Can there be a title for playing Dragon Ball?

I thought I remember hearing that it’s supposed to be for new players like the Hero Band.

Given the PRISM scandal if Anet made a client for Linux I would switch to Linux in a heartbeat.

This also happened to me. I exited out of a game of Dragon Ball. All the sudden I get an achievement and a daily chest thing. It was the fireworks achievement and the dragon helm. I didn’t do anything and I don’t know how I got it. I was also in a LA overflow.

I got a ticket after opening like 10 dragon coffers. Too bad I didn’t have this luck with the karka weapons.

Swearing should not be a bannable offense since there is a chat filter. Harassing, should be though. If you are swearing at someone then that is harassment. But again, swearing by itself should not be bannable.

I personally like the southsun greatsword better. Too bad I was never able to get a ticket to drop.

Josh Foreman, the mind behind the Mad King jumping puzzle, has confirmed that he is working on a jumping puzzle for June (and will stay in the game permanently) and after that he will begin working on Super Adventure Box world 2.

So what happens if we collect all the dragon balls?

I turn off map chat and say chat when I sPvP because I really don’t want to hear what the other team has to say. People like to flaunt their ego in PvP. The problem is that, even with say chat disabled, I still see the say chat bubbles over people’s heads. I would like it if you have say chat disabled in your tab that you no longer see say chat bubbles. And if you have say chat enabled that you see the say chat bubbles.

I like the new animation. I also like how the spring is bigger. Thank you very much Anet.

Edit: Even if it’s the hammer animation it still looks cool with the sickle I think.

Hello. After doing Southsun Cove events I found myself liking that settlers or whatever dropped bags of loot instead of having the loot drop from their body. The reasoning is that I can hold Ctrl to see easily if there’s any loot around that I may have missed. Upon further contemplation, I would like it if this feature was on all mobs in the game.

I like the LFG website because you can put comments on it.

I’m not necessarily saying that we need more right now, or that we need a bunch more. However with all these living story updates there are more and more items being released. I feel that we will need more bank space eventually to be able to accommodate all of these new items that are being added. The number of bank upgrades available has been the same since launch.

I might get it now. But the delay on the water spout needs to be fixed too.

I hope people don’t keep falling for these tricks and stop buying RNG items so that Anet stops making them. You keep hearing stories of people paying an absurd amount of money on them and not getting what they want. Don’t become a victim of gem shop RNG. Don’t buy these when they come out.

I’m not going to get the harvesting sickle. I don’t want an item with a longer harvest time. That is counter-productive to the idea of the item being a convenience item. I’ll wait to see if they change it and if they don’t then I’ll just hope that they release another infinite sickle down the road.

The dungeon was accidentally available before the patch, so the rewards that were being hooked up in the patch were not given to those who did it before the patch. Since we only intended for those rewards to be given once, that means players who did the event once cannot get the rewards again, even if they didn’t already get the rewards the first time during the gap before the patch.

We’re working on a solution to the problem though.

A lot of people did both the solo and the exp before the patch. I hope there is a fix sometime.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we were tagged as doing it for today, which would mean no chest for us.

I did the solo and exp. There was no reward at all. This was before the update, though.

…and you’re buying it for the looks? I am pretty sure most are buying it for it’s uses, not the way it looks. Think you guys been “spoiled” by Anet having 1 cool animation so you expect another one. Buy it to use and stop complaining.

800 gems is a lot. For that much I would like for there to be a cool animation.

Lel, they just used the pick axe animation. That’s pretty bad. I hope it gets changed but I’ll probably still get it nonetheless.

Edit: Maybe I’ll reserve judgement for after the patch comes out and see if it changed.

I think the event ends on June 11th or whatever.

I just want to throw out there that I haven’t seen a single person with one of the new weapons.

If I had to guess, I’d guess it will come out on the 28th and be purchasable from the gem store for 800 gems.

Make it an option to auto-town clothe. I don’t want to see it mandatory.

