Thanks for fights at windmill tonight, had some great ones with BNF, Team, FIRE and various others.
I believe a BNF Mesmer owes me a rematch after dc’ing just as I got downed! /Salute to tonights duellists.

Another mesmer. Same race, guild, armor style and dye. We do that and it works great. Sometimes people rage and complain that a mesmer popped 7 clones…..

Had a guy threaten to report me before when I was roaming with my condi mesmer friend.. everything except the weapons were the same, even wvw rank title

I find a condi Mesmer works incredibly well alongside my crit damage burst Mesmer!
D/D ele’s are far too counterable these days.. a kits engi does a great job as partner too.

60+ chests with 3 rares, few stealth traps and no superior siege.. pure junk.

It could be a lag issue, seen this before where the player isn’t actually in stomp range although their character model is.

Had some great fights last night with my small NOX group, notably BNF were very fun to fight against! /salute to the BNF mesmer I duelled in gh bl south river.

Call target on the real mesmer and kitten them to dust.. 3 MM necro’s on the enemy team is pure hell.

Staff/Greatsword worked great for me in *that new dungeon last night.. running 0/30/10/0/30 and mixed soldiers/knights/berserker gear, mostly crit damage build.

I think the 1600 gems purchase price is fine for original outlay.. but paying per month for it? what the kitten.

Try letting the phantasms attack the guardian a couple times then move in for the shatter, straight after interrupt his heal and go in with blurred frenzy, might not finish him off depending on mes/guard build but he’ll be very low.

Glass thieves aren’t too bad to fight in spvp, survive the initial burst with distortion shatter or stealth with decoy, illusionary leap – blurred frenzy – mind wrack shatter – dead thief.
Try to play mesmer as an aggressive mobile class.

+1, these 1 round tournys aren’t even a tournament. we map randomization too.

Its probably the hardest jumping puzzle in game ATM, I suggest looking up Dulfy’s jumping puzzle guide and doing the orbs in order to save confusion.

Had some nice small scale skirmishes so far tonight, to the WBC thief and warrior that was some great team play around north bay! would love some 1v1’s with you guys.

Just entered a Tpvp match, enemy team only had 4 people so we were all kicked back to the Mists, got the ‘go now’ message as soon as we entered the Mists and it failed to work for me and 2 other party members 13 times.
2 of my team mates were allowed to enter the match against 2 enemies.. 2 other enemies were allowed to join the match mid game making it a 2vs4.

I suggest you look at.. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Running_the_game for the reccomeded specs and choose a ready built rig thats better than suggested.

I don’t imagine computer building to be for the faint of heart and asking on a forum will probably end in you being trolled.

BTW, I’ve seen 2 GH players in MS bl in past 2 days. So it’s not like GH is actively going after them either. I think the reason why most people choose GH bl over MS, is because GH gives good fights.

I roamed MS bl over the weekend and yesterday, didn’t get any good fights during the day and got bored of MS solo/small groups waypointing/ragequitting/calling in a zerg to deal with my Mesmer.. me kicking your kitten doesn’t mean you’ll die in real life!

MS seems to have a huge camping force in their bl but that’s fine and the fact that you don’t start arrowcarting a group of 4 people is relieving

I got arrowcarted 3 times yesterday running solo in MS! /salute to the MS defensive force though, boring job but you do it well.

Rangers for barrage and healing seed, D/D ele’s work great for spamming CC and causing confusion among the ranks, Mesmers for chaos storm and flanking to deal high damage, guardians for party buffs and control with lines of warding.. every class brings something to the table.

Quite a few people level exclusively using WvW, takes a while but it can be done.. just go as tanky as you can, people don’t expect a tanky upscaled guy and when they realise you can tank them they’ll switch target.

Hey Ferg, a couple of guys in my guild are pretty close to your extensive years of wisdom.. they find the thumb buttons on gaming mice to be lifesavers! although the 12 thumb button mouse does seem a little complicated to me (I just run a two thumb button mouse)

Have you tried warrior? they can be great with rifle for single target damage and if you steamroll through people in wvw spamming random skills with a greatsword always helps

It was a pug group of mostly alts running special event, I’d maybe not mention getting wiped by them, pretty embarrassing

You forgot to mention the amount of upscaled’s in our ‘blob’ still a very fun night, ty RiOT for the badges and character levels gained /salute.

Same issue for me – EU Gunnar’s Hold, happens when I try log certain characters into WvW and occasionally after massive lagspikes, rubberbanding and skill lag.

This has been happening for a month.

Only a WvW player gets disconnected 15 times in the same hour and still comes back for more.
Only a WvW player remembers the good old days when we could use siege.

If you are having trouble levelling, try go to the other races starter zones.. this can be done by using the Asura gate to Lions arch and then to another city, the starter zones are probably the fastest way to level by exploration.

Very annoying bug for trying to see where your party is! FIXFIXFIXFIX.

i mainly dont lose staff mesmer, they just dont have to much time stuck all condition, allways try go away. never atack mesmer under chaos armor, and just dodge dodge. if i summoned phantom, i just run aroud try avoid enemy spels. and let phantasm do they job.
