In theory no, there won´t be any actions taken against players who used momentarily those exploits unless they got reported massively, in which case there will be looked into. However, we encourage all of you that see ongoing exploits to notify them through this email exploits@arena.net as by doing this you are effectively helping us.

As the other players have correctly pointed out, you can just accept the copper or return the email to the sender. In any case you can delete the email and report the fellow who sent that to you.

Logged in to start start a new Guardian this morning, but I just lost interest when I found the entire map of Queensdale infested with botters. [Edit]
I just had my post that contained botter screens locked and an infraction notice give – as it’s ‘not the best way to inform them about bots – use the report function. The report function is obviously completely useless as there are bots destroying entire zones and the economy – left to bot 24/7 for days, and days and days. We need ACTIVE in game GMs to respond to these bot reports quickly and effectively, not a once a month ’ooh look we banned .002% of the botters’.
Nynja, we delete those specific posts here because this sticky will benefit all of us if we keep it for discussion and feedback only. Thanks for your understanding.

If your tickets are that old, you can enter in your Customer Support account, close them, and start another one new; you should get an answer then regarding this issue. However, you may not get that lost gold back.