The purpose behind fees in a game like this is to remove money out of the economy. Without money sinks prices would be going up faster than they already are.

So admittedly I don’t know a lot on how world exp is handed out. But I feel that world exp should be handled differently depending on what server you’re attacking. For instance let’s say that 1st place currently is server Bubbles, 2nd is Spoon, and 3rd is Truck.

Spoon and Truck should both get more world exp for attacking Bubbles than for attacking each other. And Bubbles should get more world exp for attack Spoon rather than Truck.

I feel that there really isn’t anything to discourage 2 servers picking on the 3rd place server. This could be something to help discourage that. Also on a purely reward basis.. shouldn’t you be rewarded with more exp for killing the stronger server?

Hey SoR.. how about instead of pounding on blackgate you try attacking Jade Quarry when they’re in second place?

I disagree with this. They signed a contract so they should, at the least, known what they were getting into when they went to Southsun. The dev guy said they had no choice but to go to Southsun but I disagree with that. In the world of Tyria exists a little something called asura gates that the refugees could use to go to safe cities like The Grove or Rata Sum. Not to mention the fact that the races like the Norn and the Charr are known for being resilient. Even though it was stated otherwise, I wholeheartedly believe that the refugees could have gone elsewhere. Built their own towns, perhaps.

Only getting 1 ticket from 100 boxes is pretty lame. If it’s really that rare I don’t see myself being able to get one which makes me sad.

If it means lower taxes on selling items.. I’m all for the consortium winning.

This is the only place I’ve noticed having this massive framerate drop. But it’s whenever I swim in the water on Southsun cove. Normal water in other areas does not do this to me, and on land in Southsun Cove my framerate is fine.

From the Dragon Festival release a dragon mini into the real money cash shop. You guys will make a lot of money off of it.

I also try to do every daily achievement every day. I would prefer not to have to win a game, but I can kind of see why they put it there. Although maybe alternatively they could change it to something like “play 3 games of crab toss” instead of making you win.

I do like the idea of making the dolyaks invuln until the escorts die so you just can’t spike the dolyaks. I’m not so sure about the mercenary thing, since their role is to protect the camps. I think the sentries could use a buff.. and perhaps fill a similar roll as to protecting by running to a dolyak when it’s within a certain range. On the flip side this could also be used to have an enemy sentry run to your dolyak too to try to kill it as to use sentries offensively.

I opened like 6 boxes I think and I got the tiki shield and the speedo guy mini.

I’ve been farming T6s with the settler buff on and I’ve been seeing other people do it too (leave me alone with the reef skelks!).

I own the game (pre-ordered it actually). I have five level 80s. I was playing in Southsun Cove when I got this error message. It now gives me an error message when I try to log on.

What’s the best way to get a boost team for this achievement?

Edit: Nevermind, I was actually able to get it legit. I’m happy. Didn’t take me as long as I thought it would. I think I got lucky because the 3 karkas all rolled like at the same time.

We need to protest RNG real money items. Nobody should buy things like black lion keys or these chests. We need to make it clear that the GW2 community does not like it.

Funny enough, I just asked everyone to stack so I could get the achieve and they were all nice about it.

That’s pretty nice of them. I’ll have to ask people for a boost party later. It’s the only way I can see getting this achievement.

I really think you should think about changing it a bit. I mean… Toypocalypse achievement from Wintersday also got changed…

and I thought it was impossible but just the day after it got changed(so you needed only 1 of the dolyaks alive) I found a team that managed to keep all the 5 alive.

But here it is not with teams. Totally random because it is free for all which makes it harder cause it is less likely that you can talk to all the others and agree to do the achievements in turn to let first 1 get it then let the next get it…

Yeah, keeping 5 dolyaks alive was easier than this achievement.. but they still nerfed the dolyak one. I believe the dolyak one was nerfed cause it was hard to get in pugs. This one is just hard to get no matter what. This one needs to be nerfed.
