I’ve ran a battery of tests, and the velocity is definitively changed. And it does not need to completely hit the target to register as a hit now.
It never needed to completely hit the target to register as a hit. And you are probably just looking at its tiny visuals instead of its actual hitbox.
As for speed, I noticed nothing with Bifrost.

By the time you finish the skin collections from earning LOTS of currencies from events, you’d be lv161 already.Why would you assume everyone is completing these collections?
Because I haven’t really spend any currency on Chak/Auric weapon skins and Bladed armor set yet and I’m level 137 already…

Yes it was. They specifically said that 2 weeks before a PvP league season starts, that they would release a balance patch. The league kicks off 1st of December.

They will always be there. It needs its own instance.
You need to move the entrance to the raid to its own instance. Having half the map afk waiting for a raid kills the map.

It is much harder now that half the zone consists of AFK raiders.

Seems that way. That could have made it so following someone in spectate mode used the nerfed visuals and sounds, and left us with the real sounds. The new fireball is absolutely pathetic…

That worked with Flame Burst? Mine would often fire at nothing.

This upgrade RANDOMLY generates you an easy/medium/hard mission. So a small guild could get a hard mission that is impossible, while a massive guild gets an easy mission and falls behind in favour.
We need be able to select the difficulty, as RNG here is just ridiculous.

first of all why are so many people necroing topics…wtf. the patch is on tuesday. this is common knowledge so before necroing a 2 week old topic why not wait 1 day and read the patch notes before making a new fresh topic
also almost all profession runes are useless. with them getting changed to not be account anymore they now lost all reasons to still have any value. rune of the berserker being good is just a coincidence and maybe will get nerfed too. just let these profession rune posts everywhere be. they dont belong in the profession forums because every class can take them.

Come on now… if all the HoT maps were as big a farm as silverwastes and drytop we wouldn’t still be seeing so many lfgs for sw and dt. Those two are unparalleled when it comes to non stop xp karma and loot gain… might as well ask for EoTM to be included as well lol

DH was considered a joke in BWE1-2-3 and was laughed at, people said Guard would never be in pvp or pve again, its the worst, will never see META

Personally I have both. I love the sky in LP as well as the hyenas or jackals. They really give it vastly different feel from GH.

Have you tried Sceptre and Warhorn? Dragon’s Tooth and Wildfire?
Cooldown on Wildfire is probably too long.

Evasive arcana is not for might, it’s for the flame burst skill to maintain 4 additional burns.I see. Ring of Fire only applies once if the target is not moving, while Flamewall applies about 10 times to anything standing in the flames.
Would Flame Burst from Evasive Arcana really add more damage than Bountiful Power? I would think the ability makes up a rather minor portion of your overall damage.
Bountiful Power adds no condition damage.
I thought everyone was screaming before HoT launched that they weren’t going to even play this elite spec because it had such a stupid name, no synergy, and lame skills.

Some people here overreacting a bit? And yes, my guild also chose the Precipice, partly for the same reason. It’s inconvenient to activate the jump pads, but not the end of the world, or a real hindrance to gliding.
There is no reason they should have to be manually activated, and it is a MASSIVE hindrance to gliding. No idea what game you are playing…
I have found the Tempest is HORRIBLE for breaking bars.
Also asura’s Technobabble is OP for breaking them (asura still need to be purged).

It should be account bound, soulbound on equip. Anet need to change it.
Imbued Melodies actually boosts it. But yeah, it is bugged at 5 seconds, baseline.
Lava Font while downed is the key to using the melee Tempest skills…
You need the stability in the HoT zones, because Anet gave every mob and their mum a zillion knockbacks and stuns.
Hopefully Karl is working on them. Robert just patched his 3, so we can hope Karl will do the same shortly.
