I don’t know what pants are those. They look like Acolyte though, but not completely.
different people work on different things.

Pants is from karma vendor from Temples event in Orr
Pauldron is from Cabalist.
I can’t see boots
^ I don’t remember where I copied them from, but here:

light armor have many revealing outfits.
Heavy have like 2 or 3
and medium have trench coats
^ you ctrl + click the skill
when you have both items in the transmutation window, click on the items icon you want the look from, and the stat you want to keep.
There’s a karma vendor that sell it in Iron Marches.
I had one for a while. He also have a focus that is a big cog wheel.
It was named magister or something. Their icons were the same as steam weapons, so use preview to see if it’s the right one.
Nude ranger with a bear, obviously.
I think warrior is probably the best for this. They have high damage, can hit multiple target with almost all of their attack, they have good defense and good mobility. They can also use most weapons, making them more versatile.

Giving it ranks would be a great idea.
Keep the fee and blue icon, but add ranks only achievable in PvP and change the icon accordingly.
There’s none but It would be great to have a small tool bar for items.
oh it was today and I missed it
I’ll dye myself pink when I go in later
How will I outrun a centaur if i’m sitting on it?
It’s probably about completing the 4 acts of the halloween event or something like that.
You should look for invisible bag.
It prevent item in it from being displayed in your selling list at merchants and prevent them to be sent to storage when you use the deposit all collectible option.
I don’t think it will happen.
Unless they find a way to make the game figure out when you want to turn your view instead of moving your cursor.
They are more busy deleting posts from their forums (like it’s the only place online where they are being bashed atm..lol) to fix bugs.
Why would you want forum moderator to fix game bugs?
If you want to travel safely, follow a road.
I hope we’ll still get ToT bags in game with tonic alcohol and candies.
Mob respawn is “crazy” only if you play solo and take forever to kill anything.
^ depend what you meant by kitten.
“what a load of kittens” as in “kittens” or “kittens”?
Only having same name for pvp and pve item would have helped. I wonder why they have different names.

I thought of a few way and reason to abuse this only by reading the thread title and i’m not even that much imaginative when it comes to things like that.
This could work in single player game but it’s a very bad idea for a mmo.
I love how they look, but I find disappointing that they are all the same too.
Maybe it was to avoid wanting the set of one, but the runes of another.
But that could be easily fixed by removing rune from them and make those npc sell them separately.
They are looking at it but they are looking for a bug.
I really don’t think it’s a bug. It was done by design.
GW1 was also very focused on the floor. So much that most skies didn’t even have zenith. There were clouds on the horizon and that’s it, because we couldn’t look above in 3rd person anyway.
In GW1 though we could zoom out much further. And we had 1st person view to help when we were stuck in such place where we couldn’t see anything else than the back of our head.
This is very hard to do.
If they were to do this they would need to make hat copy for every hair style in game and attach and fit 1 hair style to each copies. Then they would need to make a system that if you use hair3 and equip a hat, it makes you display hat3.
It is doable but it’s a lot of work and I don’t know if their engine would allow them to make 1 item have that many file to pick from depending on hair.
This is why I love short hair in games. The shortest one never, or very rarely clip through anything and fits with every hats.
The biggest argument against this seems to be that it will hurt the dyes market value. So why not a compromise? Just have “common” and “uncommon” dyes account wide, while “rare” dyes are character bound. This would make it much more convenient for everyone, but also keep the most sought after dyes at a hefty price.
My biggest issue isn’t really market. But removing something from the game. Making content become a waste.
Lets take something you love to do in this game and only allow you to do it once, ever. After you’ve done it once with 1 character, you cannot do it ever again on your account.
Then like you suggest, we’ll make a compromise and allow you access only a small part of it.
I love leveling up characters, let’s make levels account wide.
I don’t think this will ever happen. Armor type do not mix. You cannot use heavy with medium. Try it with preview, see the result.
The texture or UV or whatever of each type of armor do not match with each other. So they would have to remake every single pieces of armor.
a condition
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Weakness
The best thing they could have done would have been to stick to their idea that movement is important and you cannot just stand there and kill things because it would get you killed.
Currently you can just stand in 1 spot and kill whatever. If monster killed us in only a few hits, then bot would die quickly and it wouldn’t be profitable for them.
Even in Orr, you can just stand still and kill. If hp get too low, you use your heal and your good to go until it recharges. If you’re a ranger it’s even easier since you have you pet taking some of the damage you would.
I find this pretty bad actually. It would be so abused.
Characters don’t need to be smart enough to do that since the people who control them should already be smart enough to not idle in place where they would get killed.
There’s an option in F11 to lock target. I think it’s named auto promote target or something. It prevent the game from automatically changing target when you have one selected.
It’s a feature.
Seriously, It happen often. Always at the worst time naturally, and always in place where you cannot find a platform to go back up.
I always have blink on my skill bar because it’s the only way to get out from underworld without teleporting. It’s also a very useful skill to save your life in general situation.
The only content that is disabled is the betting game he did when launching cow.
The cattlepult isn’t bugged, people’s ability to figure out anything certainly is though
^ or he is so tired, like every other risen.
dodge the first clone.
It was a tuxedo though, not a business suit. I think it was introduced with Gwen’s wedding expansion.
Crystin Cox’s job is basically about breaking systems in the game in order to encourage gem purchase. By breaking those systems, it’s a certainty you’ll affect the level of enjoyment of a certain part of the people who already spent 60 dollars/55 euro on the game. Nobody is against making money, but making money in such an unscrupulous way is simply disgusting (and when I say unscrupulous, I’m not referring only to dyes, but to most of the items in the cash shop). I really don’t know how these people can live with themselves.
You have secret contact from the inside who told you why Crystin Cox was hired for? Maybe you should show us your proof that it’s her job to break the game?
Also why don’t you tell me what are these items that are absolutely required from the Gem store to play the game. Because frankly, I cannot think of a single item on Gem store that will help me achieve anything in game.

