Yaaay, I just saw the facebook Guardian picture just a min ago!
Looks like an angel and as we’re in GW, it’s defiantly a Paragon! Yeeeee<3
Though I wanted land-spear aswell, but oh well.. longbow is always nice too.

So all these unreleased classes / old classes:

Chromomancer —> Cancelled class of the 4th campaign ’’Utopia’’. = Mesmer in HotS.
Paragon --> Nightfall class. = Guardian in HotS.
Ritualist + Dervish —> Nightfall and Factions classes = Revenant in HotS.
Summoners --> Cancelled class of the 4th campaign ’’Utopia’’ = Necromancer?
Monk —> ?? (Guardian)
Assassin --> ?? (Thief)

Cool way to reconnect old professions, as we, fans have requested it alot. Looks really interesting indeed.

I actually like older players than younger players.
I’m only 20 years old, but still I rather play with older mature players.. most of the older players I’ve been playing with are alot easier to talk to, play and communicate anyhow.
And I just think it’s soo adorable when older couples are playing together, That’s so cute!

Ooooo, the male version of the Daydreamer’s Finery outfit looks really hot!
The female version is really weird looking.. but I’ll buy it just for the sexy-open breast top for the male version outfit!

Would be perfect to use the Gods’ outfits along with the gods weapons, such as Melandru’s Glaze, Dwayna’s Feather Longbow, Grenth’ Tear etc…

Hi, I just come back from a break of GW2 and I’ve been reading that each professions class will get a new weapon, new skills and traits.

I’d like to know which weapons are for each professions..
I really hope there’s some classes that will have Spear as it’s specialization weapon!

So Mesmers will have Shield...
And Necromancer will have Greatsword, during Living World, since Marjory had it..

I do hope costumes for the rest of the Human gods..! <3

Well, so far... we can confirm these new weapon styles for these professions:

Rangers - Staff
Mesmers - Shield
Necromancer - Greatsword
Engineer - Hammer

I believe Elementalist are going to have Sword and Thief will get Rifle. Atleast the rumors says that.
For Warriors... I’d like to see Daggers... or land spears...
I’m not sure what Guardian will get... hopefully Longbow,

I would chose Human at first.
Norn is alright too and so is Sylvari.

I am just surprised that we actually got a NEW profession in this expansion, lol.
And I’m even more supriseerrr that the profession is the 3rd heavy class.

I doubt we’ll get anymore professions- if we do, it will probably be in about 4 years till now.... in GW3.

Sure I would like to see more professions, but again... we’re talking about Anet....

Totally agree, and ya I’ve also reached the currently limited of the character slots.. I would like to see increased for the character slots so we could create more characters of the new profession and also the old ones aswell,

But since this topic is hot right now, I believe Anet will increase the limit,
Otherwise it would just be dumb move to not increase the slots.

I am strongly against an idea like this : It will cleave the player base and force you to complete the entire personnal story if you want to access the cool stuff. Are you suggesting that I have to witness Trahearne’s blandness 6 times instead of 2 ?

If they wanted to update orr, I think they’d use a system like in the silverwastes. Basically, introduce a new currency that is gained by helping the pact do something (like escorting the troops through malchor’s leap and holding the checkpoints). As you complete events a bar fills up. When it is filled up, the temples can be captured. After the temple events, the map goes in a “quiet state” where statues are disabled and chests are accessible. After some times, everything starts over.

The currency can be exchanged for crafting mat bags and keys to open orrian chests.

In the end, updating orr will be done through living world releases instead of HoT.

I’d like to suggest [again] an increasing of the character slots since I’d like to create more characters!
Specially with the new profession, I need to have atleast each race of that new profession!
No but for real, yes I may be crazy to have THAT many characters but it’s fun!
Having their own stories, appearance, weapons and armors...

Increase the limit higher.. I doubt it will be such a problem anyway,

Reason why I do have so many characters is mostly because the same reason as I did in Guild Wars 1, they do look different in hairstyles, colours, genders, weapons and armors.
Sylvari only wear cultural armors and weapons and vice versa with Charr, Norn and Asura.
Humans are a bit different for me, my humans can basically wear everything since it look best with their models,

You don’t HAVE to buy this expansion set... but you wont be able to explore new things, unlock the new profession, etc etc without that expansion set.

As far as I’ve seen:

Engineer with Hammer
Mesmer with Shield
Necromancer with Greatsword
And perhaps the Thief with Rifle..

HoT will prob just be the title name for the end battle for LS...

If Anet actually releases a new profession, and hopefully it’s Tengu, I really do hope we’ll get to see about what’s happened to Cantha and why they had to ’’flee’’ into Tyria and basically shut everyone out of their homefortress beyond the big gate..!

The Charrs are seeing both male and female as one, I remember something that I read, about before GW2(?) female Charr was much lower rank than male Charrs.
Kinda like how Son of Svanir are seeing Norn females- They were weak, useless and not as powerful as men are.
But ya, anyway.. the Male Charr changed it, because blah blaa blaahh, so the Charrs are now equal to each other. Which is cool imo.

Asura in the other hand.. well, why not? You barely see their armors anyway so I don’t mind it for both Asura and Charr.

They should be tradeable, yes. To those who don’t need them and for those who need them.... I mean why not?!
It’s a win-win,

Favorite: Mesmer or Ranger I believe.
Not so favorite: Necro or Engineer

Course comparing it to the styles now it looks pretty low-res.. but would be nice to see a variant.

Depends what kind of class it is, but I would gladly create Human, Norn or/and Sylvari for the new class since they’re my favorites

I want a profession changer.... for the race character you are currently using..
ex: You got a level 50 Necromancer Human and you want to change that character to a Mesmer instead.

Been wanting this armour and hairstyle ever since BETA. Sadly when I found out that none of the hair or the armour was released to us players.... I was so sad I actually took a break from GW2 around Halloween - Southcove update.
I have been god know how many times I’ve been posting this armor and hair in the forums.....
Reason why my main is a mesmer was because of this awesome looking lady human,

I’ve deleted a few low levels, mostly like 1~35 levels.

Add them both and I’ll give you my money already!
