Intense, would have been even better with 4 rangers though
What exactly is so much fun about it? The extremely high health pool of the boss together with his shield mechanics? The trashmobs who die within a few seconds even in non full parties? Waiting for the npc so he opens the next door?
IMO, together with the fact that it is temporary, a total fail.
Can’t change them as human warrior so i guess this is just an overall new bug.
Dolyak Signet > Balanced Stance for Lupicus Solo. Enough said.
Thats because LH ele totally relies on the team to stack fury, might (or set fire fields) and to make sure your traits all trigger. Anyway, when soloing i usually hit 5k 5k 7k which isn’t even much.
30/10/0/0/30 should be the best option for groups with high vuln and might stacking.
20/25/0/10/15 and 30/25/0/10/5 are pretty bad ideas.
What warriors currently need are useful adept traits in Strength and Discipline…
This update ridiculously favors pure axe builds, traitwise.
Ok, lets run 1 Thief, 1 Warrior, 1 Mesmer, 1 Guardian and 1 LH Ele.
Fail.
In the meantime, I’ll be in Arah, making lots of money.
:D
Yeah the reason why i didn’t do molten facility was that sloooooooo…. to be continued… …ooow burrowing event right after killing those few mobs at start. I just said screw it, went afk and never came back.
A 7 minute casual AC run rewards you with just a bit more money. Oh this gw2 reward system.
I can coexist with friendly casual gamers.
Casual friendly gamers can coexist with me.
I cannot coexist with kittened “anti-elitists” who always repeat “play like you want” as an excuse for not contributing to the group in any way even if they got asked for.
Those can’t coexist with me either because i’m going to let the party decide if i should leave or if we should kick those. Usually those get kicked.
I think that often happens when a huge update is about to come.
Edit: Also the forum is lame as kitten atm.
Meh. Should I remind you of the errr…. Canach “dungeon”?
Gonna be another one of dem 5 mins dungeons.
WTF is wrong with all theese guys thinking scholar runes are subpar to ruby orbs.
I laugh at anyone not spending a few gold to maximize their effectiveness.
Also to mention 4% Critdmg increase works out as an increase from 240% to 244%.
The 10% more damage work out as ~80% to ~90% because there aren’t as many base damage multiplifiers. So the percentual increase in scholars to rubty orbs is even higher than ~6% (considering 100% Critchance).

I laughed so hard, exactly what i needed after that poor kitten claiming ruby orbs are better than scholar runes.
Vote 4 UW, FoW and DoA remake in gw2.
Then i’ll never ask for more dungeons ever again.
Choose guardian then, people are about to realize mesmers aren’t as good as they thought.
Oh what i wanted to add: please no HP sponges like Butcher… that fight was so incredibly boring and long (and we even had two warriors, a dps guardian and a mesmer + whatever engi).
I just want to add that if new dungeons are released or the existing ones get a rework it should be close to arah style. I lately did some other dungeons in “competent” groups who had as much experience as me in those dungeons (not much) and they all felt like facerollin. SE, CoE and HotW were almost the same as CoF with the restrictment that you have to dodge – after getting warned by red circles 5 seconds before. A really cool dungeon would be some kind of mirror-arah where we would have to fight 5 oozes, 5 belkas, 5 (or 10, doesn’t matter, too easy anyway) abominations and: 5 Lupicus at the same time. That would finally be an interesting fight whereas every single playe has to coordinate his actions. Especially the phase 2 aoe would be a lol part if they all use it the same time. Also, fighting 2-3 simins with probably 15 sparks would be fun imo. Or adding other dungeon bosses to randomly spawn as champion-trashmobs.
I seriously don’t understand all those experiences. I can even be as kitteny as i can but don’t get kicked…
People are even calling me elitist and jerk when i just point out that our guardian could use wall of reflection at alphard so we won’t wipe again, using the argument of “play like you want”. Something must be really going wrong in their heads.
As i said, don’t unlock too many parts of the map. One unlocked area gives you about 2-5% of a level, if i remember right.
You get a level for completing the starter zone when you accept the reward.
Go via Heart of the Mists to LA, from there to Bloodtide Coast, Chantry of Secrets, get a portal to Fort Trinity and now get carried exploring only areas you need until you are in Cursed Shore. You’ll end up beeing level 1 1/2. It’s simply important to not kill any mobs and not explore Vistas, Waypoints or unlock too many zones.

I sometimes join groups with my level 1 ranger, so far noone kicked me :o
4 Warriors and one Guardian for AC Path 2, for other AC Path’s it’s simply 5 Warriors.
He simply hits too hard and not well synchonized with his animation in melee, thats the only problem.
ASC is a guild on Elona Reach, the dungeon you’re talking about is Ascalonian Catacombs.
And if i remember right there have been tons of threads on how to get started with dungeons, if you are too lazy to just do it.
Yeah they are currently recruiting but make sure you have DM title and fractal level 30+ before applying, everyone else won’t be given a trial because they might not have enough experience and skill. kitten , i must have missed lots of game mechanics because of not having done CoF Path 3…
I usually join pugs with 0AR and die twice at maw. Not a huge deal to me.
The reward level issue sucks, though, just as much as fractals themselves do.
I can’t understand why most gw2 players stick to one character to be their “main”.
Not like current meta warriors ever change to axe in their damage rotation.
Nothing will change except the builds used.
You seem to all misunderstand my post.
Read over it again.
