I like how SoS keeps PvDing our EBG keep. I’m sure it’s because they don’t want to actually have a fight and engage TC on their BL or their side. Doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with what we’re doing with it.

From what I can see, TC has sufficiently large a numbers advantage that they’re going to win even with the best of commanders for SoS, but they don’t have to win by such a large margin.

It’s like you don’t know how playing for second works. Or how population differences almost encourage second to not engage first and just beat up on third. I think you need to talk to some friends at Yak’s Bend.

It sounds like you’re backpedaling, but it’s okay. I commend you for being respectful in practice even if you seem to want to justify people who do the equivalent of insisting on playing football with football rules against players who are legitimately using the pitch for another ball game.

Like I said before, people GvG and hold duels even though WvW maps are not dedicated for those. It’s still rude to interrupt them.

It’s my entertainment during work and coffee breaks.

So PvE players that don’t know how to PvP, walk into a PvP zone and get PvP’d, that makes the PvP players big ol’ meanies and anti-social? (Is that enough uses for PvP? I’m trying to stress my point through repetition). I use to spike volleyballs into the faces and kidneys of my friends on the basketball team. You know what they did? Learned how to play volleyball or got the kitten out the way. See what I did there?

All your problems can be solved by rolling a warrior. Stop trying to make all classes the same. Each has its strengths and weakness and you need to learn how to play with it. You may not get everything in the world that you want but you need to compromise and prioritize.

Not killing someone is not “respect”, it’s an honor code people have made up to feel better about themselves or because they can’t handle small scale pvp. The point of playing a game is to enjoy yourself. If killing dudes gets your goat, you beat that goat until it’s not fun anymore. Doing so does not make you disrespectful.

This is another issue, what does “worst” mean? Does it mean weak? Difficult to level? Poor damage? Poor survivability? Least favorite? What defines being the worst, and how is it measured?

This survey is incredibly obtuse and vague. Without knowing what people played and the extent of their time on a class, it’s incredibly biased. So many people are uninformed, misinformed, or just plain ignorant about certain classes, especially people on the forums.

I’m kind of being a killjoy over here. But informed, precise surveys that take more than five minutes to come up with and ask clear, direct, specific, detailed, and maybe even situational questions, speak more to people than “Which is the worst? Circle one.” Kinda feels like I’m taking a terrible SAT.

Um, Maguuma has been doing this since day one. This is nothing new that we have never cared about PPT, score, or winning. You’ll find that many other people on many other servers don’t either. It’s this weird thing called fun and score not being a factor to it.

Here’s a hint, when all enemies are in one location on the map and you own almost nothing. YOU SEND A SMALL TEAM TO BACK CAP. There is no reason we should own most of your BL without defending anything.

Also refer to the thread about why people don’t like mags. Your forum warriors give your server a bad name—-except for a few.

Here at Yaks we do the best with what we have and give everything. We spend time training pvers in the hope they join us more often. We do not expect to beat you (this week?) but maybe down the track an we will not loose sleep over it either. I like fighting mags you are worthy opponents but my expectations are that we give of our best.

So back to the fighting and I sincerely wish you well just stop denigrating other servers(no quality players) when you have the numbers. We have out scored you for the last 5 hours that’s my prime time (with a party of 5) sleep well and wake refreshed so you can zerg once more. Something we have no control over

Did you read the parts in last week’s thread that still had Mag complaining about DB/FA running away from fights? So, it’s the same problem. We once sat in west keep on FA BL and despite outnumbering us, they refused to take it back just because we were in there. We took the fight to their Garrison and they still refused to come out. It has nothing to do with winning or losing, it’s about finding good fights.

Players from Yak’s have insulted and generalized Maguuma as well as many other servers, you may claim to be a saint, but everyone is not. Quit taking chest thumping so seriously and get back to your job and family.

For the ice cream:
1½ cups cream
¾ cup plus 3 tbsp. zhaitaffy, divided
1½ tbsp. unsweetened black powder
6 large moa egg yolks

For the cream cheese swirl:

2½ tbsp. unsalted Maguuma tears after being night capped by Dragonbrand (don’t have any? Just wait, there will be more)
1¼ cups badges of honor
1 open field treb or 2 open field arrow carts
2 tbsp. dolyak cream

How lovely it must feel to have not one, but two servers with a similar population and participation to yours so much that it’s an intensely close game. Must be great to actually be able to have a somewhat balanced match in a tier. Please tell me more about how that feels. Being a Maguuman, I wouldn’t know.