95 time. And about 20 of them were from that jumping puzzle with holographic steps in caledon. There’s a small ledge were camera just would let me see anything so I kept falling down.
Ranger is currently the class that kills a target the quickest with the least effort and danger.
If it wasn’t, all bots would be another class.
When did I ever say I bought a random pack? I was illustrating the reason why there isn’t just a menu to pick and choose which you want to spend gems on.
We may never know what award I won, but you have certainly taken home the “Lack of Reading Comprehension/Jumping to Conclusions” Best In Show.
So you weren’t answering my question.
Sorry. I thought you quoted my post and replied that people actually bought random pack expecting their dark and edgy color and that was why dyes being character bound instead of account was made specifically for arenanet to make money.
You can chose and pick the color you want. You press O, click on the little scale icon and type in the color name you want.
How do they make more money out of this system than the one that FORCED your to buy certain color on gemstore?
Because not everyone has a compulsion to collect the rainbow. If I just wanted a few dyes I would buy them and be happy. End of story. With random packs, you keep buying them with the hopes that the RNG gods smile upon you and give you want you want.
Wow, seriosuly, bravo. You win. I wont tell you what but you certainly win.
Why do you keep buying them if you know you will potentially not ever get the color you want?
You get dyes by:
killing monster 100% free random color from common to rare
gathering plants 100% free random color from common to rare
cooking Cost material you gather(and get dye doing so) to cook random color of the shade you want of the rarity you want
Trading post You pay in game money between 1 copper to 5 gold to get exactly the color you want. Obviously the most effective method.
Gemstore You pay real money, or about 1.5 gold for the gems to get 5 random bottles of unknown color and rarity. You are assured that 2 of them will be either uncommon or rare.
Yet you chose the last one.
I ask again, why?
If you wanted what you want, you’d act in a way that gives it to you. Now you just act randomly expecting to win whatever.
I just cannot believe you’re serious.
How do they make more money out of this system than the one that FORCED your to buy certain color on gemstore?
Too bad there’s nearly no cool looking weapon.
The only cool one seems to always be pvp only.
SWTOR needed subscription, GW2 doesn’t.
That’s like saying Bethesda doesn’t do as much money even if they still sell Skyrim boxes because many people don’t play it anymore.
^ You stalk them or something to know they don’t go in game?
Remove the death penalties in this game (repair and waypoint costs)
in Suggestions
Posted by: Haishao.6851
This portion of the death penalty needs to be removed completely and replaced with something more appropriate that doesn’t require coin in order to accomplish a simple function that should be free.
Why should it be free?
and what should replace it?
here’s some cool one:
When you die you can return to waypoint for free.
Each time you die you get a death penalty that makes you take 20% more damage. Cap at 200%. You can only remove stack of 10% by making 50,000 exp. Logging out have no effect. The effect is nullified if you go to sPvP, but not removed. Meaning that it comes back when you go out.
I think this would make dyeing interesting. Not only you break a piece of armor, but you also take 20% more damage. Which will probably make you die quickly again if you’re not cautious.
When you’re dead you can chose to pay waypoint with karma or money. Paying with karma give you an unremovable random condition for 3 minutes. (you cannot teleport, change skills or equipment while under the effect of condition since you’re seen as in combat)
When you die, you can chose to revive for money or karma at nearest waypoint. If you chose karma, you have little invulnerable bunnies attacking you for 5 minutes. (same as above, you’re in combat for the whole time so you walk slow and cannot change skills/equipment or teleport, but you get to see bunnies)
