Thats wrong, the customer support can definitely change guild names. Most of the guild names I report do get renamed instead of deleted.

I have not heard of any increase in system specs in relation to Heart of Thorns, but I can ask around and see if there’s the likelihood that the specs will change.

64bit is a must have. Even WoW and Wildstar have it.

Bugged events are a problem, yes. But the rest is not a problem. A big part of MMOs is exploration, so if you do not like that, you either use the Wiki to find knowledge or live with the consequences. Not everything has to be spoon fed.
By the way the only event chain which is still bugging around is the Foulbear one for Sam. All other of the specific events for the exotic treasures are working at least 99% of the time now.
You can also look into the lfg system for open world content. Many people, including me, offer taxis for special events which happen outside of the shedule.

These items had NO value until the collections where added, now its to easy for a very very very small group of people who are trying to sell them for 100g each on the TP to stop anyone else getting them by defending the temples’s ( which is very easy to do )

I said it along time ago when megaserver went live, ORR needs a reset time, say every 3 hours, and when it happens all of the temples become contested and must be recaptured, as the current system is Broken.

They had low value before, because there were ascended rings with better stats (+ other easy to get craftable alternatives). Now there is demand for it again. And low supply. Nothing wrong with it.

You can buy gems and exchange them for Gold. Depending on whats up for sale in gemshop you can get even more Gold than you get from goldsellers at no risk of being punished.

EU and NA are different Megaservers I think, so you have to send the stuff via Mail instead of guild bank

The chest should be there (at the bottom right of your screen above minimap) as soon as you log in, right at the start of the tutorial instance. If its not there its probably a bug.

You get one immediatly after logging in the for the first time. It was like that on all my accounts.

So something that is rare is valuable. Since you can trade gems for gold it even gives the items a monetary value.

There is no hard content in GW2, so you wont see skill based rewards any time soon if ever.

The events on each orr map should go on a cycle of one hour, with map rewards in events and meta events like in Dry Top and Southsun.

At the end of the cycle, Determined risen would spawn and completely take over the areas, forcing players and NPCs to fall back to their starting bases, and the cycle starts over.

Also, the bugged fine variants of all the boss trinkets sould be either removed or improved.

Level 80 items with Malign level 0-14 stats? Seriosuly? If that is not a bug, the only other explantion possible is some disgruntled employee trolling players by not just making those drop instead the exotic ones, but by also adding injury to the insult by blatantly showing their Malice by picking that stat combination specifically.

An example of improvement would be:

• Give them proper stats matching the exotic trinket.
• Add also masterwork and rare versions to the drops.
• Add recipes that uses the fine ones to make a masterwork, masterwork to make rare, and rare to make an exotic, along other materials. So if you are no lucky with that one drop, you can at least be dedicated and make them from other drops.
• Add a final recipe that uses all 4 rarities to make an ascended version of the item. The ascended one will be the one used for the treasure hunter collection. Those who already got the collection entry with the exotic one will not lose it. The ascended ones when acquired will become unlocked to purchase from laurels.

That wont end well. You get invulnerability buff until you reach the fight spot. So you cant kill anyone but the people who try to leech of the fight anyway xD

Why?
Why do they need to keep the grind for achievements high and the RNG for said items low?
This isn’t a legendary.
It’s an achievement, people who spend time doing said achievement should be rewarded for there time. Not punished because RNG never roles in there favor.

Increase the drop rate, fix the event. The 1% can take a loss of a few hundred gold, not gonna kill them.

probably not actually. Anets server logs are pretty extensive.

They MIGHT suspend your account during the investigation, but the player who buys the gold and sends it to you will be banned. As you didnt buy gold.

He said someone could buy gold and set you as the recipient. Not Person x buys it and receives it and then sends it to person y. Person X buys it and tells the gold seller to send it to Y. There is no way for Anet to know if X or Y bought the gold since they cant look into your bank transactions.

Well anyway it would be nice for Anet to investigate such incidents. I am sure they can tell if its lag.

Players that did this will not be actioned, as this farm was an unintended (but inevitable) side effect of the Obsidian Sanctum map. This “farming” was not an exploit, or against our Rules of Conduct. Our rules of conduct very specifically define what would be considered a violation:

“While participating in Plaver-vs-Player (PvP) gameplay, you will not participate in any form of match manipulation. Match manipulation is defined as any action taken to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or alter or manipulate the rankings or ratings of the ladder. This also includes disrupting other people’s game experience by not actively participating in matches in good faith, a.k.a leeching.”

