I have no hope that any of this will be implemented any time soon. After all we’ve been asking for some of this stuff since the beta tests. Auto-loot that works was one of the first comments I ever read on these forums.

Instead they bring out items that we really don’t need/want. Dmg/Def on Guards anyone? Guards aren’t hard to kill now. A couple extra percentage points either way isn’t going to change that.

On top of that Anet deliberately leave WvW behind when it comes to gearing up using badges (don’t get me started about the laurels). We only just got some of the Ascended gear, and still have to use ectos for accessories, and dead silence on the Back items.

There is no reason to be hopeful at all here.

The rest of the Ascended gear for Badges of Honor, and keep the laurels out of it.

I’ve got more but these are my biggest 2.

I don’t ever want to see environmental weapons, and most certainly not in dungeons. They are mostly just a cheap gimmick to extend the duration of the fight. The ghost eater in AC comes to mind.

50 WvW kills took about 2 hours yesterday. That is the fastest I’ve ever finished the monthly achievement list.

I have a hint for some Vabbi players. Mesmer clones don’t dodge/roll, ever.

1. Reason is randomness. If you still haven’t educated yourself on the new system it’s your fault, don’t keep whining here on the forums about it.
2. The reason why Vabbi and FoW are so bad is because of the lack of numbers, not a lack of skill. So please keep your trashcan talk to yourself.

The reason is stupidity from the game devs and has nothing to do with me.

As for the players on Vabbi and FoW, they’ve had plenty of chances to move to ANY OTHER SERVER.

I’m a commander from RoF and I don’t think this is WvW at all. It’s not fun. IT was cool the first 2 hours after reset until we conquested the whole borders but now there’s nothing else to do. How can I play WvWvW if there’s only one World?

The first restart was cool. We had several good fights on our hands and I’m sure Blacktide was happy to be lifted out of the trashcan.

Now we’re in it and we still don’t have a good reason from Anet about that.

The Warp guild will support Cap Plox with a puzzle night for Vabbi and FoW.

Just let us know when and we’ll respect that you take a keep to have access to tkitten puzzle. RoF didn’t ask for this match up, and we’re not enjoying it.

We didn’t deserve this match up. RoF has won the last couple of weeks by a good margin and we’ve gained server score too. If anything we should be playing where Arborstone is.

I had a small chuckle at this, I’ve referred to AS as walking lootbags al week, some of the zergs that have been failing to groups half there size or less are epic.

Some of them are pretty funny about it. I ran into one guild a couple of days ago and wiped them. Their guild name translates into English as “The Order of the Last Rites”.

I got hit with a forced name changed 6 months into the game too. Of course after that length of time had gone by anything similar to the original name was taken and it’s pretty obvious to me that a lot of people tried for that name.

As far as I’m concerned it’s the second reason I have to never spend money on this game, the Nov 15 patch being the first reason. Expansions? No thanks.

If I’m not mistaken John Smith is the team economist and the fact that he’s at least looking at the problem is reassuring.

On the other hand, Devon “Will do” Carter told us we would be seeing a lot more Ectos from the WvW chests, and that isn’t actually happening either.

Nope. On my main I’m missing only one accessory and the back piece. Now I find out I can’t get either of those items with badges of honor. I also can’t start to equip my alts either because of these kittening laurels.

Yes, I really did expect to have access to all those things with this patch.

Then you have the problem we had before which resulted in ascended gear being introduced… there was nothing to “do” progression-wise in some people’s mind once they had exotics because legendary felt so out of reach.

It took them months to bring Ascended gear to WvW, and it’s still not complete.

The siege is nice but I’ve already got all I need, and who really needs even more badges?

Could be we get laurels from these chests? That would be useful.

I have received 6 wvw chests so far and each chest gave one piece of siege, 5 badges and one green. Underwhelmed atm but perhaps the higher ranking chests have a better chance at something worthwhile.

I haven’t gotten a rare item yet, and if that means I have to salvage to get the ecto, guess what? I’ll sell it because I’m a WvW player and I need the gold.

I expect to be able to use my badges to buy Ascended gear, including back pieces and accessories, no matter what the controversy is over laurels. I hate that too, but how many Harvey Wallbangers can you drink in one game?

Wrong. You can get the Sclerite Karka Shell (ascended) without doing a single fractal.

The point of my message is first of all, there are members of your community exploiting terrain and that’s usually known as a hack. Let’s call it what it is. You have hackers in your community and perhaps you can do something about it.

I understand completely that part. I didn’t write it correctly, but my intention was to explain that I don’t see the point to mention you disliked the idea of WSR contesting the WP. As you may have noticed, I took position on the most important part.

I don’t think any of us have any problem with WSR contesting any waypoint. Let’s just not do it by way of a known hack, thank you very much. As I said, the timing wasn’t exactly innocent.

The hilarious thing is if you have been doing your dailies and monthlies since the start, in lieu of crappy dungeon farming, and then buying ascended in the least expensive order, all you needed was accessories at this point, which actually became no cheaper. And still no backpack. Therefore you actually got ripped off as now all the things you bought are cheaper, but not what you don’t have yet. Somehow very predictable.

This, and just this. I’m not going to the fractals. I hate the eff’ing things. As of right now I want an ascended back piece and one more accessory for my main.

Instead we get more guard skills and oil mastery and these skills are still character bound? We get infusions for 1% guard dmg/def, and those cost laurels too? Ok, WxP from a few more sources and a better rate too, but I didn’t see Ectos in the drop list for the WvW chests.

Combine this with the “LALALALALALALA, I CAN’T HEAR YOU” treatment we’re getting and I"m seriously not impressed.

The point about that waypoint? People dying while trying to defend Langor can’t use that waypoint if these pricks have attacked the keep, “just to get to the puzzle”. The timing was not particularly innocent, now was it?

Any responsible members of the WSR community are kindly asked to have a word with the [Fate] guild about wall jumping at the water gate of the (normally) blue keep in EB. I don’t care if they’re “just trying to get to the puzzle”. The timing of it is particularly annoying when siegerazer is going for Langor and we can’t use the waypoint that we worked our kitten off to build.

In short, if you want your keep back, and your gate to the puzzle? Come and take it.

You can keep on tabbing, and that’s what I do, and you get a real target and you have no idea where he is or if he is in range or anything.

The tab targeting mechanism is pretty much broken, and it’s even more annoying trying to click your target and then lose your mouse pointer in the mashup. However, you can tell if a player is in range fro the red bar under your skills. It disappears if the target is in range of the skill. Some skills have longer range than others.

Because my gear is none of your frigging business.

I"m sure they were hoping we would forget.

Based on this thread there is no reason for us to even try to unlock this level of guild mission. We’re a small guild and we’re not a bunch of puzzle experts. So, thank you yet again Anet for content that that a small guild cannot possibly do.

I guess we don’t count.
