I’ve noticed a lag time in when I use the f2 skill, about 2 – 3 second lag…but never to not use it all all.

Made some tweaks to the build about two weeks ago…still use sword/dagger, but swapped out longbow for axe/torch and the ice drake for the feline.

This is a tweak to my prior build, still use sword/dagger, but swapped for Axe/torch instead of LB, and the feline (for bleeds and might) instead of ice drake. Also swapped quickening zephyr for spike trap, to get the extra bleeds.

Should probably preface this by saying I am a brand new youtuber, and have never narrated on mic before, so polite tips and suggestions are welcome. I really want to make them as good as possible. Can one of you guys explain to this Ranger newb what is happening in the video at about 5:05 to 5:12? He gets another skill bar with a single skill on it and then he goes into stealth without using hunters shot?

I think you mean 4 nightmare and 2 trapper? That would be 105%, meaning you can drop a givers for sinister again. The 300 condi damage you lose by going givers is no joke.

dumb question, why use those runes instead of Mad King and then just add the toxic focusing crystal and rare veggie pizza to give you the duration instead?

So I am starting my own youtube channel for gw2 gameplay, and I have a dumb question.

I am using OBS to record the videos in 1080p, but it is frustrating having to push to talk while recording, as it really disrupts the flow.

Is there a way to set my mic, while recording only, to have it open? So I can just talk and not have to push to talk?

I use obs, but have dual monitors. Haven’t had it crash the game though. They have some pretty good trouble shooting tutorials on their forums though, you might want to check that out.

I run full condi, and have no issues with it what so ever…absolutely love it, but I only run open world PvE, dungeons, and fractals.

I would love an in-game chest armor skin (like the arena net shirt they gave out near launch) that says “it’s my birthday”.

My only qualm is why post the same thread twice? Once in dungeon forum and once here…

Survivability is one thing…but no damage is another. You only have a 4% crit chance, but 150% crit damage…seems a bit of a waste imo.

Straight condi build…

you know 150% critical damge is base there is no avoiding having that amount

Was told that we are skipping the trash after Gunpowder Morgan but somehow he interpreted that as: Let’s run in and aggro EVERYTHING!
When confronted about his Leeroy Jenkins like habits and inability to read he threw a little hissy fit.

Here’s my 80 Guard

TA is pretty easy, up path especially.

So I was running CoE last night, it was near the end of our dungeon tour. Started with AC and working out way through.

Mostly a guild group, 4 of us. We picked up a PuG warrior, the cool kind that you like to keep with you from one dungeon to the next. We had ran path 1 and 2 with no problems . No downs, no deaths. Our ele and engi are doing a great job, stacking our might before we charge in, bursting down pretty much every boss, etc.

Nice casual sort of run where we were laughing and talking or what not.

Path 3 our Engi has to go, so we decide to open up the run for an extra pug. We were all running our zerker gear. So my guild mate decides to put in his post, “Zerker/Meta”

I ask why he felt the need to add Meta anyway. He said to keep us from getting something crazy like a staff guard.

We had just finished or started the 1st alpha fight, can’t really remember, when another Engi joins us. Though cool, nice to get a replacement. First and only words from this engi is “foods”

I look at my bar, and sure enough, my food buff had worn off. So being the troll I am I whip out my birthday blaster and have some cake. Our new Engi had taken off before the rest of us, and having ran ahead was the first one into the golem room past the stairs. No, biggie the rest of us came in a bit later and blasted them down, no deaths.

Jumping part wasn’t hard, but our warrior DCed leaving us with 3 on the far side and only 1 on the left. Our new engi made sure to send a sigh, as if this had been planned. We waited for our warrior to come back at the top of the stairs smashed the golem there, then ran into the next room for the turret defense.

Party chat says something like “I am gonna go.” then our new engi was gone.

We went ahead and four maned the rest of path 3. But none of us were quite sure if we imagined that engi or not..

Now I feel bad for not jumping in to help ya’ll last night lol

I’ve been doing TA Up path for about a week straight farming blooms, you can always add me and I will run it with you. Don’t really like the forward path.

I have been lucky enough to have some really nice people show me the ropes, to where at least on a few different dungeon paths, I know what I am doing, or at least still learning…TA just happens to be the easiest for me.

8 total, one of each, all 80 with a spot open for instant 80 Revenant.

I was leading a chest train in SW 2 nights ago, and something similar happened…except half the map glitched. Weirdest thing ever.

Post patch, it got even more awesome for me, at least. The crits!

No, you would have paid $50 for HoT, and then if you wanted to upgrade one level, you pay the 2400 gems

I have 8 level 80’s that should have everything unlocked…wont be able to check until I get home…gonna take forever to reset builds

And it’s to upgrade to deluxe in addition to what you already paid.

I’ve used LFG, etc, but not having much luck. I’m Collametta on EB, if anyone is willing to help. I’m a fast learner.

You are more than welcome to use just a bow, but you are really hindering yourself by not building in a melee choice as well…if you’re happy with the way your playing, then be happy and leave it at that, and let everyone get back on topic.

Thanks! I’m anxious to see how the new condition changes coming Tuesday will effect the build. I am hoping it will only make it better.