Since Obsidian Sanctum does not impact the WvW results, “kill trading” is not against the rules for this map or mode, and thus this rule is not applicable. However, macroing/botting this would be (I’m watching you!).

This situation is very similar to a situation found in PvE where players continually fail an event to farm monsters. While not in the best interest of community and gameplay, the game itself lends itself to interpretation of what is allowed because of how event chains are setup.

Obviously when you put 3 server spawn points so close to each other, things are going to happen.

For now, until we fix OS…

You should watch for bots/makros more closely. I see people who automatise this all the time. Its obvious if the fight moves after a while but a few people still cast at the position where the fight used to be instead of at the new position.
I hope you take action. We are kicking such people from our guild as soon as we take notice.

Doubtful. Most ascended stat combinations would be worth less than 10g if tradeable.

Foulbear is a problem, too. He usually dies in less than 10 seconds.

Trading post is the way to go even with the most inefficient ways to farm gold. You will make the gold faster than you can find 1/10 of a stack of silver dubloons.

Got the same problem with a guild I joined today.

Try what i just posted above from what the user above me said. It Worked . The bug is gone. In my case i had to rejoin my old guild in my old server that i transferred from last week. Altho your in a new guild or server the game thinks your trying to chat in 2 guilds at same time which is impossible thus the bug. Thats my take on this but the user above me his post was my fix. what he/she did works..

Ok I just tried your guide after much consideration. Now I got this bug with 2 guilds (the one Ieft to do your guide and my new one). So its now worse than before :/

Don’t be wrong, this drop at prices is temporally and precursors will get back around the pre HoT announce prices.

What we have now is people doing “panic sells” and people trying to force lower sells by droping their offers…won’t work in the near future.

Keep in mind how ridiculous this is: we don’t know when HoT will be delivered and we don’t know how much time requires the new system to obtain a precursor (maybe we are talking about several months). Also we don’t even know if the old precursos can be obtained with the new system and not just the new ones.

If a dude wants his Twilight now he won’t wait 6 months to see what happens.

My suggestion if you want to sell a precursor: don’t join in the “panic sell” train and wait till prices back like they were before yesterday.

This isn’t panic selling, its a much needed correction and a genuine devaluation of the legendaries because they are about to be replaced by cooler, more awesome items. The price will drop and drop permanently and anyone not selling is going to end up with a significant loss.

There will likely be further hits in the coming period too, as we get teasers for the new legendaries and people prepare to get those instead. Get the item everyone has now….or wait a month or two and get something people stop and stare at in wonder….I don’t think it takes much to work out which people are going to do.

We dont know if the new system will only be for the new precursors or for the old ones, too.
Also for the people buying t6 mats we do not know if the new legendaries will need the same recipes as the old ones.

A little love for people that spend most of their time in WvW would be nice.

+1 to +10 AP per rank tier eg. Gold-Invader would sound good to me and motivate me to go for Diamond Legend.

I can see some BL skins in my Collections but not in my Wardrobe, but I’m not sure how I got those! I think it’s a bug that items appear in the collections but not in the wardrobe, I can’t remember if you could unlock BL skins in PVP before.

Its a bug with black lion collection achievements. Sometimes weapons unlock in the collection without owning them.

Perhaps the half million dolyak escort is the most brutal. Perhaps not. If i give 3 minutes per escort, it takes up 25000 hours (!) in active escort (without the time when you running for a dolly or dolly get killed) which is means only this achievement takes 1041 days in active escort to complete this ach. Which is impossible, because sometimes a stronger player(s) beats you up with your dolly during escort

There is an exact same chance for EVERY combination of results from 1000 tosses to occur. The only reason 999/1 seems less likely is because you are looking for a SPECIFIC result in a sea of possible results. As there are a LOT more SPECIFIC results with a more even mix of heads and tails, the average will tend towards a 50/50 split and less towards the outlier results (1/999 and 999/1). Just be aware that you have the exact same chance of getting an outlier as you do of getting any other combination.

Granted, most people don’t care about the individual combination of toss results and care more about the overall average, which is why outliers are seen as “good” or “bad” luck.

Man. This dungeon would be way more enjoyable if we could low-man it. It’s such a pain to find people willing to run it.

Its a great dungeon. All dungeons should be designed to require the full 5 people. This forces everyone in the group to participate beyond killing things faster.

A MMORPG without RNG is a dead MMO pretty fast. RNG and grind is the essence of life for MMOs. If you dont like it, its probably the wrong genre for you.
