The entire expansion is a grind.

KQ is just an example of Anet’s laziness. They never updated the red skull or bumped KQs fight to be more in line with Teq.

Dodge rolling is the key to your happiness increasing, especially on a light armor class. Almost every boss in the game has a tell before they drop major skills, just learn them through repetition, and even ‘end’ game content will be a breeze.

It is the entire problem with HoT. It only caters to 1% of their player base.

The random mobs are the LEAST of HoTs problems.

Only the one percenters still care, which is the only reason why that time sink is even there.

We will not see GW3. But we had better get another expac announcement BEFORE Legion. That would be what 3 expacs in less time than it took Anet to pop out one mini-expac.

Do we need facts? You can FEEL it in-game, something has changed, and not for the better. I pretty much have played every day since launch, now due to a log jam on masteries I mostly log in for dailies only.

Sales are one part of the pie, running through ghost maps is another. I always see more people at SB then I do in VB. Congratulations on the challenging content Anet that 2.7% of the population asked for.

Do the puzzle with your Mesmer and drop a portal at the bot’s feet. See if you can send them where you like.

On the raid side, I think the worst part is that they just threw 3 reskinned bosses in a row.

In WoW raids like Hijal or the Culling of Stratholme gave us great insight into the story giving it depth to certain NPCs. GW2 had every opportunity to do this, tying it to someone(s) from Destiny’s Edge or Braham, yet they just spit out the Thaumanova fractal boss in a prism of colors.

Could be a non-issue to some, but to some of us playing the game from the start, it seems like a fail.

I think it’s hilarious mesmers have a trait that copies all boons on 30 sec cd, but Heat sync got nerfed cause apparently too strong.
Mesmers also have the lowest dps output in the game, you know below vanilla necro and ranger.
They are alacrity/quickness bots and if they lost either of those they would not be brought to raids, it’s not like people are stacking them like revenants and eles used to be so you’re whining about the wrong class.
But then again whining about mesmers seems to be the bandwagon of this year.

So let me add to the rant, Thief has an ELITE that has a 1+ second stun, mesmers have a kitten signet that has 3 second stun.

To say nothing of the stealth they wrongly possess. But all this is off-topic.

I opened 77 chests and got ascended kitten. Zero. Nada. Bunk.

Tracking cooldowns in your head is the equivalent to counting cards.

You will need more than 1 more toughness. We have found that if its even close, some skills will pull the aggro off you. (Case in point when our necro went in shroud).

Not sure that any disappear, but there are definitely varying strengths of updrafts. You can actually tell which ones are the boomers and which ones are meh. The strong ones are almost opaque white.

I agree, current raid fine as is difficulty & mechanic wise. Lore though, man all they did was throw bosses in a row. REskinned bosses at that.
So next raid wing I wouldn’t mind if they just gave a little effort in the story department, or am I the only one that doesn’t want to see a pink Tequatl?

The Olympics alienates me by making gold medals exclusive to winners of events. I should be able to pay 3000 of whatever currency I want and be able to get an Olympic gold medal.

no reward in GW2 is good, and that’s the problem. Since the middle of November (when i finished my last Specialization) I have not played more then 2-3 hours a week until yesterday when I went back into FOTM to see how that part of the game is going. Its crap, its all a bunch of crap now.
Until the rewards increase, I refuse to play anymore. I am logging in for my daily account login chest, then logging out until i see some serious patch changes in regards to the rewards.
GW2 is a pile of crap in its current state.

Settle down. What people miss the point is that fractals are still FUN. The entire point of the game. Rewards will hopefully get a bump, but playing the game for loot is the equivalent to driving to the store everyday to buy scratch tickets.

Unreasonable is one word for it. The fact that our small guild has to spend tons of gold on items (banners and siege) that we ALREADY had and Anet took away from us is not unreasonable its f***ing criminal.

In PVE Warrior is strong to solo with, and Ele can sometimes be a steep learning curve. Thief can also be tough to tame properly.

Guardian/Dragonhunter is still excellent in all regards, and Chronomancer’s shine when used properly.

Questions for you, do you prefer to play melee or attack from range? And, would you prefer to dress in metal/leather/or cloth?

I don’t believe this is a race issue, it’s the Drakehound. It’s fear and knockdown make it a coveted pet, perhaps too much so for a starter pet. Odd change though, it’s not like we have to work that hard to tame one.

Because OP is probably trying to sneak or defensively work around them and if you let SS or pockets attack you first then it becomes a different fight.

Black Desert is irrelevant, it’s almost upon us and less than 5% of the player base has even heard of it. Now if it’s GREAT, not good, but great it has a chance of stealing away some players. When Legion drops NEXT fall, is about the time I expect anet to announce the next expac. It’s just a good business tactic.

Theyre not that hard to kill actually, if you hit first, they go down fast, if they spawn smoke, move away n let em move out of it. Annoying but theyre not bad.

Yep, yep. They are full glass cannon thieves. Hit first and they fold like a house of cards.

It’s an acceptable skill with the new elites, how is it any different than Bow 2 on DH? Or a Chrono putting alacrity on siege weapons? Endless dodges on DD. You get the point.

They bumped elite specs so we would play them. Not that they would be balanced.

They always bring back what they can sell again.
