Unfortunately, most people in WvW proper are lvl 80 with at least exotics. This factor means you are extremely disadvantaged when looking at stats. You will get killed quickly and with the rally mechanic void any downs your group made when you die. I hope this doesn’t come off sounding like a jerk but EotM will be your best bet until you are lvl 80. The zergs there are full of uplevels like old zergs used to be. I hope this helps

This argument has been fought ad nauseam. I honestly don’t think there will ever be a clear outcome.

I agree on reverting not because of meta change but due to the crazy amount of lag now present in WvW. Maybe we should all go to PvE bosses and spam our stabilities to make others understand what it feels like to not have skills go off.

I wish my utilities, weapon skills and weapon swaps worked.

Drivers are updated and I have no issues with my ISP. The Devs need to come out and just be honest that the stab chang overtaxed their servers with the extra computations.

It’s very frustrating to be in a fight that 3 weeks ago was manageable now become a cluster due to no skills firing. I try not to assume the worst but some clarification would be great from them.

Well if he is sick I hope he feels better soon. Either way we really could use a mouth piece that at least interacts with the community.

So, all this new skill lag is it due to an issue with the patch or are the servers overloaded due to the stab stacking computations?

It’s super obvious when people are dueling and even if you don’t know if it’s a 1v1 let them do it.

It took more ppl to remove stab under the old system then it dose now due to boon removal being the only counter to stab and how boon removing would work needing to eat though all other boons before so max boon removing to eat boons from ppl to get at stab. If any thing it helps smaller groups remove stab from a person.

I don’t have the time nor do I care to explain it to you. You’re on FA talk to a good fight guild and they can explain.

Thank you! Just a question: why don’t you take one of the protection giving traits? Protection Injection and Protective Shield don’t work in zergs? I especially say that because you have 4 points in each of these trait lines, but with peculiar trait choices.

Being so ranged, 2 blocks, having health constantly ticking and 3k armor I found the other traits more useful. This is a rough build that I’ve been testing in the new pirate meta, so please adapt as you need

Honestly the change to stab is a combination of things. L2P, learn to adapt and possibly anet look to balance CCs. Currently when it’s an equal numbers fight it’s adapt and L2P, but when the numbers are horribly in the enemies favor the CC balance might need to be looked at. Of course if Anet doesn’t want the 20 man groups to be able to beat the 60 man blob then GGWP.

Tournaments pretty much killed servers before.
