If they bring SAB back and don’t try to actively steer people towards the gem shop (infinite continue coin and mini-pets are fine). This will make the HoT expansion worth it.

As far as I remember, all the old soul bound tools were made account bound by exchanging them.
Soulbound versions of tools could be exchanged for account bound versions at the Black Lion Weapons Specialist. If it still works is another matter. It’s been a while.

I’m in the Oceanic region. I did Sanctum Scramble and got gold. It’s actually one of the easier adventures. But if you don’t like jumping puzzles, that’s understandable.

I only have the final HoT legendary collection to unlock for my core Tyria masteries.
I either have to do obscure misc. achievements that are unlikely to be obtained (like the tripe trouble ones or some pain to get collection) or do the season 2 story achievements that are buggy and broken.

I agree. It’s annoying to lose the sense of progression after feeling it for a while. Having finished all my core tyria masteries, it’s anti-climatic.

this games population is so high that theres dozens of maps open at once, just open lfg and merge because instead of maps filling on their own, it locates you to wheres best for you by guild and such and not by capacity
This is the main problem I’ve had with the Mega-server system, especially since HoT came out. There are way too many maps being opened. Say there are 500 players. The game creates 20 maps for these players and tosses 25 players into each map. People don’t want to play this way so they have to taxi around. Why can’t Anet change it so that instead of 20 empty maps, have 5-6 full maps? People would always log into full maps and won’t have to play the taxi game.
Interesting, so this might all be a Megaserver issue that needs to be adressed and not an issue of no one is playing the maps… Well maybe someday there will be a fix.
There is a fix use LFG like everyone else.
People keep posting the solution but you ignore it , finding a populated organized map in HoT is easy the only meta that is remotely hard to get done is TD.
Because the “solution” is terrible.
LFG should be to find people to do specific events. Not as the sole option to find a populated map. Especially when the thing doesn’t even work half the time.
They’ll probably “release” it on the 1st of April with SAB mobs all through out in the open world. But you’ll still be not allowed to play SAB.

DS is unusually brutal for taxi wars. If you load in to the map at XX:31, you’re probably too late. You’ll join a few taxis for full maps, and then be temp banned from LFG.
+1. Even worse sometimes the party fill up so fast your join button just grey out without getting into party and you’re just supressed.

Look it’s really simple. If your point was some people like it and some people don’t, you wouldn’t have brought up white knights at all. You had no reason to. The only reason anyone would bring it up, conceivably, is to show that somehow the people who like this will like anything.
If you were just trying to say I don’t like it, why bring up white knights at all. What do they have to do with your point? How do they strengthen your point.

Warrior been in a better spot for a longer time than thief.
I’d admit warrior is in a bad spot as well. But not as bad as thief.
Warrior is in the spot thieves were to other classes before heart of thorns. Now consider nothing has really changed for thieves and they’re still in the stone age of pre-expansion. That’s how bad thief is.

I never understood 100% thief only players. They complain the most about their profession, constantly saying how thief is garbage, yet refuse to play other professions.
there are 8 other classes in the game you know. Why not give those a shot instead of sticking to a class you don’t even like?

I’m tired of “exploring” Heart of Thorns and constantly running into road blocks and places I can’t go or progress.
Rather than doing painfully slow events. Rather just get it out of the way with mob exp farming, since that’s all that is rewarding at the moment. It’s like a band aid, I just want to rip it off and be done with it.
