Can I add also that I would like to be able to shut off/on weather effects in options. Snow and rain lag. Glowing portals also lag; esp when they are close together.

Not a single one of you actually read what I said. Reader comprehension lvls at an all time low. I said they are telling us to put away our pets/minions because they leave graphic residue behind when they die. I didn’t say anything about pet control (tho I would like to see more of this – who wouldn’t).

Minions/pets don’t leave resurrection bubbles behind. Stop telling us to put them away. This is stupid! Play your own character not mine.

I thought we were suppose to spend it on basil, bell, and ginger. :P

I keep turning down volume on npc’s only to forget to turn it up before I get in a cutscene. Please fix it so turning down npcs does not apply to cutscene npc’s.

Also cutscene npcs are quieter than in game npc’s. So an entire separate volume bar for cutscene npc’s would be nice. Or a way to get to Options Menu while in cutscene. Or if not that, stop the gaming world npc’s from repeating every minute the same lines over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over AHHHHHHH! Put game npc’s on a 10 minute repeat cycle instead. Also, in PvP mists there are npcs that talk only when someone clicks them – the most crowded instance in the game – someone clicks them once every second. Seriously gets old. Could you shut that off and replace with 10 minute timer. Thx!

I have yet to see ANY game accomplish much in the hair department. Esp for males. But compared to what’s out there this game is high ranking in char creation. I’m way happy I glow in the dark (mostly play sylvari). Of course if more hair is added I would be just cheezing – just no bald styles plz.

I’m not in a big hurry. I would rather it was done right than rushed.

Like Piece of Ambrite there are items that are just congesting the auction house. Can’t something be done about this?

Do you play? Set launcher to auto game start and try to click on the “read me” for updates. Lol, I have yet to win this mini game!

I don’t do preorders. But this is def on my to buy once out and fully operational list.

I would rather they implement a Norn male body type that is just tall and not overly buff. Athletic buff is nice but thick neck buff, eh. I don’t want to look like a cartoon character from World of Warcraft.

This is why PvP should be banned from all mmo’s. It breeds doubt and mistrust with the devs.

I want option for one character exploration to open the map for all my characters on my account.

I love WvW but hate PvP. PvP is so boring. The one with the fastest computer and best armor wins. The battle is decided before it’s begun. And no, not in my favor. Unless we’re in that arena where you step on the air jets. Seems like no one ever figures out how to use those but me. But my back hurts from trying to hard or I give up and let everyone kill me in PvP because I’m so bored. Now WvW is different! That requires tactical effort and terrain knowledge. I just wish no one could see the red name tags over our heads.

World PvE and Silver Wastes is okay only because the world is big. I’m getting tired of mob guarded nodes tho. I mean really, does a mosquito have to do as much damage to me as a bear? And what dumbnut keeps breeding centaurs? My god they need to introduce condoms to those things!

This is kinda important and hard to miss. A “we are aware and working on it” message would be nice.

If I get a new game station the first game I will buy will be ESO (they are making for PS4/Xbox1). Wish I had enough money to build a gaming PC & buy new consoles. I do love my couch consoles. I don’t want any more games on my current PC. GW2 is enough for now.

EotM is borked. We can’t capture many of the outposts. It’s been this way for a week or more. Pic of chat tonight:

If you really love hardcore go do high level dungeons in FFXIV. Personally, I game to relax.

Still having my mouse disconnect during WvW EotM. The problem was fixed for like only one day.

My mouse also d/c’s while playing Sims 2 and Minecraft. Sometimes it randomly d/c when playing nothing at all. People on microsoft forums are saying that if you have a Logitech mouse and a Logitech webcam and are running Window Vista 64 home premium this issue occurs. Tho I’ve run both Logitech cam and mouse for more than a year without a problem so I have my doubts.

Yeah it isn’t the USB port I’m kinda aware of something simple like that to try.

Well, I got the problem solved. Because I own a Dell I was able to receive a free trail repair from IOLO System Mechanic working now with Dell thru the Dell site for promotional purposes. I usually think the repair programs are a scam but it actually worked. $30 if I want to buy it but I’m poor so we’ll see.

So problem solved – computer fixed.

Thx for being brave enough to try and help me. I can be a grumpy little shyytte, lol. Not the easiest guy to help when things break.

Why am I getting nothing but troll commanders in edge of the mists lately?

Leading us all around avoiding fights and never taking anything. Fights about only having lvl 80’s. Jumping over gaps on purpose to see how many fall then laughing about it. Asking for money. On and on crappy commanding.

I think we should make a Good List of excellent commanders. No point in making a Bad List (don’t like the term "black"list it has negative connotations) since there are so many bad cmd’ers.

