There are more then 1 exit per spawn so if ya keep on running into them campers like mosquitos to a blue light, well not anets fault but your own.

I find the graphics in gw2 outstanding, great job of the artists. However a tone down on aoe visuals spamming would be nice so players dont lose their mouse cursors during battles lol.

Indeed, would like to ask those people saying its from the JP to try and even hit bay from there. First of all you cant even build a treb and even if you could it would be waaaaaaaay out of range.
I’d like to think that OP means 15 laurels as an additional reward for 100% map completion. In which case, I think it’s a pretty decent idea considering how the other rewards don’t seem very useful unless you plan on crafting a legendary imo.
If ya read OP again it clearly says buy 1 map to 100% with 15 laurels cause map grinding is boring.
Talking about expansions .. and WoW .. wasn’t WoW also the game where people had
to wait for over 2 years for an expansion .. while we in Everquest 2 got 3 expansion in that time ?Normally WoW should also have been dead alread because of their lack of expansions.
I have played wow for a couple of years and yes expansions took around 2 years to be released. However new dungeons/raids/factions/vanity items etc were frequently being released during an expansion. And about the graphics, its not as beatiful as GW2 but the boss mechanics and all the stuff you could do made that up, least to me.

Exactly this. After 2 years rangers are being some kind of threat now, rather then a walking lootbag. Guess OP needs to find ways to counter glass bow rangers.
Mail clearly said you have to pick up your rewards at the battle historian npc during that week if not, it will be forfeited. People do know how to get on these forums yet refuse to read that clearly written mail.

Gw2 wont last another 8 years on this pace with hardly any major content update and polish. This game could easily be the killer of all MMO’s but nothing happens with it apart from some living story updates and gemstore stuff.

So 15min ago i logged into WvW and noticed this purple buff on me called Call of the Mists with some Spvp buffs on it. As of first i thought hmm maybe i was so drunk last night i actually consumed one but then some people asked me “hey do you also have this small buff” so i said yes.
Whats the purpose of it. I never do Spvp – So is this a trick to lure me into it?

More bandwagoning to overstacked servers will happen if this idea gets through.
Why? All you need to be is the top of your 3 man group. Say for example you are the 22nd place sever. You are going to be facing 23 and 24 a lot. You will also face higher servers but you will also get a lot of 1st places. This will be true all the way to the top of the ranks. Even then there is some fluctuation at the top ranks in terms of who ends up winning.
The rewards would also have to be higher. it would take a month of first places just to be able to afford a single WvW infusion.
Why. Cause its easier to stack on a server with high population, do your achievs or whatever is needed to do to get tickets then afk rest of week since you will know your server going to beat it. Rather then fighting the whole week to get the rewards. Dont get me wrong, im not all against this idea but its better to address problems with coverage imbalance first.
This is correct. Just tried it out with my blue moa and the protection it gives is not increased by 50% as the trait says. And yup i was engaging some mobs to get in combat to test it.

Instead of disabling those toys you could “exploit” with, they disabled ALL from wvw.

I think when you are playing an MMO, and want to interact with everyone in the map, you should at least try to speak English. Imagine every player in megaservers to speak their own language.
I’m Dutch myself, and I get spinal shivers when I see my mother language in the map chat. Because 99% of the map players will not understand it. Starting a Dutch guild would fix the issue of speaking bad English.

I’ve just had my very first Ascended Armour chest from a rank up chest.
My first, despite playing since launch. After I guess 200 teq kills giving nothing, though now spoons take up a loot slot. I got my mini from a lovely guildie who got two in two weeks, and was probably sick of me complaining of no minis from teq. >.<

I like the suggestion some other people made. Give players an Ascended Token which you can turn int a vendor for an item with the stats of your like. Or make them like some fractal boxes, where you can choose your own stats. It is not like they drop on a regular base to say thats over powered to do so.
EDIT: Got like 6-7 of those ascended chests in my bank all with different stats.

You must have encountered bad rangers then, i killed countless of warriors even in 1v2 etc. And yes also waaaaaay back before the feature patch.
Wonder if there are more people with the same issue running around at borderlands. Since feature patch is can be SO laggy even when there are no zergs clashing around.
Guess we should have some international Hack events where every player starts to hack. Maybe then they will acknowledge the problem but i highly doubt that.
That’s not the point. They do this during the down time so we dont have enough people to respond it. By the time we realise is already lost. And we simply dont have to put people in every single tower because Anet cant fix their kitten.
Hacking into towers/keeps is a special feature according to Anet. Those people doing that wont be penalized, however you and i are going to get a warning cause we talk about this openly on the forum and this thread will be wiped under the carpet among 10k other hack thread.
All in all, its safer to hack then to report in this game.

I would like a real time data log that shows me all the damage done, dps, total damage, amount of deaths etc in my speed clears.
It would be nice to have something like Recount so i can see who isn’t pulling their weight. Can’t stand leechers who get loot and gold off of others hard work and abilities.
It of course should be opional to toggle on or off, that way casuals won’t feel under pressure, but more determined palyers could use the data to improve their builds?
I am very very i mean VERY happy such addons like recount or even worse, gearscore meters dont exist in this game. That would create toxicity among the playerbase and people are being treated as a number, rather then a human being.

The queues being caused by AP hunters in season 1 and perhaps 2. I dont say all servers had that problem but there lots of moaning about it on these forums. So im glad its all done in 5 events.

They also erased the guild banker in Ebonhawke … He was there for two years too .. I do not understand .. Why they fix what is not broken? They killed the pleasure of crafter to Ebonhawke why ??

Running up to people just to see if they attack you is one of my favorite things. Just run but dont attack, if i see they trying to complete map and not nicking my dollies i need to upgrade stuff, i let them be. If they do try to attack me,well then its just me vs him/her.

Still funny you can destroy items in bulks by pressing “destroy” once and woop all gone. Would be a REALLY quality of life to get rid of that massive clickfest i mentioned above.
Remove this thing already. Or at least nerf it into the ground with just 10-20sec disabled duration and internal cooldown of at least 3minutes so you can not spam them like a fool.

Get outside of your blob and you will get what Otaur means.
Tab targetting should be prior to RED enemies (guards/scouts etc included) and not the walls or neutral fire flies hanging around camps.
