Inside a story instance? three of them?

I am doing some Ogre racial story missions in Blazeridge and in the background is multiple Shatterers appearing and flying away, over and over. Anyone else seen this? is this new? is this news older than dirt?

it was a joke. one of the devs that worked on the charr made a whole reddit post about how they were very well done, beastial without being a beast, etc. as her final thought on charr nipples/breasts, she stated “6 or none” as in 6 like a cat, or none because they dont nurse their young. clearly its none. or hidden by hair and not breasts in the way that humans have breasts, where the mammary tissue is visible always, not just during lactation. im glad they arent catgirls with kittens. it takes away from them.

no one is doing that. you have plenty of options for sexy skimpy things on a female. in fact, thats all you have. what the rest of us want is a choice. some skimpy things, some fully covering things. no one wants to remove the sexy things there. just give us some kitten choices

why is it one or the other? why do we HAVE to have boobs or nothing? why cant we have dimorphic male and female armor versions with no secondary sexual characteristics? just minor stylistic differences, no different than the charr tails of male tuft vs female plume.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter.

Why couldnt they just have both – the track and the vendor? That way WvWr’s could get them and everyone else could too without having to slog through stuff they aren’t interested in.

It just seems….. unnecessary.

If WvW players could buy the gift of battle then none of them would use the reward track. Besides the fact that its quicker to get the badges and then buy the gift of battle, but while you are getting the badges you are gaining reward track progress that could be put towards unique skins instead of something you are planning on buying

yes they would. if you enjoy WvW you played it before, and youll play it now, only now you have passive reward tracks to put icing on the cake. if you hated WvW, youre still going to hate WvW and making a thing a reward track that takes weeks or months is not going to make someone like it. You cant force enjoyment of something and making it MANDATORY is bullkitten.

Charr in GW1 did not stand straight. They were MORE hunched than in GW2. Dont touch my Charr, theyre perfect and bestial how they are. I dont want to them to look like anthro furbait kitty cats. they should look like a proper species unto themselves.

Its a Brewmaster backpiece. Not the Beermaster. a giant keg of beer ignores all the other brews and possibilities of the BREWmaster, such as mead, wines, distilled spirits, etc

Is it possible to have someone else kill mobs while you do a minigame/adventure, or do you become instanced and nothing else can interact with your world?

NO ONE is forced to leave a maguuma meta event to join TTS. i dont know why the hell youre blaming them for “stealing” people who leave of their own volition.

Whats the best and fastest way to farm a lot of the t6 dust? I have NONE and I dont want to buy it on the TP. Iv never actually sought it out so other than just passively getting it through ordinary gameplay, I have no idea. Thanks in advance

You can have more than 2 crafting professions on a given character. you can only have two ACTIVE at one time (without buying the gemstore item that adds an extra one). you can, theoretically, have 500 in every crafting in the game on a single character, and just have the two you need at that moment the active ones.

In Vanilla GW2 there is a race underwater in some of the last chapters.

I don’t remember the name of the race but they are really exotic, even more rare than the exalted by now.

They should come back soon, I miss them, but since there will never be a UW update that wont happen soon.

As much as I would love to see new playable races, this gets hashed to death every other month. Its just not possible. Anet would have to sink enormous amounts of money into rehiring every VA and duplicating a ton of cutscenes with new races, not to mention entirely new lore and storyline. Its just not feasible with the budget and manpower. It will never ever happen.

You want silly looking though look at ele with scepter. Just go do a lightning auto attack and see what i mean. It is completely facing another way whilst it comes out your hand that is holding the weapon…. can’t unsee it.

thats what staff does. it just sits there. in your hand. thats held back and away from your body. completely uninvolved in all the shenanigans your left hand is going. its just stupid. i hate it. i am soured on staff and i havent even played it yet, because of the lame (non)animations

There’s leaking ley lines. Events spawn in 10minute timers and there are 4 hidden achievements.
My tinfoil hat theory is depending on player actions, which ever Dragon minion has the least deaths and eats the most ley magic, their Dragon master will become active next. /tinfoil

Well Id like the staff to be involved in some manner, like jointly with the casting hand and not just hanging out like a coat you dont want to put on and cant just leave somewhere. its really disappointing that theres nothing like that.

I just rerolled my mesmers look into an ele (male sylvari) and decided to try staff instead of dagger/horn. I am immediately super disappointed that he just holds his staff off to one side and its not involved in any spellcasting or skills at all. He treats it like a walking stick or a piece of trash he cant throw on the ground just yet, instead of his instrument of spellcasting. What the frell, guys?

I think the real solution, big picture, is to never require one thing as an objective. Too often that will end up being a stopgap even when players are perfectly capable of the remaining ones. Instead, offer many things one can do, but only require that they do 80-90% of them to complete the meta-objective. Have alternatives so that if some of the objectives prove to be a problem to an individual player, they can just do other objectives instead, but they still need to do most of the objectives.

Aye, this. Like, fine, its a new legendary and you want maguuma content to be tied into it. give us a choice of events or minigames. you can do chak gerent or ley line run. or whatever.

But then the Hardcore niche get upset and cry because something is too “easy” or easier than they had it.

lolno. its still a legendary. it still requires a massive amount of materials and resources. changing ONE of the collection/journey steps from a 5 minute minigame to a 30 minute meta event isnt going to change the economic impact. its still gonna cost 2900 gold in the end.

timed mini games or JP should never be required for a legendary. make it hard, yes, but make it accessible to all.

I seem to remember something recently about the chaos weapon set will be available to get somehow, from something, and darnit if I cant remember where or what. Can someone point me at that thread or remind me?

Learn how to bloody read, people. I dont care that I got free stuff. I care that I cant DO anything with it. Cant vendor it for 10 copper, cant forge it, cant TP it, cant NOTHING. A couple ectos isnt going to break the economy, at least make the kitten salvagable.