On my list of excellent commanders would be Sarah (can’t remember her last part of name) and that guy that lights up like a lightning bug (can’t remember his name cause I have not seen him in so long). They were awesome commanders.

No matter what mouse I use (bought one new and have several at home) when I play GW2 the device manager will popup in tray saying unrecognized. Note I’m still running Windows Vista. I do not have a virus nor have a caught one in recent past. I recently defragged and used CCleaner to get rid of a build up of appdata shadowcopies but that should not affect anything.

To fix I’m trying to upgrade to Windows 7 but Microsoft doesn’t recognize the Intel Processor I’m using and I don’t know how to proceed. I thought maybe Vista (bad file somewhere?) itself is failing and Window 7 would detect my mouse better.

Does it make any difference to game play? Will upgrading windows take up more room on my PC?

I like the rp’ers but they do look seriously into what they’re doing. I’m to silly to hold my composure for long. My rp’s usually consists of me dancing in drag. I mean to say it takes some dedication to rp and I’m wacked. Wouldn’t fit in. But I like them.

I think a rp’ing group should PM the OP. Or get a website up and advertise a bit.

Do note that everyone has off days. Even RP’ers. We can’t always ignore irl (catch a cold, can’t pay bills this week, need to school/job, etc). There is more stresses than just game trolls and the people you’ve been around might be distracted.

Keep looking or address them directly. Tell them they feel closed off and you want to add your character in.

Coming from FFXIV I do note that added extra instances can put strange pressures on a gaming company. Added lag. Sometimes to the point where the game will not run. Something about it costing more for the gaming company to have extra instances. The mechanics of an mmo aren’t run on magic like most gamers seem to think.

New to using TS haven’t figured it out yet.

I joined the guild TIME because they did WvW and got along great. They required TS for when they were in WvW. No problem I got it and set it up. But other people use my PC and they set the controls to “Voice Activation Detection” from my setting of “Push-To-Talk.” I didn’t know I was being broadcast. When I told my family I was sick of something the guild thought I was talking to them and kicked me.

That is fine I guess. I was leaving them anyway to find another guild do to them moving off our server and I refuse to move. So this isn’t about getting back into my guild. In front of my name in TeamSpeak the work [TIME] appears. I don’t know how it got there or how to remove it.

How do I get it off?

Also, is all GW2 on teamspeak this dragonbrand.verygames.net:50059? Are there other GW2 TS addresses? I see a lot of guilds showing on this address.

Finally, does anyone have a guild I can join that does WvW and types in chat in addition to using TS. I liked being in TIME because they still typed in chat even while they were talking on TS.

PDF let me join up with their guild but they only do TS and no one is ever typing in chat. Not for anything. The chat is always empty. That creeps me out not seeing any scrolling chat text AT ALL. I’m not talking WvW. I’m talking always anything ever no typing.

Is it my imagination or are there more people playing GW2 than ever before?

When try to use auction house got a popup telling me my internet or firewall was getting in the way of the game’s auction house. Umm, I’ve played this game for a year now with no problems with my internet connection or firewall. Internet working perfectly. Firewall the same no special updates of late.

I can’t use the auction house in game even tho everything else works just fine.

What gives?

It’s a little silly to pit 500 vs 500 vs 8 players.

Suggest: Send players into overflow map if their numbers get a ratio way to much higher than one team. Example, if OG has 100 and FR has 100 but BL has 8 players then anyone joining OG/FR should be sent to the overflow until BL has 100 players. Then when everyone has 100 players on a team raise the count to a shared 200 or send to overflow, etc.

But having 10,000 players coming after 8 people is stupid bad design.

Someone told me to meet them at the ebg warp point. Where is that?

None of my guilds work. Not even if I go invis. Totally borked. They should incorporate the fix into the expansion. Make a mint.

I thought it was strange when I posted a ticket they didn’t even ask what type of system my game was running on. I just got a “we know about the issue keep watching the forums” response. I’m starting to think this is out of their hands kind of we we’ll never be able to fix it problem.

In big white letters below my character while I am in any WvW part of the the game. As far as I can tell it is only happening to me. It happened when I logged in today. It was not there last night.

I just quit all my guilds. The only guild I liked I could never get the chat to work in. Maybe because they had so many members? Idk. It seems pointless to represent when I can’t talk to the other guildies so I’ve gone lone wolf.

More than one tag on the field of EoTM fighting for followers. Fighting with each other and calling each other names in chat. I seem to get this a lot lately. Is this normal for gw2 or a new problem?

What decides the color of my server? A while back I was red.
