Have you thought that maybe they can’t roll back from the roll back? Think of it this way, the most recent data then the previous saved point are different, but if they roll back, it still won’t be at the point you need. Like, say someone is hacked and requests a rollback, my bet is that the rollback isn’t going be at the point the account was hacked, but at the last save point before the hacking. It’s very possible they just don’t have the data to be able to restore what was lost from the rollback.
Sending in a report would just waste everyone’s time. It is always suggested to review all stats before purchase.

There is 15. Doesn’t seem that expensive to me. If you buy the 75 relic infusion, it doesn’t hurt when you do upgrade the rings later on. All the upgrades I posted use just the fractal relics. You may need 1 vial for the back piece if you go with the purchase one. Otherwise you can go with the crafted ones.

Honest answer, I will doubt they will give a timeline to prevent the line walkers from pushing the limits. As to the response time, it wasn’t game breaking nor is it preventing players from playing so it will be low priority to be responded to. While I agree it took too long to answer, you coul still play. If you had an open ticket, there is a thread for unanswered support tickets that are older then 3 days and are welcome to use it when needed.
January 28th is when paid transfers will start so it might be easier to transfer after that. Also, it’s been 7 days between transfers for a while. Once the 6 days are up, you’ll be Abe to track when it’s lower. Usually the best to try is early early mornings, but that is the US servers.
I had to do path 4 twice only because Randall bugged out on the last boss. Thankfully my nice Dungeon Master title is done. If anyone on the US server needs help, add me and I’ll come. I am always doing random things and like little bits of fun.
It’s possible the ban team and the fix it team don’t compare tickets. Best thing is to reapply to your first ticket and let them know. They will see what happened and be able to take the next steps.

You may be able to contact support but iirc the first email they send says you only get one. Otherwise there is no NPC for you to speak to as they did give a warning (I’m fairly certain my first message said Warning: you only get this once.) Good luck though.

You could very well be and Anet won’t really be able to help you. That is why they don’t like it and its a no no. At the point you can’t really do anything. And honest answer, if the game costs too much that you can’t afford it, risking your hard earned money on something they frown upon is worse.
I think this all coincided with an infraction I received from a post where I was accused of “calling out” an Anet response. When I received this infraction I sent a pm contesting the infraction stating there was no grounds of a callout.
I got a reply, and I got the above email from NCSOFT.
Maybe I am reaching here but after some thought, they kind of go hand in hand.
If I could get a confirmation that my surmation is indeed correct or incorrect I would be very pleased with the information.
Then it sounds like they set up a support account for you as that is how they handle 99% of their support issues. If you go to the NCSOFT support website (I’m certain an Anet employee has posted it on the forums) and attempt to log in, you’ll see that they created you and account for any further issues.
The NC support account and GW2 support account actually use the same account and send the same email with just minor differences.
If the link was http://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/account/setup_password/…, it was from GW2 support.
If the link was https://help.ncsoft.com/app/account/setup_password/… it was from NC support.The email is only sent if they’re trying to contact you, for whatever reason. If you manually make an account, you can put in whatever email you want and they don’t even bother confirming it. They don’t even bother sending you an email confirming that an account was made, so if someone was trying to make an account in your name, they would have already done so. Phishing a support account is pointless anyways, since proof of ownership and identity is required to do any harm.

I know this, if you had read what i stated above then you would know i read the email from NCSOFT support and proceeded to delete it. I came here to let others know about its creation, and possible way of scammers attempting to scam players from a new source.
What they are asking is, have you tried to contact GW2 support? If you have, then that account is the support’s way to communicate with you. GW2 uses the parent company for support access.
Honestly, all the “WAAAAAAAA, I want on a full server” are getting a little old. The server is full, so you will have to wait until you see that it isn’t full to be able to transfer onto it. If CS was able to transfer people over even if it’s “full”, just think about how many would want to be moved onto the server and how laggy the server would become.
Patience is a virtue, young-ling. Keep trying at different hours.
You should rewrite this post and remove his account name. If he already submitted a ticket, you’ll need to wait three days then post in the correct thread if he hasn’t received a response. Just because he said he didn’t use macros doesn’t mean it’s true.
Sometimes there can be a delay for mail being received. I sent wood to one of our commanders to help out with siege and it took him 20 minutes to receive it.
No support person can move you to a full server, whether you are eligible for a free transfer or not. Anet has also said that free transfers would not be in game forever. It’s a big risk moving servers as the full ones are usually full for quite some time. Might be best to wait until you can transfer again and try at the early hours of the day to see if you can get back on.
