Fun is relative. Deadeye/asura combo is really easy.
Difficulty and fun are not necessarily related. I found them annoying.
What is wrong with coe(3) and arah(2)?
CoE3: Evolved destroyer, champion crab and the worst combination of Alpha’s abilities.
Arah2: Deadeye/asura combo, Minefield net turrets.

Gift of mastery isn’t RNG at all. Gift of fortune is RNG personalized. Gift of Legendary X is gift of Farming.

2 guardians, make your warriors use GS with the glass cannon build and timewarp is not necessary. I’ve become disillusioned with mesmer viability in dungeons a long time ago.
While Dwayna is definately hard it certainly is not bugged or impossible like some of the forum users here state.
Some, myself included, consider the 4-1 spark trick a bug. A bug I’d rather they not “fix” because considering their previous “fixes” they’re more likely to kitten kitten up than actually solve anything.

They need to fix this, wasted 3 hours down there doing this path for nothing cause this boss is terrible, unbalanced and buggy.
But they did fix Simin. You can no longer DPS her while she’s stealthed. Awesome fix, right?
I know they only tested the dungeons once or twice before release and didn’t think people would care about them.
Judging by the kitten quality of HotW(2,3), CoE(3) and Arah(2,4), these dungeons were not tested out of general principle.
But they should at the very least be doable by any of the classes which is one of the things they were promoting with their dungeons.
Only warriors and guardians are allowed.
Lupus is just about the only boss which needs minimal tweaking (and that is grub attack not targeting NPCs). Don’t touch him.

There are only three challenging bosses in the game: Simin, Lupus and Alpha.
Simin can bug beyond redemption, Lupus can randomly reset and Alpha’s abilities in p2 and p3 can be devastating.

So, the best solution, like a guy suggested, is 4 rings into mystic, for a random ring, hoping this time is with your stats.
No, the best solution is giving the first non/infused pink ring as level 10/20 Maw reward with the ability to choose your desired stats, as well as removing the offensive/defensive infusion slot bullkitten – that’s just kitten

This is where subsequent rings come in – the ring vendor should only be available at 10+, infused ring vendor at level 20+. These should be purchased for tokens. This way your reward for your effort is guaranteed.
Y’know, just like doing 23 dungeon runs gives you a full set of armor.
Collect evidence, quit, report. The only way to stop people using exploits.

I find 180 tokens to be quite reasonable. Doing 3 dungeons also leaves me with enough gold to buy about 2 more lodestones. So 3 daily runs = 3 lodestones.
Not a bad deal if you ask me.
The main problem here is that not all lodestones are created equal. Farming 3 paths of Arah daily is NOT the same as farming 3 paths of CoF and definitely not doing CoE3 daily thanks to that piece of kitten boss.
Haven’t done coe in a while, how did they fix him?
His charge now has a 50% fail rate to remove his buff when he’s making a kittening BEELINE towards the pillar.
Consider the following: If people go to such extreme lengths to skip entire portions of the dungeon, maybe the problem is with the dungeon?

As of right now, the DR threshold is set too high. A group of good players has absolutely no difficulty clearing 4 paths in the arbitrary two-hour threshold set by god knows who. Even with “slow” dungeons such as HotW2/3 in dungeon rotation, you are more than likely to receive DR’d tokens.
This is punishing good players for being good. It’s a bug.
Have dungeon DR kick in at 5th path in an hour or remove it altogether.
That is all.
You can replicate 95% of these bugs by simply running Arah.
They have nothing to do with the design of the game.
But it IS their job to check for bugs, y’know, assure the quality.

You’re saying that as if it’s a bad thing. People who don’t want or need these rings can make dosh and people who are kittened by the RNG too much can farm up some dosh and buy them.
It’s an account bound itme, it’s perfect as is.
No it’s not. I have a ring that is worthless for all specs for all my characters. I can’t even salvage or forge it. Why shouldn’t I be able to sell it?

That being said, 60 tokens is far too cheap for a lodestone as that pretty much equates to one dungeon run of CoE netting almost 4g as a minimum and upto 6-9g
You’re conveniently forgetting that if lodes flood the market, their price will drop.
70 tokens for a core and 180 tokens for a lodestone seem more reasonable but we’ll see what AN do.
This is silly as well because 140 tokens + 26s = lodestone, completely negating your 180 tokens / lode idea.
60 tokens per lodestone seems like a good idea.
So instead of fixing a fight they change the basic game mechanics of stealth on a mob? Very weird…

I’ve been taking 4 first timers a lot of times and it wasn’t exactly superhard.
Surely you’ll agree 5 first timers will have a whole different experience than 1 DM and 4 first timers who never did those annoying bosses.

I did CoE3 yesterday. It was horrible.
Destroyer is still a tedious kitten and Alpha is the most annoying of all Alphas in this path.

kd = knocked down. He was saying stability prevents you from getting kd’ed when grubs spawn on you, which it does. Common sense must have eluded you.
I was under the impression grub spawn is directly tied to the knockdown.
So it would appear my [Brain] decided not to work for a while.

I experienced this before. Lupus doesn’t go red before the cutscene runs. Having your NPC of choice run into his room should fix it.

The precursors just need to be account bound with static recipes that DO NOT require kittenloads of t6/ectos/shards/etc. I personally would like to make DM mandatory for legendary.
Hrouda said somewhere that they tried to make the fractals difficulty balanced, but this final boss at lvl30 and over is just kittening ridiculous.
They tried and failed miserably. Some fractals are piss easy while others are ball-busting hard.
