Every day i roam with my ranger minimum 1 d/p thief calls me nub because i put sicem on them and kill them. Just dp thieves, nobody else

Strongly dislike the lack of white swords. The problem arises from the fact I don’t know what to defend and when. For example, I may arrive on the Home Borderlands find we don’t own a specific camp and head in that direction to re-capture it. During that time an enemy force may begin an attack on one of our towers. Previously, I would know within a reasonable time of this activity and head over there to defend, however now I’m left guessing. By the time I’ve dealt with the camp and decide to check that tower its already been captured and the attackers have moved onto another objective. Again, I have no idea which way they’ve gone until something else is lost, or we get lucky and find them.
Consequently, there are far fewer fights or fun to be had with significantly more walking in the hope of heading in the correct direction.
You pretty much nailed it here, for me atleast. This whole “event” promotes pvd and discourages pvp.

In theory, it is. In practicality, it isn’t. Thanks to the idiotic matchup system, we already know which server will win and which one will be dead last as soon as the new matchup details load. Before a single cap is made. Just like last week. Desolation won, Jade Sea was second. There was never any doubt or suspense as to whether we’d be the loser. Same this week, will lose again. It is known. End of story.
The battles are all there is of interest.

Of course they will. Once the map is flipped entirely by the omniblob and the Outnumbered buff is gone, they will come out of the woodwork to PvD those doors down. Great suspense.

Yea i have seen that mill camp bug couple of times so far. Aswell another funny one at the watercamp, thing keeps on contesting itself but its no biggy these days without white swords.

I find it really hard to believe even the absolute worst possible technical issue related to these achievements that no one at Anet could come up with a simple solution. What would be so hard about making new achieves, archiving the old ones in an invisible state, and applying progress to the new achieves from the old achievement data? The script to do this is not that hard to write. If someone thinks they didn’t get their progress, the CSRs can look at the archived ones.
It’s quite sad to have left an entire category of achievements broken this long. They’re all literally 40 years to finish, that’s not even poor design that’s just a bug.
Living Story team does not have any problems coming with new achievements every 2-3 weeks. Devs do not have hard times revamping the daily system over and over.
The poor WvW monkey can not even think what to do about these absurd achievements.
There have been some nice ideas on these forums for revamping these achievements like subtitles or heck, just remove 1-2 zeros of them. All seems to be way to hard.

To answer your 6th and 7th questions:
6) You can get those turrets with skill points in the Skills and Trait tab in your Hero Window (default key to open is H)
7) Only if your asura race, they have “golems” you can summon and drive as racial skills. Other races have different racials

I agree with the OP. I have small kids meaning I have to get up and walk away from the computer at a moments notice. I still go on the public TS.
WvW is a team environment. Coming up with lame excuses just tells me that you can’t be bothered to be a team player. Go back to PvE.
You can still be a teamplayer without the usage of TS or anything like that. I am never on TS yet lots of commanders whispering me to ask about the Home border status. But i guess the Next Gen Gamers do not have a clue about that.
There’s a reason comm prefer people on ts. Having to stop what you’re doing to take the time and type kitten out takes away from the teams performance.
Oh and I’m first gen gamer so I’d suggest you close your trap before you put your next foot into it.
No TS no teamplay so have to go back to PVE. Gotcha. The commanders i inform never EVER required me to come to TS yet they keep on asking me what is going on etc.

3) I simply write my reports into mapchat so ppl with and without TS can get the info needed.
Plug.DJ let’s you listen to music while on voice chat and lowers the music volume when people talk. You can adjust the settings and stuff. Others can join the channel and add music to the DJ Set list. So each person plays one song and it goes down the list of people in the DJ. That way you don’t always just hear people yapping jn the background. The music comes from streaming video sites and stuff like SoundCloud and other online stream sites.
Like i said, those are MY valid reasons. Maybe invalid to you. And i dont like interuptions in my music just because someone is talking through it.

I still think placing a giant in one of wvw BLs with a 0.01% chance to drop a non account bound stone that permits a full WXP reset , and is like level 90 requiring atleast 50 players to take him/her down would be awesome.

There are better ways to use resources on than this idea. Ok it can be a bit frustrating to clear all wvw maps for 100% completion. Just chip in every now and then to see what you can and can not get for that moment, rinse and repeat and you have it done sooner or later.

Crius a river, why so angry about some GM checking out what is happening. Least they show their presence now – something lots of people including me are welcoming it to perhaps get rid of the stubborn hackers/cheaters out there. It is not an easy job but they are willing to put up with it now.
