A little impossible for skills that require a target to cast.

Wooden Potatoes. Complains that dungeons are too short. Yet proceeds to show himself using unintended exploits to skip almost every mob possible with a well organized group.

People can actually defeat Teq? Needs buff.

I don’t know why people pre-order/pre-purchase when there is no incentive to do so.

A bit of a boring screen shot. Had a problem with guild upgrade queuing not going through and taking the influence. Had to submit a screen shot to Anet support before the problem was fixed in the next patch.

Also this was at the time where was no trading post and people were trading via mail still.

I know every one is currently hung up on Shadow’s Embrace and its poor condi removal.

What about the trickery line? Every trick used is a condi removed on demand?

You have withdraw, haste, roll for in, caltrops, scorpion wire and even dagger storm to choose from.

Then you also have the trait that procs haste for another condi removed each time.

Of course there would be no stealth with this build and would be focused on aggressive tactics.

yea, they are OP now. I took a full pvt guard into battle with a guildy thief… was downed in less then 1 second… it was “poof” pistol whip for 9x dmg"dead guard" before I had even a second to pop renewed focus or any other blocking utility… the only chance I had to beat the thief was to completely respect traits and what not to fitthat specific fight scenario, and even then I had to have a bit of a pre warning he was coming to be quick enuff to out live the initial burst… only to die in the second burst cuz the CD’s on thiefs specs are half what a guard has. He hit me again wit ha second burst while 60% of what I had was still on a 15+ sec cd…. This rebalancing is pure crap TBH.

What you described has nothing to do with stealth…

It’s not enough that thieves can’t kill you. Now you want them to be free kills with their already nerfed stealth and survivability?

So, what’s your elite skill doing? Sitting there looking pretty?

Personally I’d just dagger storm and reflect the channel back at them.

I duoed the final story step yesterday.

The difficulty felt fine. Although given I was a ranger blasting mobs away with my new powerful build. Switching from cannons to dealing with mobs has you on your toes.

The final fight with Zhaitan himself how ever was pretty easy. But it always has been. Just you don’t need a party for it now.

Oh, you forgot about us? Yeah. Considering our current sub-par stealth, I would too.

I simply use dagger storm as a reflect, since thieves have little in defence against channeled ranged.

With Guild halls , we will have to do guild missions.

So why we have to do puzzle jump and things like this , when in this game we just love killing people on the battlefield !

HoT will include a solution for this for both guilds that are WvW, and PvP oriented that want to build and expand their Guild Halls and need the favor generated by guild missions. Same goes for guilds that have a mix of players interested in all three. More info down the road a bit on how this will work once we’ve got it a little more solid on our end.

Edited to add: Everyone will have to do the actual mission to capture the guild hall once per hall though no matter what. If your group online is too small, you’ll need to invite friends (or pay/beg/sing-songs-to-woo peeps in Lion’s Arch!) to come with you and help you claim the guild hall to own one. Or you could always grow your guild

And exactly how many people do we actually need to capture a guild hall?

Come on, you got invigorating precision and executioner now. If you die with this as berserker, you really need to practice.

That’s totally going to keep you alive when you can only take one hit.

Any one concerned about the new changes regarding gear and traits?

I’m one who still runs full berserker stats on gear. But I had shadow arts to add a bit of survival with its support stats.

Now that’s going away, I’m left with my full ascended, berserker gear leaving me as a pure glass cannon now.

Any one have this concern and any one think this may not be a down side if our elite specialization focuses on range DPS?

I’ve played ever class to 80, except necro. I already only really play on one class now. That class is thief. Cooldown game play doesn’t excite me.

Jeremy Soule’s music tracks that were released at launched weren’t very memorable. I think only the main theme really was. All the rest just seem generic.

SAB music how ever. Very memorable!

Ahahaha, are you kidding me? Pistol, dual pistol, pistol/dagger and shortbow are not real ranged options? And, sure, thieves are squishy, but survivable, if you’re doing it right.

You listed dual pistols as a valid ranged option. Your opinion is invalid.

Also I play a thief as main. It is not the meta for either PVE, WVW or even PVP. But I’m still darn good at it.

The OP is the perfect example of what plagues the MMO genre.

I’d assume any time you’d jump off whilst using a tonic, the glider won’t trigger and you’ll fall to your death.

Will it be unaffected by lag? Like the smooth running, jumping and swimming?

Or will it be like the sun, wind, lightning movement system? Lag affects your movement and rubber bands erratically if you desync from the server?
