at this point all we can do is hope Anet reviews it, sees that PPT is kitten and does something about it. I know you can’t fix coverage or population but things can be done to stop servers from getting an insurmountable lead because they are ticking 500 PPT uncontested for hours.

The real answer as given by Anet is that nothing can be done about it.

To give special treatment to players who play at a certain time of day would be a big middle finger to the other.

The only thing you can do is… Deal with it.

Sea of Sorrows still alive and kicking as the unofficial oceanic server still.

Tarnished Coast is just a role play server that every one flocked to.

I have no idea what your talking about, I was posting a pic of a fun siege… but now that you mention it that is an interesting conversation going on in the background. Seem’s like one guy looking to transfer to another server while the other guy is asking him to talk to other guilds first as not to over stack. not much from the achievement chests take up much room. mystic forge stones, perhaps, but that’s just 1 space.
badges of honor have a space in the wallet
zenith weapons you can destroy, as you can get more copies whenever you want. same for radiant/hellfire
karma potions can be consumed
boosters will either stack with the ones you already have, or just use them immediately because you like using them.
blueprints can be sold
pvp skins can be deposited. rest would need to be stored. or just dont open that chest, but then require storing. this is the only one that’s a bit troublesome. personally, I just deposit them, then salvage the ones that don’t deposit because I already have one of it.

D/D didn’t get nerfed. Increasing base initiative gain by 33% is a pretty big deal.

It’s more than a big deal. It’s a MASSSSSSSSSIVE buff to all thief specs.

Except P/P. You killed off any resurrection of this set and nailed its coffin shut. I’ve evaluated the nerfs and successfully testing a D/P build that will be uneffected by it. It will do fine.

I saw it when SoS at any point ticked higher than SoR. Today is different, and hopefully the rest of the week is the same.

It is amusing to see the reaction caused by a server outside the “top three” actually threatening the status quo.

Only about 3-8% of all players have a legendary I’d estimate.

Having 4k APs puts you in the 90th percentile of all players. Most legendary wielders I’ve seen have at least 5k and have been playing for a year, making them an even smaller portion, which is why I’m guessing 3-8%.

There are tons of players without legendarys, they just don’t play much. So the issue is not the rarity, the issue is that there’s little reason to play the game long term unless you are going for a legendary.

I have 7k ap and don’t have a legendary, I’d say is even less people maybe 1~2% but it all deppends on how much people is playing the game currently

there certainly are people that has crafted many legendaries and if you ask me I think that people that only have 1 legendary is quite rare, or you have none or you have meny, but having only one is quite rare

I have 12k ap and still don’t have a legendary. The precursor is the bottleneck.

I just met a guy with 5 legendary in a dungeon PUG. I have a legendary as well but that guys just made me feel so under-equipped – almost feel like naked even!

Come to think of it, most people in Pug nowadays have at least 1 legendary. Many have 2 or more. If you use the number of people standing outside of the LA bank as an indication, 8 out of 10 people must have at least 1 legendary. The last 20% must be people who have just started, people playing alts, or people simply don’t like the looks of the legendary.

I think it is about time to make legendary weapon legendary again:
TIME TO RAISE THE LEVEL CAP!

This will make all current legendary obsolete. New better looking and harder to get level 100 legendary can be introduced. Image your legendary weapons are rare again and not a standard issued piece of tin foil that everyone who wants it has.

The person with those 5 legendaries would just whip out the credit card again and buy the next set of legendaries. As long as they continue to be bought straight out from the TP. What’s the difference?

I for one like the downstate in PVE mobs. Gives my finisher some use. It also encourages group play and less of spamming 1 to win.

Hello all, I looked into this because we intended to have a release note for the changes to the champion loot.
We did modify the gold and bloodstone dust coming from champion bags, and a release note will be added shortly.
What I can tell you is that we made a mistake, this one fell through the cracks and I’m truly sorry. I’ve promised before that we won’t make stealthy economic changes without notes and I mean to stick to that promise.

There is a fundamental difference between silk and leather v. mithril and elder wood. If you need the latter, you can go harvest it. You know where to find it and if you are willing to put in the time, you can get X amount. With silk and leather, getting it will be RNG-base (random number generator).

When ascended armors come out, we will see how popular this idea remains.

she is not popular at all… the are a couple of people that try desperately to defend her but they are minority on these forums, and most the reasons they think she is great is the same reasons others don’t like her. “But she’s good at everything!!” – “that’s why we don’t like her”

You know who else was a minority on the forums? Kiel supporters.

I wasn’t ready to dismiss scarlet after her first appearance, you guys could atleast wait to see what anet would do with her, instead of crying after she appeared the first time “So when is she going to be gone?” Do you also read the title of a book and then say you read the entire book?

Where is Kiel now? good job voting her in. I still have my doubts she was legitimately voted in, I think its more like Anet skewed the numbers to avoid making the abbadon fractal.

Anyway as for waiting for Scarlet’s story to develop, its not about giving it time. The writers should develop the character over time, not give one massive reveal at the end. Just how we received a letter from Mr.E, or the quick-talking city dweller from the frost and flame patch… these small things develop the story and hint of something more. Although sadly. nothing more is said of Mr.E and we still don’t know if that quick-talking city dweller was in fact Scarlet.
