kits more viable so they have more options.
I’ve never understood this argument. The Elementalist may have 20 skills per weapon, but they pay for it through:
1) Being locked into one range based on their single weapon set.
2) Having their utility divided over 20 skills. With other professions, you’ll often find that one skill is very much multi-purpose and serves multiple functions without the need for traiting. In the case of the Elementalist, one (weapon) skill generally has one effect.
3) Cooldowns that are generally too long for the effects of the skills. You have more skills, yes, but that doesn’t make that Meteor Shower, Earthquake, Healing Rain, Windborne Speed, Gale, Static Field, Shockwave, Unsteady Ground, Burning Retreat, Magnetic Aura, Fire Grab, Cleansing Wave, Frost Aura, Updraft, Freezing Gust, Fire Shield, etc. recharge any faster.
4) Traits that are clearly intended to encourage sitting in one or two attunements – you can’t get cooldown reduction for your weapon, only for individual attunements. Damage increases are for individual attunements. Etc.
It’s not a matter of “this class can’t be allowed as many weapons because their weapons have more skills.” For any benefit gained from the attunement system, there is an equal part of payment. Furthermore, they would not benefit more from additional weapon sets than any other class. That they are currently locked into a mere 5 weapon set options is an arbitrary result of needing to program more skills into each of their sets, as they still have plenty of unfilled roles that new sets could fulfill.
+1, well said, this is what drove my fiance, an RL friend, and myself away from elementalists.
Despite being the most skilled and swag presence, Mag has also been the most empathetic in the matchup, easing up since Friday, sensitive victory within the tier assured.
We wouldn’t want to harm the already bruised ego of NA DB, as the only players of the server who get mentioned are the SEA pvd zergbots.
Correct. I think it’s pretty funny how quick the DB NA players are to take credit for what their US time zone earlier morning crew does on what basically amounts to being on an asian server.
well i think it is funny how many excuses you can come up with rather than just admitting to being beat fair and square. the world says American when you join and the Asians you are talking about only make a small percent of our player base. i play thru the night crew times and the day crew and they both play the same against the same numbers (most of the time) so to say we are winning due to one group or another is a lie it is a world vs world battle which would indicate the world is contributing equally. thanks love DB
p.s. if we were winning due to one group would it not make since for our lead to be a bit smaller considering the time the group you are talking about is not on that we should be getting beat?
Logic! How dare you!

I don’t quite understand.
Mag claims that DB is inferior in skills and rely on numbers.Where the hell did such a remark come from? I mean Yes DB has a superior count during SEA times but doesn’t mag have superior numbers during NA? inferior in skills? where does that apply? Whoever has the bigger numbers (by a decent margin) will be offensive while the other is defensive.
And no intelligent commander will throw their inferior sized zerg towards a superior one, hence they retreat. Smart move isn’t it? Or is it somehow “cowardly” to retreat and save your zerg?
It goes both ways, and I think most of us on both servers know that. Mag has stronger NA numbers, we have the Stronger EU/SEA. Not really much to say other than that. Forum warriors from both sides are here. Life’s good.

I dont think its about adding more weapons to the game or for classes in general as much as it is about more skills for players to choose from. This doesnt necessarily mean more weapons. I could mean allowing players to pick their weapon skills like they pick their utility skills.
I agree that it would be nice to unlock all weapons in the game for all classes, but we are still limiting the player to a selection of limited skills which they are stuck with while using that weapon.
If I could pick my weapon skills from say 3 categories: 1handed 2handed ranged I would literally be the happiest person I know. But they will never do that, because they would have to balance it, and it might end up being fun.

DB won reset night… so by your logic you guys lost to an asian server outside of their primetime hours?
Maguuma actually doesn’t have an NA presence. We’re outmanned on all maps 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Haha for some reason this made me chuckle.
