There is no such thing as funsploits.
You have to kill a villager while being a ghost. Otherwise the achievement will not progress. (Not sure if bug or intended). So surviving long is not a good idea. At the start of a game go right to the mid and suicide (either get killed by a ghost or jump down from the top).
Also a tip: Stand on teleporters to see villagers as red dots on the map. There are only 2 or 3 blindspots to this which are easily checked manually. You can often finish a game in 8 minutes instead of 13 minutes this way. The minimum time for a game is 5 minutes left, after that time it starts to check every 20 seconds if all villagers are dead.
I just bought 80 stacks of candy corn for the miniature on the market (what a lot of work to order so many stacks…). I must say the miniature does not look good enough for 20k candy corn. The miniature does not even wield the staff of the bloody prince. I can post a screenshot if anyone cares.
This thread is not about generation of money. Its about exploits which need to be fixed.
There does not have to be documentation for the mystic forge. Half the magic is figuring out working recipes. (Guranted or RNG recipes doesnt matter)
The smart players will win anyway with 5min left on timer. Villagers have almost no chance to win if there is just one player who knows all the hiding spots which are in the blind spot of the teleporter.
You have as long as you need, but it wont become cheaper for sure.
The droprates are the same for everyone (apart from your magic find value). So if you play a lot it eventually evens out. Most rich people play the trading post thought since you can make 200g a day there flipping stuff if you have enough starting capital.
Well I paid 300g for Mr. Sparkles code, but some people even wanted 1000g. So 160g (more like 120g atm) seems like a fair price.

But I am not suprised. The best way to farm Candy Corn is dead. I went to labyrinth and only found a hand ful of people this evening. Almost all doors were up untouched. This is pretty bad considering I am on a server with very high PVE population and its primetime.
It would ruin the value of exotic minis.
From a rewards perspective, though, is it worth it?
The fun killing him and seeing the rest of the group die trying is reward enough for me.
He is a decent encounter. I always leave the group if they are too lazy to kill him.
Just looked at the lfg tool and I see 4 (!) entries for groups teaching you exploits. If people think this is ok, it is quite a sad state this community is in.

Then you buy Dungeons at your own risk, too. Therefore kicking ppl after they payed me 20g for arah p4 is fine and I cannot be reported for this, since its not supportet by Anet.
That is true. Anet wont do anything even if you scam peoples precursors or legendaries. So never try to save 15% of trading post fees.
I couldnt care less if you hate me. I do not have to post evidience because these exploits exist and should be known to Anet due to numerous reports.
Malediktus was a BHB about selling paths a year ago; I like how he’s kept the same stance.
I am not against selling spots, its just not officially supported by anet, so do not expect any help if you get scammed/kicked.
But if you sell them you should have done the spots without exploiting.
Norns are built on norse mythology and the swastika (to my knowledge) was used there, too. Either way its a pretty weak reason to remove it. Noone (or very very few since I didnt see anyone) complained about this in the 400+ days since release. And now someone mentiones it in german forum it gets immediate attention from the community manager? Seems fishy.

I doubt it. With my old guild we did regular Arah path 4 runs in less than 40-50min without exploiting and skipping almost none of the trash mobs.
Problem is there are a lot of exploits in Arah and most dungeon sellers abuse them.
The people who dont care about the exploiters are probably using these exploits themselves
I still demand that these exploits which have been known for month to be fixed and the exploiters to be punished.
If you have proof that they exploit their way through it, send a support ticket to Anet and report them.

Especially seeing how this subforum has quite a few people that run Arah paths legit and sell the spots.
Not to mention, GW1 had one of the biggest communities of people selling runs, for all kinds of stuff. Anet never cared back then, and have stated on multiple occasions that selling paths is totally okay as long as you don’t exploit.
You can easily tell when you join their group and look at which parts of the dungeon have been completed by the seller. Writing reports is of no use, I did this in the past with other exploits for other dungeons and the exploiters are still happily playing daily (I added them to friendlist to check if anything happens to them).
Please do something against Arah exploiters. The lfg tool is full of people who exploit their way through Arah and then sell the slots for quite a bit of undeserved gold.
You can also see people selling tutorials for stuff like doing arah p4 solo in 15 minutes or skipping Lupicus. This needs to be stopped as soon as possible.
This also devalues the work of people who do dungeons without abusing exploits.
I am pretty sure in other games people would be banned for such exploits, but Anet is too lenient here.

Please rethink this or refund my 119 gold. I dont want to see this symbol of luck used in many parts of the world such as in buddhism removed because of some good minders.
If some people do not want to have this symbol offer two versions of the leg piece.

I like tequatl as he is. Maybe make him even harder.
Stacking at the candy corn boss is a good idea, so the candis aoe fields are always on the zerg. Candis aoe gives a large damage boost and makes you immune against his ranged attack, so its a win win even if you insist on continuing your ranged wep in melee range.
I just hope the Dolyak miniature is not based on server rank. I will be pretty kitten ed if I complete the meta achievement but do not get the miniature because our server was not good enough.
Just had a match with 4 sub lvl 10s in my team against. We outnumbered the other team, they only had 4 players. Still lost by a huge margin. Its terrible.
So then the 20 slot bags will stay pointless. Noone cares if you have a 80g 20 slot back or a 10g 20 slot bag.
Will Candy Corn stay as rare as now or will we get more nodes as halloween comes closer?

The skill lags definatly got worse. Previously I only witnessed such skill lag in a 3 party stone mist castle battle during primetime. Now it happens in a 2 party battle already.
I am not a mini collector but I am just wondering why do people even collect these minipets, getting a legendary is a bigger achievement than minipets? So why not go for legendary over minipets
Given how many Legendaries I see in Lion’s Arch everyday, I think somebody who’s collected all the minipets is a bigger achiever than someone with a Legendary.
Problem is there is no way to show that you have all or most minis. I think there are 160+ miniatures currently, so you cant take them out of the bank all at once even with all 20 slot bags.
I wonder if its a bug or if there are any other requirements to make it count. Would be nice if someone from Anet can clarify.

I got Juggernaut and only need 2 gifts of exploration to build eternity. I also own almost all the minis (Dolyak, Tequatl and Bloody Prince missing atm).
because those finishers are sPvP exclusive. Also those suggested numbers would be way off. Lvl 30 in sPvP most likely takes longer than world rank 120.
Achievement works, but you need to kill someone when you are a ghost.
So thats why I still have 1/8 after playing quite a few games? It must be a bug because it encourages becoming a ghost quickly
Played 3700hours and all precursors I had so far came from burning gold in the mystic toilet.
I think its the POI in the sancturary of the order of secrets.
Well I keep getting credit if I only do one bit to the camps and then let enemies conquer it.
This was to stop an exploit players were using to farm glory and rank points. You will still get all the glory and RP you earned during the match when the match concludes.
It still adds to the achievement titles before a game ends. Maybe you should look into that, too.
I hope they rework Eternity again. Too underwhelming for 2 legendaries in one.
